Comments: this software is pretty great and will help you to do a fantastic job of tracking applicants. I recommenced 100%

Pros: this software help my employees to manage all the applicants information! You can schedule interviews and also you assign different tasks to my team. it is easy to use. the support team is very helpful in case you have any issue. It is available on a reasonable price and I love the scheduling functionality no mention the calendar interface on the home page!

Cons: I don't have any cons to say about this software, all my team love it. I have been using it for more than one year and even the improvements are better and better. I cant imagine my office without this software at all.

Pros: The support staff is excellent, they have helped me when I needed it the most, they have training videos and online chat. This software has been useful to cover the hiring process, the navigation is quite intuitive and its design very friendly

Cons: I would suggest that the options be modified so that more than one person can be added as an interviewer, since only the information can be sent to a person to conduct the interview

It was really useful to properly get different human talent inside the software without any paper.

Pros: It was a really great goal tracking software, basically we always receive different people applying on our company with different skills and it was really annoying getting a big amount of papers and stuff and ending with just one new hire but now we just need ClearCompany to reduce all that.

Cons: First of all I think they need some better publicity is not a cons about the software itself but they need to properly sale itself because I can't believe it took me to long to get the software.

Overall: It was a really great applicant tracking system that help us improve our ways and efficiency within the company recruiting tasks.

Pros: I like how the software tracks an employee holistically. From onboarding, recruitment, goal tracking and performance management using metrics for measuring success. This is helps employers hire the top talent. The software is also beneficial for employees since they are able to understand how their work impacts a company.

Cons: 1. It can take some time for users to learn how to use the software, but once they do, things are smooth.
2. The software does not allow for much customization like theme color.

Pros: Customer Service is great and they provide a good level of personalized training. Price was also less than comparable services (which is why we used them for our first year).

Cons: Locked into a contract unnecessarily based on the true cost of implementation. The new UI, while looked much better, had noticeable page load speed issues. The package that included the mobile front end package came at a huge cost increase which I felt like was unfair given that over half of web traffic is mobile

Pros: Started with the recruiting/on-boarding software and began to piece together additional platforms until we had a perfect solution for our business. I love value in the per user cost model and the dedicated customer support specialist is an awesome touch (chat/ phone support team is great too). User interface is easy to understand. Software roll out was well quickly accepted by all!

Cons: Our Accounting team wishes there were more payroll integration. The initial input of staff/new staff can take some time but overall it is an awesome system.

Pros: What I like the most is the help of the support staff, always willing to collaborate in everything necessary to continue with the process, as well as how easy it has been for the selection process for hiring and saving time in filtering the candidates and their skills

Cons: I do not like that he does not have a live interview feature.
you can not link it to other databases and neither
to be able to filter candidates within the same category based on their punctuation

Overall: I have had a better organization and I can count on a tool to collect, inform and analyze data.

Pros: Clear Company made things easier for both the applicant as well as the recruiter. It's easy to use on the recruiter's side with tons of customization, and the applicant had an easy time applying.

Cons: It didn't integrate with our payroll system which was a little annoying, but maybe it's because we're a smaller company.

It has made the hiring process easier for us, it allows you to keep applicant tracking in one place.

Pros: The video interviewing tool is a great feature included in the software, and the fact you can become paperless for the hiring process in this century is totally necessary and efficient.

Cons: The process to set up everything is a little long and training is necessary for each of the members, before using the software.

Overall: Less mistakes and we are able to post jobs quickly, also communicate more efficiently and easily with candidates to expedite the hiring process.

Pros: I can only speak for the Performance Management and Recruiting Platforms. Overall it is Clean and intuitive! Candidates and employee can get quick and custom emails with automatic reminders if needed! Absolutly outstanding customer service from implementation manger to the help desk team.

Cons: I often feel the system runs slow and other team members feel the same. It isn't a major issue. Printing reports and other content rich pages can occasionally be a challenge

Pros: I like how easy it is to use when searching through the jobs. I also appreciate the fact that you are able to post the jobs on your company website and then apply with ClearChannel.

