Pros No technical knowledge required. Very easy to put together branded communications and set up emails, landing pages, and surveys. Cons For what I need, I cannot think of anything I don't like about this software. February 3, 2021 5.0 Pros Swift Digital is my marketing platform for the past 14 years, and it is a high-end platform with everything I need at my fingertips. I love working on my marketing with Swift Digital because it is easy to navigate. It offers very sophisticated software that allows me to scale my business with ease and confidence. I can grow my subscriber lists with their email automation tools, great landing pages, and audience segmentation. Swift Digital also designed a beautiful banner for my newsletter, which represents my business brand perfectly. The email composer is my favorite. I can write newsletters with such ease and with many templates to choose from for my different needs. They also provide me with accurate campaign reports so that I can track my conversion rate effectively. Swift Digital is a great marketing platform to scale your business. They also provide professional Live support. Their support staff is knowledgeable and eager to help, and all of my enquires get resolved immediately. It is the top of the line platform for any businesses that wish to grow their business professionally. I highly recommend Swift Digital for all your marketing needs. July 4, 2017 4.0 Pros we value the easy to learn, easy to use platform to create and manage Events, send regular e-mail communications to different groups across our membership base, and also run surveys to get member feedback on the value of our activities. The learning video tools are instructive and easy to apply, and the timely and attentive online support given when we have a question has been invaluable. We originally started using Swift Digital, as we wanted to begin a stronger position for when we communicated with our internal staff during covid, and we are now using the software to connect with the broader community via a newsletter. I’m really impressed with how we can integrate surveys, polls, social sharing and we can now further segment and track who opens our emails and give them a lead score. Now that places are opening up again, I’m really looking forward to integrating the events feature with our Cultural Centre. We are looking into selling tickets to an upcoming arts show, and swift will make that happen. Cons Despite the software being very intuitive, it does have a steep learning curve compared to other software. The drag and drop builder is easy enough, but I wish there were more complete templates to choose from. There is not much that you can’t do with this software, it just needs to work for you and your organisational goals… and for us, it's perfect. It secured our event system by guaranteeing the local storage of information, within a secured environment. And it also gave us confidence to try new things with their best in class, instant response chat support. Pros Swift Digital brought automation and consistency to our event management experience; ensuring we could deliver a secure and sophisticatedly customer experience that was backed by world-class local customer support. By bringing every stage of your event management process into Swift, you’ll reduce errors, improve response rates and wow your audience. In our community, we particularly loved the pre populated event fields and the trigger system. Cons We haven’t identified any cons from the perspective of the developer’s work. The team are very knowledgeable and the instant chat function makes support seamless. We use Swift on a weekly basis for eDM and press release distribution as well as landing page and events purposes. Its multiple interfaces and secure database storage options make Swift a safe and simplistic, one stop shop for impactful email marketing solutions. We are able to quickly send multiple emails to many different groups. The live chat support service is great and we have always been able to source immediate "on the spot" support. June 27, 2017 4.0 Pros We needed a system that allows us to send professional and personalised emails to our subscribers and manages event registrations. Swift Digital meets these key requirements. Their product has continued to evolve over the years we have been a customer and they have also been open to our ideas to improve the product further. They are very responsive if there is ever an issue. Cons It's more expensive than some other solutions but we get a much more personalised and responsive service which is important to us as a small organisation.
