### "custom questionnaires with high functionality"

I needed something that I could export into spreadsheets to compare, copy and paste data, as well as export into individual pdfs. This definitely accomplishes that, where other software choices do not.

Pros

While there are many form/questionnaire software choices out there, this one fit my needs best: well organized, easily customizable, with the ability to export into spreadsheets AND pdfs.

Cons

It's a bit clunky to maneuver around and customize things. Definitely a bit of a learning curve.

Over the past 6 + months of using Cognito Forms we've successfully used their form builder to run our online ordering. During this period of time they have released numerous new features and their support has been extremely responsive and helpful as they helped us troubleshoot problems as we developed our order forms. After looking at the other form builders available on the market I couldn't be happier with Cognito Forms and would recommend them to anyone.

We have to host webinar, and the booking form is hosted by Cognito, it is way better than others

Cons

No real person to talk to on the phone like I am able to do with another form program. Email explanations did not help me.