Cons: I wish there was a way to completely integrate into our company website. I think this would require more specialization which makes sense but I think the same options on our site would be amazing.

Overall: Ease and accessibility with posting jobs and having access to the software anywhere, anytime.

Pros: Setup was very easy and efficient. The layout of the program was organized and easy to navigate which is great for new users. Customer Support is absolutely amazing! They helped immediately and were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons: You can't customize the font color or add any graphics, which is a bummer. They also don't have any type of demo on the program to better understand how to use it.

Pros: The best part was that it seemed easy to use for both the recruiter and the applicant. As a user, the calendar interface on the home page was clean and easily managed, which I used a lot. My team also parsed a lot of resumes in which seemed to be fairly consistent and easy. Overall, for the price I think it's a great investment for a company but I would recommend taking advantage of as many features as possible to get the most bang for your buck.

Cons: My company is smaller than most so some of the features seemed like they were for larger companies that had streamlined a lot of their processes. I use ADP for payroll and there wasn't really direct integration which was annoying. I like to create a lot of customizable reports and had trouble doing this without the help of the team.

Overall: It was great to streamline our efficiency and was outstanding as a tool for performance evaluations. I really look for a sleek and clean design/user interface with any software and that was one of the things that attracted me to ClearCompany. It saves our HR department a significant amount of time and added value in some areas that we didn't quite identify needing it. I thought the customer service was great and I always had the help I needed when I needed it.

Pros: the interface is nice to be in for extended periods of time, parsing works well if you know what not to do to paper resumes. Customizable workflow.

Cons: It is hard to collect resumes manually, and then combine those records easily with online submissions. There was still a lot of manual work to do.

Pros: This product allows for all potential candidates to be centrally located. I have found it to be extremely simple to use. Another great feature is the grading system which allows an easy read on candidates.

Pros: Fantastic customer service support when setting up the tool for use. Really impressive. The tool is easy to use and has most features of interest and significance.

Pros: It has many things such as the applicant tracking, onboarding, performance, goals, benefits for admins, and find the talented OS.

Cons: It can get very laggy at times causing it to be hard to use. Maybe they could provide an application rather than a web software for this.

Pros: Previously we used a series of spreadsheets and word documents to track our talent acquisition process. This was a pain to manage. ClearCompany took all of the hassle away by giving us a centralized system to track an applicant through the entire process. We are able to make notes, send applicants to other hiring teams, and even take them through the onboarding process.

Cons: Since we don't need all of the features the interface can be a little overwhelming. Which means there is a slight learning curve.

Pros: Their customer support is incredible. When I first signed up to do a demo of this product they answered all questions I had. Very user-friendly with a ton of functionality. One of the best things about it the ability to track your applicants through the process very easily. Being in staffing that is very very helpful!

Cons: They don't have pre-recorded demos or sandbox accounts. So if you want to demo the product, you have to have a call with a representative. This can be a pain as a lot of companies don't allow that, could deter folks from considering them. Another thing is ClearCompany is more intended for individual organizations and isn't as great for smaller staffing/recruiting firms like myself.

Comments: I have used other applicant tracking software solutions before but they were often cumbersome to use or never had quite the right functionality that I wanted. I love ClearCompany so much because it truly has everything I need in an easy to use system. AND just when I think it couldn't be better they come up with new enhancements! I have, and will continue to recommend ClearCompany ATS to anyone who has recruiting responsibilities, especially if they are a government contractor!

Pros: Very intuitive and user friendly to use. Various ways to access information and sort information to see what you need. The Clear Company team is extremely responsive to providing help but also listening to suggestions for future improvements. Their support is top notch - from online training videos, to online chat and a customer success manager who not only cares but follows up (and not like other companies who will reach out when they want to sell me a new feature). I also attended their 2017 Talent Conference in Boston, which was really a great learning opportunity as well as to connect with my

Cons: I would not say there are any cons, but we live in a time where instant gratification has become the norm and expectation. There have been times when I have waited 30 - 60 min for a response to my online chat request. There are new reports I would like to have, but I know their reporting function just went under an overhaul and I am working on moving to the new platform soon, so I am excited to see what the new reporting capabilities are. The only other improvement I could suggest right now is to make this highly capable software to be better suited for a global company. We have business in India and ClearCompany has helped us to utilize their system for our recruiter in India, but there is still opportunity to improve the system for a company doing business overseas.

