### "Excellent but uses too many API calls"

Pros

Super easy to use. Training was a breeze since everything is easy to locate and use. It was also helpful for preventing duplicate records.

Cons

The amount of Salesforce API calls that it makes is outrageous. LinkPoint has been making nearly 100,000 Salesforce API Calls within a week. This keeps us at about 50% of our limit every day. Customer service hasn't been much help either. They keep saying they've never heard of the issue and suggest it is the users settings and don't offer any other solutions. We've tried just about everything!

I like LP360... its been a great product to log to SF.com and also provide task adding in the same email. However, when it doesnt work... your support teams are very bad at getting in touch or providing solutions. I have found your product to be patchy... but mainly just needs to go into the console and reconnect the salesforce connection, then it works better. It has been much better lately. I have been using this for about 5 years now. If it didnt go patchy, its a great solution and easy to use and does help with sales efficiency in logging to our CRM. Step your support game up, if we didnt have an in house expert... who can tshoot when it does have issues... I would have lowered my ratings due to pure frustration over the years.

A very good link between sales software with mailing . it give realtime tracking of sales model which help the company to track.

New user will face difficulty to use this as similar softare are also in line which are more easy to use

LinkPoint Connect works great for our organization. Being able to choose templates you've already saved in Salesforce is great! No need to copy and paste. A few downsides: 1) Sometimes the merge fields don't work (and this isn't for the lack of choosing template values. They simply are not recognized), 2) Software needs to be restarted periodically to work, and 3) If you go over your API request limit somehow, software will not work until API requests are reset (usually within 24hrs). These don't happen often, but something to be aware of just in case they do. Overall this is a great tool!

### "Makes email a lot more efficient."

My favorite feature is having templates stored in the software, so that I don't have to rewrite the body of an email to different clients.

Pros

I like how easy it is to save emails (both current and retroactively) to different platforms, such as Salesforce. The template feature makes life so much easier when you have to send many emails that are nearly identical in content.

Cons

Other than possibly having a better tutorial for how to use the software, it is pretty easy to navigate and learn on your own.

LinkPoint360 is a great product and is awesome to use in conjunction with SalesForce. Our Sales Team loved the ability to keep track of communication with their clients. LP360 is very easy to engage and get setup in your operating system. I highly suggest this product for your Outlook and SalesForce connection.

We used LinkPoint for our triage team. The product works well, with a couple of exceptions. 1) The product crashes Outlook for our users. 2) The product does not allow us to easily import attachments onto new cases. The walkthroughs and the staff are great, but we need that extra attachment functionality in order to be efficient.

Often slow, a bit complex to install and deploy (need to support users), not able to link to multiple items in one shot.These were our pains, but overall it fit 95% of the purpose and was our best option.

My major gripe is that this product does not work remotely with my iPhone or with my mac using office. I travel quite a bit, as do most salespeople, and this product is not supported for mobile people. I suspect it is a big issue for many mobile professionals.

Automatic, easy, intuitive. I type an email and hit the record and send link. The software matches the email with a Salesforce contact and allows me to select the criteria under which I want to the communication tagged. Minimized manual updating of my call history.
