Pros: The service we have received so far has been top notch. From the sales team to the implementation team to the follow up after we went live, we could not ask for a better company.

Cons: Data export option needs more work. We need to export data for backup purpose often but this functionality can be improved.

Pros: Sales representatives worked with us for over a month to find a product to fit our needs and were willing to get the extra mile to make sure it worked with our budget! two of them went above and beyond during the implementation process and were always available when we had questions. They listened to our team's needs and helped set up the system to meet those needs! We could not have done it without them( they even helped us launch two weeks early)! The system itself is very intuitive and easy to use!

Overall: Time Saving Processes
Improved Analytics

The only con we had was the time spent switching over our old pen and paper review system to the online model. But the initial investment has already started paying off and reviews are much easier to complete and track!

Pros: It is easy to use with timelines and reports for tracking purposes. I like that they assign a manager every step of the implementation process and they have IT support via live chat. Questions are answered in a timely manner if not right away.

Cons: Some options that are not available now, but at least they listen to feedback and are working on getting those options up and running.

Overall: It is an upgrade and improvement from our last application system.

Experience has been great so far.

Pros: Being able to access social media to push our requisitions out to.
Flexibility of program.
Customization of process.
Reporting

Cons: Need to be able to designate what a Hiring Manger can and cannot have access to. I would like to be able to manage that. Currently they have the ability to move candidates around and they are not familiar with the process enough to do that.

Overall: More flexibility with social media and more free job boards to post to. We have seen an increase in applicants.

At least it is not expensive

Comments: If you don't have much experience with ATS systems it is not bad, especially for the money. If you have used multiple ATS then this one will be very entry level.

Pros: - The ATS is pretty easy to use - I love that managers can sign in and view the candidates themselves - It integrated with our payroll system well

Cons: - So many clicks to work around in the system - Aside from the ATS the admin side is not very user-friendly

Pros: Clean design and ease of use. Set up was super easy and straightforward. Easy communication between me, the candidates, and the hiring managers.

Cons: Would be great if there was a way to "copy and paste" requisitions instead of having to go through the process of creating new requisitions.
There are also a couple of confusing locations for editing certain details in the system like templates.

If I can us it...anyone can.

Pros: Robust and dynamic system. The system is user friendly and intuitive. I like having the ATS information at the tips of my fingers.

Cons: Sometimes I get lost in the details. I often go back to click a box I forgot. I don't blame the software, it's more my lack of attention to detail.

Overall: This makes recruiting easier for me.

Pros: The software is user friendly and the customer support is great. Our implementation specialist, Victoria, made the implementation process seamless. We have team members who aren't comfortable with technology and are able to use the system.

Cons: We are a small hotel company and it seems like some of the features built in ClearCompany are for larger companies with a much different workflow. Additionally, there is not a direct integration with ADP, our payroll system, even though I was told in the sales process that there was.

Overall: Better candidate experience. Save time for hiring managers and HR.

Pros: I love having all my candidates in one place. Easy to use. The rating/grading system is great and allows for a quick visual of candidates.

Cons: I know that some of the kinks are being worked out in this upcoming upgrade -- so no need to be too harsh.

Pros: Relatively easy to use, solid platform for Applicant Tracking, large or small companies. Not a better value on the market for maintaining files.
- Responsiveness of support is above average
- Flexible in receiving input for future version. Product continues to evolve

Cons: While it has "talent pool" as a function, it's not a feature easy to understand nor leverage. Because of it's feature rich design, it is constantly refreshing, and as a cloud product, slows down productivity. Interfaces with outlook/calendar are not as easy to use as they could be. They work fine, just slow, again. Not a great platform for managing candidate relationships.

Pros: The system is easy to use by applicants and managers. The feedback from both has been very positive. It has already saved us $ in recruiting costs.

Cons: Need to have an integration on the Paylocity site. Its frustrating for managers to have to log into two systems.

Overall: Better applicant completion rates and recruiting cost savings.

