Pros I like that I was able to build my website straight through Booqable. I had no knowledge of how to build a website, and Booqable made it easy. Cons I don’t really have cons. I do wish I could be more specific on my booking times, but I think that is a me error. Pros It offers an easy-to-use and visually appealing booking interface with a lot of useful features, their website builder is great and their customer service (including their AI assistant) is exceptional. Cons Added cost for their Deliveries app, not being able to specify separate delivery locations for rental and sales products, WeGlot being their only option for translations and it's only working with All cookies enabled. The webapp is easy to use while the mobile app has some room to be improved. Overall: happy user! Pros \- Easy to use Dashboard in the Webapp an also easy config for tailormade requirements on email templates and products. - The included Webshop / Website builder is a super plus!!! - The Support Team is also very responsive in case of need. Cons \- The mobile app is unstabale - Invoices / Email attachments cannot be viewed in the App - the „Open in Browser“ function in the App is helpful but then the mobile webapp view ist bit complicated to deal with. Owner Business Supplies and Equipment Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### " J and D Rentals" November 20, 2025 5.0 overall my experience with booqable has been great, I know that if i have an issue its easy to get someone on the phone and i don't have to press all these different numbers just to talk to someone Pros I came across booqable by searching rental software. what was great about it was i was able to do a 14 day trial, i was pretty much able do everything under the free trial, so it gave me time to learn the software and get use to it. what was also nice is that during the trial i was able to talk to someone by scheduling an appointment and they helped me build out the software the way i needed. I think its a great price for the software since for what i pay included the website, which looks really nice. ive already gotten a few order on it and its super convenient for online booking. my clients are able to book straight from my site Cons the only issue i had was creating a reservation and sending out a payment link through the phone app, i only had to do that once, i let one of the techs no, not sure if it got fixed yet since i havent had to do it again Review Source MG Macy G. Pros The customisation options of the site colours and images along with the easy integrations of delivery options. The customer support is also really helpful allowing for direct help on any problems. Cons Not able to add other website functions such as pop up windows to allow for email sign up You can’t change the text and ‘loan with’ sections for different pages. There’s also no option to make customisable bundles which customers can choose which items they want. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rental management software. Pros I am able to manage our inventory easily from my phone. I was also able to set up a user friendly website for my company fairly easy. Cons I am not a huge fan that you have to pay for a much more expensive subscription on order to offer discount codes. February 17, 2025 5.0 Overall it is an epic platform to build on and scale your rental business. It's easy enough to maintain an overview of all your items, order, customers, bookings etc but it's also complex enough that you can change your language, customize pricing structures, payment options, website integrations and so on. Highly recommend. Pros It's a really easy and streamlined way to start your rental business. Once set up the service runs on my website and I never had a bug so far. My favorite feature is that customers can reserve the items they want from my website and it gets automatically blocked in the calendar. Super simple and well thought out. Cons With some documents like quotes or invoices the formatting can be off when printing or only the price for example moves to a second page. Would love to see an option to perform basic formatting changes. My customers love it. We came from wix to this. Pros Easy to use and easy to set up once you get the flow of things: I use it for my trailer rental business. Cons There was a little bit of a learning curve in the beginning but after that, I was able to setup and establish my website. The sales and tech video conferences were awesome! Love all the helpful video tutorials! I feel like the concept is so thought out with the translation section. Pros Having my inventory and website all in one place! It seems like they are constantly progressing with the weekly updates and I love that you can request new features. Cons The customer service chats are a little lagging but understandable with my basic plan. I had to wait a couple weeks to get a video appt but they extended my trial period so it worked out! There are a couple bugs/things in the website builder that aren’t intuitive but I think those will get worked out over time. Cons The only problem I ever had was when google ads updated their system on spider crawl and web surfing . And Booqable didn’t catch it ahead of time. I lost 2-3 days of booking but they did figure it out as I reached out to them in a timely manner. I can easily track my remaining inventory and make invoices easily Pros Easy to add inventory and making invoices. I’m able to see upcoming deliveries and plan towards making those deliveries ready and on time. Cons With Booqable you can barely have a complaint. My only concern is about the charges.
