Roomzilla makes scheduling meetings simple and reliable. It saves time for both employees and management while keeping room usage organised and transparent.

Pros

The clear overview of all meeting rooms and their availability makes booking fast and intuitive. It’s easy for everyone to see capacity and location at a glance.

Cons

Advanced filtering and reporting could be improved, and integration with external calendars can sometimes be a bit limited.

We use Roomzilla for booking conference rooms for team meetings. Sometimes we have to book something on the fly when an issue comes up and sometimes we need to extend meetings beyond what we planned for - and Roomzilla makes all kinds of adjustments quick and effortless. It's also very intuitive to understand. For transparency, I received an incentive to review Roomzilla but the opinions expressed are my own.

Pros

The UI is great. super easy to utilize but you sort of need to know where the conference rooms are and how big each one is. The platform just helps books rooms but doesn't let you filter by occupancy number, for example.

Cons

Overall great, a few things can be improved easily. It would be nice if the occupancy number for each room was listed beside the booking so the user can pick the right room for the size of the meeting. Also, would be great to "favorite" the most commonly used rooms so that shows up at the top.

Roomzilla has streamlined our meeting room scheduling and eliminated a lot of back-and-forth communication. It’s reliable, easy to train new team members on, and has noticeably reduced booking conflicts in our office.

Pros

The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for anyone to book a room in seconds. I especially like the calendar view and how quickly you can see availability.

Cons

The mobile app occasionally lags when updating or canceling a booking, but it’s not a big issue. I tend to use desktop more often to book rooms.

Pros

I like the most the fact that the service works flawlessly. It never crashes, it is very easy to read and comprehend. I like the flexibility that it offers when it comes to booking. A great advantage is having a layout shown so that you can easily navigate between the rooms. Although I have received an incentive for the review, I love using the app.

Cons

I think colouring of a map could be improved. Right now, it's green for available, and red for occupied. Yellow for those that are soon to be available could be introduced.

Roomzilla is so user friendly and intuitive. Making it easy to navigate from the very first use, I did not require any training from our landlord when they implemented this software for us to use. The clean layout and straightforward design, allows me to quickly book, view, and manage reservations without any confusion.

Pros

the clear schedule view makes it simple to stay organized, and the instant email notifications keep me updated in real time. I also love the over view panel to quickly see what's booked ahead at a glance.

Cons

The only cons I have is related to how it is configured for me to use since this is provided to me by the landlord we rent from to use their common areas. I can see the capabilities in place, but I am not able to make the adjustments I personally would love to make.

Great platform - totally recommend it. I use it frequently in the Warsaw CIC office and can't imagine to book rooms here with other tool eg. Google Calendar.

Pros

Friendly interface Usually - speed of use Intuitiveness I use it a couple times a day and it's super easy and fast to find a suitable space and book a space in the coworking space I work

Cons

Sometimes - get's laggy Design is pretty outdated - someone probably should refresh it to 2025 standards

Pros

Its very easy and intuitive to use. I like that you know all the room details such as how many people the room holds comfortably, and what type of technology is available in the room before you book it.

Cons

The check in process can be glitchy. Sometimes you cannot check in and then others will book the room and it causes confusion as the room is then double booked.

Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with Roomzilla. It helps me stay productive and organized. I use it almost daily to reserve rooms for meetings or focused solo work. The interface is clean, the booking process is quick, and the tool does what I need most of the time. Just a few small improvements would make it perfect.

Pros

I really like how simple and intuitive Roomzilla is to use. It’s great for quickly finding and booking a quiet space when I need to focus or meet with colleagues. Even as a first-time user, I didn’t struggle at all. I also love that you can see which floor the room is on and even check the map, super helpful when you're new to the building. And being able to book rooms across different CIC locations is a big plus.

Cons

Sometimes a room looks available, but someone is in there without a booking, which can be frustrating. Also, the current max booking time is 240 minutes, and there’s no option to book for a full day. Editing an existing reservation can be a bit tricky too—it’s not always clear or smooth. And I wish there was a “running late” option to avoid losing your spot over just a few minutes.