Comments: Try something, we have buyers remorse, we are already looking into trying something new once our agreement ends.

Pros: Better than XLS, postings look nice on our website. Pushes jobs to Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter for free.

Cons: Poor scheduling capabilities, candidate management not efficient, the tool does not offer pre-populated templates in which to disposition. candidates communicate with candidates, everything has to be built.

We have been using the system for 2 weeks. So far it's been ok. We are still trying to navagate our way through everything.

Comments: Very attractive yet stay away until their software works without issues. After doing demos with many other ATSs and much research, I was duped by the number of reviews online by reputable sources.

Pros: UP-To-Date on many (almost all) industry features, such as a robust reporting module and interview scheduling module, even video interview scheduling and recording etc. Somewhat easy to use interface

Cons: Terribly glitchy. I'm constantly calling in with issues to be told that its a software glitch that needs to be investigated and patched - which seldom happens. These glitches are usually fundamental, such as a utterly broken reporting module. I have not ever been able to get a healthy report on any metrics - ever! Our uses couldn't login after we bought and implemented the program, because of a glitch that ultimately was resolved by Clearco internally building users for our thousands of employees.

Pros: It is a pretty good ATS application and it comes at a reasonable price. We have found that it helps our admin team to manage the Training system by assigning people within the application. The reporting is good and can be customized and filtered.

Cons: The interface and the functionality could be improved for sure. But at a basic level it works just fine.

Comments: ClearCompany is very easy to learn and use. It has a good dashboard and some great features to save you time!

Pros: I love the scheduling functionality. It makes it quick and easy to schedule my phone interviews by selecting my availability up front and letting the candidates choose what works best from them without a lot of back and forth. We like the option to send video interview questions as well.

Cons: We end up with a lot of duplicate applications and there doesn't seem to be a good way to merge or combine duplicates. We also have a lot of technical difficulties with candidates completing the video questions.

We were very impressed by presentation and we interviewed 5 companies and ClearCompany was the best!

Pros: The help section great! I enjoy the JD library. Talent University has wonderful information I can utilize. I like calendar interface on the home page.

Cons: The site is not that intuitive to work through as a new user.The format of the online training I didn't like and was hard to follow. The watch and do....hard to take notes and then do and remember and not enough timeframe to work....

Pros: This software is very intuitive. I was able to get access and setup the company account very quickly without any training. Everything is setup beautifully and it has a good flow. It all just makes sense.

Cons: The biggest downside is there can be a lack of flexibility. For smaller companies who use a simple process this platform works great, but when things get more complex or out of the normal way of doing things the software can't support it.

ClearCompany ATS is proving to be a substantial asset to our business functions. It saves time and money, making our operation more cost effective.

Pros: Sales representatives worked with us for over a month to find a product to fit our needs and were willing to get the extra mile to make sure it worked with our budget! two of them went above and beyond during the implementation process and were always available when we had questions. They listened to our team's needs and helped set up the system to meet those needs! We could not have done it without them( they even helped us launch two weeks early)! The system itself is very intuitive and easy to use!

Overall: Time Saving Processes
Improved Analytics

The only con we had was the time spent switching over our old pen and paper review system to the online model. But the initial investment has already started paying off and reviews are much easier to complete and track!

Pros: It is easy to use with timelines and reports for tracking purposes. I like that they assign a manager every step of the implementation process and they have IT support via live chat. Questions are answered in a timely manner if not right away.

Cons: Some options that are not available now, but at least they listen to feedback and are working on getting those options up and running.

Overall: It is an upgrade and improvement from our last application system.

