It has proven to be an easier tool to use than some we already had access to and it seems to integrate with just about everything I could want it to. Pros It's easy to use while also feature-rich. There are multiple options to publish or embed forms, so we've added them to emails, our website and sometimes just send a link to the form itself. It's a great tool for collecting customer information and feedback since we can tailor a new form to a particular client with a few changes to an existing template. Cons I am hesitant to say anything about missing features since they may exist and I just haven't looked into it far enough, but I feel like being able to style the whole page displayed when sharing the form by URL would be nice. I usually embed it on a page published to our site when I want more control. Occasionally had errors on the forms that took time to solve. We would like to have separate pages on application but allow applicant to move between pages. My business has grown, which has lead to me upgrade the initial plan. I am happy with the cost effectiveness of the new plan and that I can access forms from either my desktop or mobile devices. I have not utilized the payment integration as of yet, but intend to use it in the near future. I think that adding payment options would bring my business to a new level. The ability to set up multiple Roles and email to the parties to the process based on the logic in the form and add attachments makes Cognito Forms sing! Cons I wish the ability to manage complex workflows was a little easier to understand and manage. Making wholesale changes to a form's sections in a workflow requires more effort than I wish.