Comments: Clear Company works to make improvements on its product, and functionality. While it does not offer some of the immense details that other products may offer- this suits our companies needs perfectly. I found that when researching other options (some of which were very expensive) - we would not utilize everything that came with the price tag. Clear Company was and still is the best option for us. It gets the job done without getting bogged down in things that we don't use.

Pros: Easy to learn and use, can build my own job reqs and apps, or the support team will also do for you. Easy to teach and train others to use, has a large number of standard report options, or you can have one customized to suit your needs. This has been one of the best decisions our company has made!

Cons: There are several functional niceties that I would like to see and have recommended. The support team keeps track of all requests and works to implement changes in product updates.

Comments: Love it, it's a great ATS, helps keep me organized, and it's very very user-friendly.

Pros: Easy to use, great customer service, what items it can integrate into my hiring process it has, and had done so easily.

Cons: I wish i could integrate into my payroll system, but that is not in their control, I think that has more to do with my payroll system. Still love it.

Pros: The pros for this ATS would be related to its ease of use for staff and hiring managers assigned to a specific posting.

Pros: Like the competency library with build in behavioral questions Flexibility of customization on goals, rating scales, review forms Team analytics Accessible, knowledgeable, and available support

Cons: Some of the behind the scenes updates are cumbersome. Such as moving people in and out of roles when goals attached to a role change in order to push the goals to them. I hope that as we get more familiar with the system this will be less of an issue.

Comments: The quick support while implementing and how helpful support is for our multi-state hiring managers! Implementing a new ATS is always daunting and a lot of work. The weekly calls and constant support made this implementation very easy and seamless. When there were issues, they were resolved within the same day. Having multiple contacts also alleviated the delay if someone was out on PTO. The account managers were very communicative and we always knew who to go to if they were out of the office.
We were using an ATS that was through a payroll company. In the first 30 days we had seen about 70% more applicants that we were averaging in prior months. For our hard to fill positions we had applicants within the first 3 days the system was running. Great visibility and push for our jobs, especially in hard markets.

Comments: We bought both the ATS and Onboarding modules. Overall it was an easy implementation and the products are easy to use

Pros: Easy to get up and running. ATS is highly configurable. Logical.

Cons: Most are things I would prefer, so maybe simply my own prefernces. But two things I am not happy about. The Onboarding module does have some issues with certain tasks using a mobile device, no matter what they tell you. Also, reporting could be better. Very few customizable reports without them doing it (and charging you) for you.

Pros: The web based ATS is easy to configure and use. Built in automations are perfect of small to large company looking to manage 360 degree recruiting.

Cons: More than an ATS. It's also a performance management tool and the two can conflict if you only use one solution.

Comments: All in all this has been a pretty good product for our organization. We were able to streamline our req approval process through the ATS and on top of that the reporting system is super robust. The reqs that you open can be automatically pushed to the larger job boards and on top of that you can set up knockout questions for candidates when they submit their application through the ATS. Our company will be transitioning out of ClearCompany to an HRIS but if we did not make the jump to the new system it is very liekly we would have re-upped with ClearCompany.

Pros: Candidate score card and marking system are pretty unique and different. You can set up triggers that parse the resume and pre-rank the candidates based on what is in there to sync up with your job qualifications...makes sourcing super easy. Candidate review process is pretty nice as well, you can 1 click push the candidate to the hiring managers for review.

Cons: Honestly, Their customer support is less than ideal. I think we cycled through 3 different reps on our account and we haven't even been with them for 2 years. That being said, it comes with the territory...we have had a couple ATS's and it always seems that is the case once you on-board as a client.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a solid ATS, is it as robust at Taleo or iCims - no...but the price point makes it super competitive and very comparable to the big dogs.

