The App is beautiful and functional. It is everything I want in a booking app for my Studio. They are very easy to communicate with and respond to inquiries almost instantly. The software, the team, the pricing and their philosophy. You can feel that they really care. Pros How easy it is to set up and use. I had my schedule (15 classes/week) online in a day. It's also surprisingly easy to move clients around, or quickly assign a different trainer. I also like that I can run group classes and appointment-based 1:1s in parallel. The memberships and class packs work like a charm, with different options for clients to buy them online. I'm not a big fan of commissions, so the bank transfer option on checkout is a relief, also for my clients - some don't use credit cards. The client booking app (Bobclass Go) is very well designed and my clients tell me they like it. It's a real app (not a web page) with push notifications for reminders etc, making their and my life a bit easier. Lastly, I like their pricing and philosophy - unlike the big software vendors (Mindbody, Momence etc.) and the team is approachable with real humans talking to you - and great support. Cons Some small features are still missing (vouchers, discounts) but they these are supposed to be delivered later this year. This made things confusing for myself and my students at time, not remembering when a class was or forgetting to sign up. Now, everyone is in the loop as to what classes are available and when! Pros The layout could not be more visual appealing and easy to use. From the moment I opened the software I was able to find exactly what the software offered and get fully set up. I love that my students can log in and sign up for the various group classes I offer, without having to sign up directly through me. Makes life much easier for all of us! Cons I really wish there was a desktop/online version. Some of my students have older phones and the app doesn't fully work.
