I don't add or update any new consents or conditions etc. We use it as a Supplier/Contractor to the consent holder to help manage their compliance. Pros It is (generally) user-friendly. Easy to log in to. Cons Extracting reports is not very intuitive, particularly at a higher level (e.g. more than just individual consent/document level). Visual quality of document/consent level reports seems to disappear when PDF'd/printed, so become difficult to read. That may be a web-browser issue, but I haven't noticed it from other applications. Cons Sometimes it can be difficult to find things if you are an infrequent user and need to refresh yourself. Perhaps the UX could be improved to minimise this.