Comments: This ATS is easy to use! It is so easy to post jobs, organize applicants and communicate with hiring managers and candidates all through the system. The applications can be customized to your organization and even to different types of jobs within your organization. I have never received such top-notch customer service from a Vendor. Comments: I found ClearCompany to be incredibly boring and didn't really streamline my recruiting process. For example, any candidate that applies online- I can't access or print out their application. So, it's pointless. I have to have my candidates fill out a physical application even though they did one online. Another example is the metrics. When you first log in it shows you metrics of the jobs that have been open, time to fill, etc. but you can extract the data. If I want to present to my team in meetings, or the president of my company, the metrics of recruitment I have to recreate them in a separate file, rather then extracting the data from CC and building on that. I think CC would be cute for a company with low requisitions open and a low turnover. I worked for a company of 1500 employees and we hire about 50 people a week in a busy season. Clear Company didn't help streamline my work, as it should have.

Pros: You can rate the candidates, you can post instantly from CC to other sites.

Cons: Boring, can't pull metrics, can't pull applications, can't streamline the application process.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it, but not my cup of tea.

Comments: I have been using Clear Company for over one year now, their customer support team was able to help me implement the Talent cloud solution quickly and easy. I have not encountered any huge roadblocks so far, the system is easy to use on both the applicant and recruitment side.

Pros: The best part of the solution is the ease of use for both the applicant and the recruiter.

Cons: The metrics are very premature, it gives you the ability to pull reports but the information is not reliable.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you need a very robust system for a large company this may not be the ideal solution, however, if you need something simple and easy Clear Company is ideal.

Comments: ClearCompany is a middle of the road system which is about to have a major overhaul. As it stands it is pretty far behind the times. However, it can be very affordable for a small company. They are making investments in greater functionality so it may be worth holding out to see how it improves. It is not a very automated system but it does keep your inbox fairly clean.

Comments: Clear Company HRM is a great applicant tracking system, with a wonderful team of people behind the product to support it. It was super easy to implement, and even easier to use. I can see this product being useful for companies of all sizes.

Pros: Great price, easy to implement, easy to use, great implementation and support team. You can add a sourcing tool which is better than those that you pay for with job boards. You can also add on a backgorund check process with their preferred company in which backgrounds are conducted quickly, and with great customer service. Our organization has not yet explored the on-boarding or performance tools within the system as of yet, so I can not comment on those, however the pricing for those add on's looks spot on.

Comments: The product is very easy to use. There are some nuances that are a little tricky, but once you have it down, it's really easy to use.

Pros: The part that we like the most is that it integrates with our company website so we can redirect potential candidates straight from our site to the application process. Also, our customer service representative is top notch. Any time that I have a question, he is very quick to respond and walk me through anything that I need.

Cons: That we have to create a new listing to get it back to the top of the "list" of postings on the various sites. It would be easier to just be able to re-post the existing one and have it go back to the top again.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure that you take advantage of all of the features. There are a ton of great options to utilize and they can all help with the search process (plus make your job easier).

Comments: I have not found this software to be as intuitive as I would have liked. I would highly recommend Bamboo HR instead. They have been working to enhance their already user-friendly software and their support is tremendous.

Pros: The implementation team at Clear Company did a great job introducing me to all of their software.

Cons: Their software is not intuitive and has been harder to teach to my team.

Comments: My experience with ClearCompany first started with researching recruiting and HR platforms. I found ClearCompany to be the most intuitive and easiest to use. From the beginning they have been there for any of my question. Their training seminars are very intereactive and answered any questions I had. The ease of use is outstanding. I really liked that my job listings were posted on multiple job search sites. Within minutes of posting a job I received applications. The customer service is also above par. ClearCompany would contact me very shortly after the request and answer any questions or solve any problems I had. I would recommend them to other businesses.

Pros: I checked this one out while working with another company, so I haven't used it indepth for a significant amount of time. The video interviewing feature is really cool (although as a candidate doing video interviews before, I found it to be really awkward), but it may not give the best assessments of candidates beyond language skills since it eliminates the fluid dynamics of a conversation (and not a lot of people are comfortable speaking to cameras). Great addition to the product, though! The ability to search a database of candidates can be very enticing as well, depending upon your industry and the types of candidates you are looking for. The UI seems very easy to pick up and run with with a minimal learning curve; and the fact that I can integrate the ATS all the way into the onboarding and performance management side of the business is a really big plus!

