Pros

We were able to work with the cleargive team to develop software tailored to our needs and customers.

Cons

Our business was new territory for Cleargive and there was a lot that we did not anticipate. At times we had to do multiple reworks to get things right. Towards the end of our time responsiveness could have been better. We were a relatively small business and our projects took some time to solve due to the fact that we were not as big a priority.

It was honestly painful. I have worked in tech for years and they were one of the harder companies to work with and get an answer from.

Pros

Honestly can't say there was much I liked about ClearGive. The administrative and user sides were both clunky. Even password resets were hard. Features were outdated.

Cons

The customer service was severely lacking in my time using the product. We had a tone of issues and eventually went to a new platform. Our new platform is free for non-profits, works way better, and the customer service is top notch. Because of that I would not recommend ClearGive to others unless they significantly upgrade their product and above all the quality and promptness of their support.

As a non-profit, I use this mostly to sell merchandise and tickets. It is great on the user end, but our side it is a bit tricky to update easily.

We appreciate the feedback and are diligently working to improve our administrative interface for software integrations and other plug ins that need updating directly from our product. Our next version update should have enhancements for improving this issue.