Comments: If you don't have much experience with ATS systems it is not bad, especially for the money. If you have used multiple ATS then this one will be very entry level.

Pros: - The ATS is pretty easy to use - I love that managers can sign in and view the candidates themselves - It integrated with our payroll system well

Pros: The software is user friendly and the customer support is great. Our implementation specialist, Victoria, made the implementation process seamless. We have team members who aren't comfortable with technology and are able to use the system.

Cons: We are a small hotel company and it seems like some of the features built in ClearCompany are for larger companies with a much different workflow. Additionally, there is not a direct integration with ADP, our payroll system, even though I was told in the sales process that there was.

Overall: Better candidate experience. Save time for hiring managers and HR.

Pros: Relatively easy to use, solid platform for Applicant Tracking, large or small companies. Not a better value on the market for maintaining files.
- Responsiveness of support is above average
- Flexible in receiving input for future version. Product continues to evolve

Cons: While it has "talent pool" as a function, it's not a feature easy to understand nor leverage. Because of it's feature rich design, it is constantly refreshing, and as a cloud product, slows down productivity. Interfaces with outlook/calendar are not as easy to use as they could be. They work fine, just slow, again. Not a great platform for managing candidate relationships.

Comments: Clear Company works to make improvements on its product, and functionality. While it does not offer some of the immense details that other products may offer- this suits our companies needs perfectly. I found that when researching other options (some of which were very expensive) - we would not utilize everything that came with the price tag. Clear Company was and still is the best option for us. It gets the job done without getting bogged down in things that we don't use.

Pros: Easy to learn and use, can build my own job reqs and apps, or the support team will also do for you. Easy to teach and train others to use, has a large number of standard report options, or you can have one customized to suit your needs. This has been one of the best decisions our company has made!

Cons: There are several functional niceties that I would like to see and have recommended. The support team keeps track of all requests and works to implement changes in product updates.

Comments: The quick support while implementing and how helpful support is for our multi-state hiring managers! Implementing a new ATS is always daunting and a lot of work. The weekly calls and constant support made this implementation very easy and seamless. When there were issues, they were resolved within the same day. Having multiple contacts also alleviated the delay if someone was out on PTO. The account managers were very communicative and we always knew who to go to if they were out of the office.
We were using an ATS that was through a payroll company. In the first 30 days we had seen about 70% more applicants that we were averaging in prior months. For our hard to fill positions we had applicants within the first 3 days the system was running. Great visibility and push for our jobs, especially in hard markets.

Comments: We bought both the ATS and Onboarding modules. Overall it was an easy implementation and the products are easy to use

Pros: Easy to get up and running. ATS is highly configurable. Logical.

Cons: Most are things I would prefer, so maybe simply my own prefernces. But two things I am not happy about. The Onboarding module does have some issues with certain tasks using a mobile device, no matter what they tell you. Also, reporting could be better. Very few customizable reports without them doing it (and charging you) for you.

Comments: All in all this has been a pretty good product for our organization. We were able to streamline our req approval process through the ATS and on top of that the reporting system is super robust. The reqs that you open can be automatically pushed to the larger job boards and on top of that you can set up knockout questions for candidates when they submit their application through the ATS. Our company will be transitioning out of ClearCompany to an HRIS but if we did not make the jump to the new system it is very liekly we would have re-upped with ClearCompany.

Pros: Candidate score card and marking system are pretty unique and different. You can set up triggers that parse the resume and pre-rank the candidates based on what is in there to sync up with your job qualifications...makes sourcing super easy. Candidate review process is pretty nice as well, you can 1 click push the candidate to the hiring managers for review.

Cons: Honestly, Their customer support is less than ideal. I think we cycled through 3 different reps on our account and we haven't even been with them for 2 years. That being said, it comes with the territory...we have had a couple ATS's and it always seems that is the case once you on-board as a client.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a solid ATS, is it as robust at Taleo or iCims - no...but the price point makes it super competitive and very comparable to the big dogs.