Cons: Nothing, really. To their credit, they have built a really great system. Nothing negative uncovered in my review of it.

Recommendations to other buyers: Taking the time to look at how it can integrate with your processes and engage your hiring managers is always paramount when reviewing a possible product purchase.

So much more productive!!!

Pros: The service we have received so far has been top notch. From the sales team to the implementation team to the follow up after we went live, we could not ask for a better company.

Cons: There is nothing negative I can say about the company at this time.

Pros: The best thing I like about Clear company HRM is the user interface. The user interface is really clean and simple to use. It has great visuals which helps analysing the data. It provides most of functionality needed by HR hiring management team

Cons: Data export option needs more work. We need to export data for backup purpose often but this functionality can be improved.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a good tool to keep HR hiring process on the web. It provides good reporting with great visual graphs.

Pros: Honestly, not much. Have used other ATS SaaS options and this is by far the worst.

Cons: Product is not intuitive or set up well. Basically useless for companies who utilize outside recruiters. Lacks good calendar functionality. Pages are buggy, lots of little quirks when trying to navigate from one section to another. Additionally, our support / contact person has been awful. He was rude as we tried to get up and running - continually talking over me / us. And since given a list of things we'd like accomplished with the software, he's no where to be seen. Zero follow-up. Oh, and their website is down today as I type this.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make a list of what problems you're trying to solve and ensure your choice ticks each box. Involve and get feedback from co-workers from throughout the recruiting process.

Pros: The customer support you receive from your Client Relationship manager is almost immediate. You have a dedicated person who is able to understand your processes and functions. My department is secure in the knowledge that if we face any changes that we will have direct, immediate support from our ClearCompany Client Manager.

Cons: The customization or number of users for recruiting purposes relating to cost. If you were able to have a higher number of admin users, I don't think I would have any negative feedback.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for an add-on piece for your current HRIS to really engage with potential talent through the recruiting process this is a great solution. I would recommend when you decide which solution to chose that you know: 1. How many admin users do you use today and do you need customization on your users? 2. Do you need unlimited recruiters or Hiring managers?

Pros: What i like best about the vendor is that they are customer service focused and that is reflected through every department that I have worked with. The recruiting platform is really streamlined and easy to use which makes my life that much easier.

Cons: The one thing that I least like about the recruiting platform is that you have to navigate to too many areas to create templates. Although they are all in logical places, it would be nice to have one central location for templates.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend you ask a ton of specific questions, give them examples when you can, and really just dive in!

Comments: As someone who has used many other talent acquisition and performance management tools, ClearCompany has proven to be far superior to other platforms commercially available today. It is an extremely efficient product, very intuitive and not at all clunky. We have never experienced any downtime or unexpected periods of not being able to access the system when we need to which validates the reliability of the technology.

As it relates to the performance management module, I was surprised at how quick and easy it was to set up a performance review cycle in particular. It is very intuitive, and you have the ability to make changes quickly and easily. User feedback was also positive in terms of "ease of use" and efficiencies gained.

The ClearCompany software saved a significant portion of our Human Resources and managers time in terms of creating efficiency and adding value to our processes. For each manager who used the software during our most recent review cycle, ClearCompany's technology saved each individual substantial time vs. a cumbersome process. Once we eliminated the administrative burden from our reviews, we were able to spend more time on quality performance discussions - creating succession planning and performance improvement.

Comments: I was with this system when it was HRM and then ClearCompany bought it out. This happened a year after we implemented the HRM system and it felt like we had to go through constant training with our hiring managers and updates for the transition. I had 3-4 different reps in less than 2 years and the response time was horrible. I waited over a month for things to get done and implemented. When ClearCompany took the product over it was definitely better than HRM but not enough to justify them wanting to double our cost! I felt like it was finally an okay system as opposed to bad and was not willing to pay twice the amount for okay. If you're a growing organization and don't want to go through the headache of changing systems in the future look for a system that does not charge per recruiter license. A lot of the functions that only recruiters could utilize should have been available to hiring managers or HR generalists. For example, you could not search a specific applicant if you did not have a recruiter license so if we made a hire and HR needed to grab some info from the system they could not use their hiring manager access to do so even if they had access to the candidate in the requisition. They had to try and remember which requisition they were pulled from and go into the requ and find the candidate which makes it challenging if you have to hire 20 of the same position. Another headache is if you want to really track your candidates and the time to fill you can't indicate to the system that you need 20 admins, you have to post 20 times. Waste of time.

