Good user interface. Cons By far the biggest issue for us, and the reason we ended up leaving was that the shopify integration only allows for 1 package. So if you need to calculate a live shipping rate at checkout based off more than one package, it won't work. Also for some reason the shipping rates we did get were slightly higher than the rates we get on shipstation. In the program itself and the lack of urgency to get anything resolved when it is costing our business time and money. Pros In theory, if it actually worked, would have great features. Pricing would also be reasonable, if it worked. Cons Could not be more disappointed with this software. Was hoping it would be a system we could use for multiple location shipping but it it has proved a nightmare, Shopify orders not updating, duplicating orders in the system that have already been fulfilled and a snail pace support team. Honestly, don’t understand how anyone can successfully use Starshipit without needing it fix all of its errors manually for each order. We have dealt with sooo many similar software companies recently and their customer service was a defining factor in our decision making process. Pros Address validation system isn't too sensitive but also is sensitive enough. Address validation system offers suggestions, which are easy to approve of with one simple click.I mark off my orders in one batch, minimising PDF files I have to download and print.Switching accounts is easy. Cons I would love it if I could connect multiple woocommerce stores on the same account without making child accounts.