Comments: I found ClearCompany to be incredibly boring and didn't really streamline my recruiting process. For example, any candidate that applies online- I can't access or print out their application. So, it's pointless. I have to have my candidates fill out a physical application even though they did one online. Another example is the metrics. When you first log in it shows you metrics of the jobs that have been open, time to fill, etc. but you can extract the data. If I want to present to my team in meetings, or the president of my company, the metrics of recruitment I have to recreate them in a separate file, rather then extracting the data from CC and building on that. I think CC would be cute for a company with low requisitions open and a low turnover. I worked for a company of 1500 employees and we hire about 50 people a week in a busy season. Clear Company didn't help streamline my work, as it should have.

Pros: You can rate the candidates, you can post instantly from CC to other sites.

Cons: Boring, can't pull metrics, can't pull applications, can't streamline the application process.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it, but not my cup of tea.

Comments: I have been using Clear Company for over one year now, their customer support team was able to help me implement the Talent cloud solution quickly and easy. I have not encountered any huge roadblocks so far, the system is easy to use on both the applicant and recruitment side.

Pros: The best part of the solution is the ease of use for both the applicant and the recruiter.

Cons: The metrics are very premature, it gives you the ability to pull reports but the information is not reliable.

Comments: Clear Company HRM is a great applicant tracking system, with a wonderful team of people behind the product to support it. It was super easy to implement, and even easier to use. I can see this product being useful for companies of all sizes.

Pros: Great price, easy to implement, easy to use, great implementation and support team. You can add a sourcing tool which is better than those that you pay for with job boards. You can also add on a backgorund check process with their preferred company in which backgrounds are conducted quickly, and with great customer service. Our organization has not yet explored the on-boarding or performance tools within the system as of yet, so I can not comment on those, however the pricing for those add on's looks spot on.

Comments: The product is very easy to use. There are some nuances that are a little tricky, but once you have it down, it's really easy to use.

Pros: The part that we like the most is that it integrates with our company website so we can redirect potential candidates straight from our site to the application process. Also, our customer service representative is top notch. Any time that I have a question, he is very quick to respond and walk me through anything that I need.

Cons: That we have to create a new listing to get it back to the top of the "list" of postings on the various sites. It would be easier to just be able to re-post the existing one and have it go back to the top again.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that you take advantage of all of the features. There are a ton of great options to utilize and they can all help with the search process (plus make your job easier).

Comments: I have not found this software to be as intuitive as I would have liked. I would highly recommend Bamboo HR instead. They have been working to enhance their already user-friendly software and their support is tremendous.

Comments: My experience with ClearCompany first started with researching recruiting and HR platforms. I found ClearCompany to be the most intuitive and easiest to use. From the beginning they have been there for any of my question. Their training seminars are very intereactive and answered any questions I had. The ease of use is outstanding. I really liked that my job listings were posted on multiple job search sites. Within minutes of posting a job I received applications. The customer service is also above par. ClearCompany would contact me very shortly after the request and answer any questions or solve any problems I had. I would recommend them to other businesses.

Pros: I checked this one out while working with another company, so I haven't used it indepth for a significant amount of time. The video interviewing feature is really cool (although as a candidate doing video interviews before, I found it to be really awkward), but it may not give the best assessments of candidates beyond language skills since it eliminates the fluid dynamics of a conversation (and not a lot of people are comfortable speaking to cameras). Great addition to the product, though! The ability to search a database of candidates can be very enticing as well, depending upon your industry and the types of candidates you are looking for. The UI seems very easy to pick up and run with with a minimal learning curve; and the fact that I can integrate the ATS all the way into the onboarding and performance management side of the business is a really big plus!

Cons: Nothing, really. To their credit, they have built a really great system. Nothing negative uncovered in my review of it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Taking the time to look at how it can integrate with your processes and engage your hiring managers is always paramount when reviewing a possible product purchase.

So much more productive!!!

Pros: The best thing I like about Clear company HRM is the user interface. The user interface is really clean and simple to use. It has great visuals which helps analysing the data. It provides most of functionality needed by HR hiring management team

Cons: Data export option needs more work. We need to export data for backup purpose often but this functionality can be improved.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a good tool to keep HR hiring process on the web. It provides good reporting with great visual graphs.