Overall: System is ok and functioning = 3 (the CRM aspect is horrible, I wouldn't recommend at all this is just for ATS)
Ease of use: search limitations and the fact you can't identify more than one hire needed for a role increased the workload = 2
Customer service: horrible. Expect delayed responses and implementation of things needed. Really impacts the efficiency. = 1

Pros: I like the flexibility I have in using different facets of the system. It was also very important to me to have a system that would integrate with my payroll and ClearCompany was able to do it! The reporting capabilities are outstanding and more than I have ever needed in the past, but they are great to have.

Cons: I cant think of anything. I have brought up several ideas with my rep and he is always willing to take them to the developers to get them on the "wish" list.

Pros: The ClearCompany applicant tracking system is very intuitive to use - for recruiters as well as hiring managers! You have many filters and options on how to see information as well, which is extremely helpful. There is so much functionality within the system, such as being able to forward a candidate to a manager, or replying to a candidate from the ATS and even having a copy of that email kept in the candidate's profile. You can add notes to each candidate (which I use constantly) and you also have a place to add notes that apply to the requisition (all candidates) including being able to attach documents, like Word. Although I am a new user of 7 months, I have already seen that ClearCompany has made upgrades and changes to improve upon their system! I have given my account rep suggestions which he has eagerly listened to. My account rep is very responsive and quick to return any of my calls. They have other options that I am not using yet, like an onboarding function or allowing candidates to use your calendar to schedule an interview with you as well as a resume database. I am newer to the reporting functions and some of them are very helpful, but it seems others aren't working like they should be. I am working with support on this issue now. Also, this system works with our payroll vendor, Paylocity, so that our candidate/new hire information will be sent to payroll (we are in the middle of this implementation now). I LOVE the ClearCompany system and find it to be much better, more intuitive and highly functional over other ATS I have used in the past.

Cons: The only thing that I would improve at this time is some of the reporting functions aren't working as they should be. I don't think it's user error at this point, but I am working with support to get what I need.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make a list of what you need/expect from an ATS and ask a lot of questions. Ensure any system you want will deliver what you need. Also, make sure the people you are dealing with are friendly, they listen, respond quickly and answer all of your questions. IF you don't get good customer service while you are a potential buyer, it's not going to get any better once you are a client!!

Pros: My client relationship manager has been excellent. She's very responsive to my requests and I like the flexibility they offer in developing the product to suit our needs. The whole implementation process with the ATS and the on-boarding went very well and they were able to adapt to our last minute requests and address our concerns before going "live". I like the fact they have different modules that can be implemented as our company continues to grow. We are now exploring the performance management tool with them and hope to implement that within the next year.

Cons: The JobTarget site, where we can post jobs to multiple sites. I'd like to see further improvements with this vendor.

Recommendations to other buyers: I looked at several different vendors. From an ATS standpoint, they all can do most of the same things and have similar functionalities. My final decision in selecting ClearCompany HRM was based on researching reviews about their customer service support, which was very high, their flexibility and the fact that they offer multiple solutions (on-boarding, performance management), that will be able to grow with my company. So far, I have not been disappointed. They have been great to work with!

Pros: It is easy to use and very user friendly. Our managers had no problem learning how to use the product without having a formal education session.

Cons: The only thing I would change is when you share the file your notes can be seen. This is okay when it's the hiring manager, but when you have other employees interviewing the candidate as well not so much.