Pros: Honestly, not much. Have used other ATS SaaS options and this is by far the worst.

Cons: Product is not intuitive or set up well. Basically useless for companies who utilize outside recruiters. Lacks good calendar functionality. Pages are buggy, lots of little quirks when trying to navigate from one section to another. Additionally, our support / contact person has been awful. He was rude as we tried to get up and running - continually talking over me / us. And since given a list of things we'd like accomplished with the software, he's no where to be seen. Zero follow-up. Oh, and their website is down today as I type this.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make a list of what problems you're trying to solve and ensure your choice ticks each box. Involve and get feedback from co-workers from throughout the recruiting process.

Pros: The customer support you receive from your Client Relationship manager is almost immediate. You have a dedicated person who is able to understand your processes and functions. My department is secure in the knowledge that if we face any changes that we will have direct, immediate support from our ClearCompany Client Manager.

Cons: The customization or number of users for recruiting purposes relating to cost. If you were able to have a higher number of admin users, I don't think I would have any negative feedback.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for an add-on piece for your current HRIS to really engage with potential talent through the recruiting process this is a great solution. I would recommend when you decide which solution to chose that you know: 1. How many admin users do you use today and do you need customization on your users? 2. Do you need unlimited recruiters or Hiring managers?

Pros: What i like best about the vendor is that they are customer service focused and that is reflected through every department that I have worked with. The recruiting platform is really streamlined and easy to use which makes my life that much easier.

Cons: The one thing that I least like about the recruiting platform is that you have to navigate to too many areas to create templates. Although they are all in logical places, it would be nice to have one central location for templates.

Comments: As someone who has used many other talent acquisition and performance management tools, ClearCompany has proven to be far superior to other platforms commercially available today. It is an extremely efficient product, very intuitive and not at all clunky. We have never experienced any downtime or unexpected periods of not being able to access the system when we need to which validates the reliability of the technology.

As it relates to the performance management module, I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to set up a performance review cycle in particular. It is very intuitive, and you have the ability to make changes quickly and easily. User feedback was also positive in terms of "ease of use" and efficiencies gained.

The ClearCompany software saved a significant portion of our Human Resources and managers time in terms of creating efficiency and adding value to our processes. For each manager who used the software during our most recent review cycle, ClearCompany's technology saved each individual substantial time vs. a cumbersome process. Once we eliminated the administrative burden from our reviews, we were able to spend more time on quality performance discussions - creating succession planning and performance improvement.

Comments: I was with this system when it was HRM and then ClearCompany bought it out. This happened a year after we implemented the HRM system and it felt like we had to go through constant training with our hiring managers and updates for the transition. I had 3-4 different reps in less than 2 years and the response time was horrible. I waited over a month for things to get done and implemented. When ClearCompany took the product over it was definitely better than HRM but not enough to justify them wanting to double our cost! I felt like it was finally an okay system as opposed to bad and was not willing to pay twice the amount for okay. If you're a growing organization and don't want to go through the headache of changing systems in the future look for a system that does not charge per recruiter license. A lot of the functions that only recruiters could utilize should have been available to hiring managers or HR generalists. For example, you could not search a specific applicant if you did not have a recruiter license so if we made a hire and HR needed to grab some info from the system they could not use their hiring manager access to do so even if they had access to the candidate in the requisition. They had to try and remember which requisition they were pulled from and go into the requ and find the candidate which makes it challenging if you have to hire 20 of the same position. Another headache is if you want to really track your candidates and the time to fill you can't indicate to the system that you need 20 admins, you have to post 20 times. Waste of time.

Overall: System is ok and functioning = 3 (the CRM aspect is horrible, I wouldn't recommend at all this is just for ATS)
Ease of use: search limitations and the fact you can't identify more than one hire needed for a role increased the workload = 2
Customer service: horrible. Expect delayed responses and implementation of things needed. Really impacts the efficiency. = 1