Pros: We've been with Clear Company for a year now and we have a had a great experience in our transition from our previous vendor. The customer service and account service teams are VERY responsive and timely when needed. CC has been great at working with us to customize our application needs and they have been able to do all that we've asked. Cons: I wish there was an easier way to set up multiple onboarding packets. We have over 25 locations in different states and different forms for each so each onboarding packet has to be created and changed manually. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice it we could create a template and then make changes.

Recommendations to other buyers: Evaluate several companies and request a demo for all of the software that you are looking at. It makes a huge difference once you actually get in the system and play around in it.

Pros: I love how intuitive HRM is. Even my hiring managers who do not have experience working in multiple ATS systems have picked up on functionality tricks right away. When we do have questions though, Brad is always available to help out- sometimes on a weekly, daily, or even hourly basis- even 2 months out from our initial implementation!

Cons: I dislike that Hiring Managers- even with Hiring Manager plus, don't have access to some of the simple searchability/usability features that Recruiters have. It makes it difficult for them to find candidates when they're looking through a large pool of applicants.

Recommendations to other buyers: Have a clear picture of your Recruiting/Hiring process prior to implementing this software. It's easier to adjust the software to you than it is your process to the software.

Pros: I like that its very user friendly. I was a entry level recruiter, and this program has really helped with the hiring process and posting positions we have open.

Cons: I wish there was a way to filter or auto grade applicants based on their experience and knowledge to the position in which they applied for.

Pros: The product makes my recruiting and onboarding tasks easier because the system is customized but NOT cumbersome, like other ATS systems.

Cons: The only feature I think I would like is the capability for individuals to build job seeker profiles, which would allow an email to be sent to the prospective candidate if I were to post a job meeting their profile criteria, with a link for them to apply in the email, if interested

Recommendations to other buyers: The reporting function is fantastic, it made EEO-1 reporting much less time consuming with the ability to customize the information you need w/o all of the "fluff" that other systems may output. This product flows seamlessly from an ATS to an onboarding to employee maintenance for performance management. Pros: This tool is very easy to use -- intuitive user interface. I'm in HR and often need to help hiring managers navigate. I can get them up to speed in 10 minutes or less, which is not so with other systems I've used and trained people on. The reporting capability made preparations for our AAP a snap, and helps with last minute requests for data/metrics from Executive Leadership.

Cons: Although we are currently not using the performance management component, I think I could make a case for incorporating this feature as well if it was integrated with a compensation tool for performance and salary planning combined.

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider what your needs really are, I found that other systems have many complex features that in truth we'd never use.

Pros: What I like best about this product and vendor is the ease of use. Our managers have remarked on how much they like the program as well. The software is extremely user friendly and a pleasure to use. The relationship manager that you are assigned is professional, knowledgeable, computer savvy and will go the extra mile. With all the programs I use, I have never experienced the support that Clear Company offers.The customer support is spot on and someone is always available to answer your questions.

Cons: I am totally happy with this product and vendor and my company plans to use more features in the future as they become available.

Recommendations to other buyers: My recommendation would be to have them walk you through the user friendly screens. There is absolutely no guesswork, it is as easy as it looks!

Pros: I like that the system tracks all the applicants and the vendors are able to plug in their candidates on their own

Cons: Feedback from colleagues is that the system is not user friendly. I have gotten use to the system but I as well get frustrated with it at times. Also, candidates/vendors are able to be put candidates in the system as a duplicate which causes a lot of confusion with all the positions. There are nice perks to the system but the cons seem to overpower the pros

Recommendations to other buyers: Weekly calls are helpful but the system can absorb a lot of information but it does become a little overwhelming with duplicate information.

Pros: The things that work fairly well, job posting and on-boarding. Job posting is fairly simple, though if you plan to copy and paste from Word, wait to add bolding and bullets, etc until after you past. This method tends to change font size and other formatting.

Cons: What doesn't work are the reports, including the EEO reports are inaccurate or provide no data. On-boarding is cumbersome at best if you don't have all on-boarding forms converted to on-line forms...which is expensive. Job posting is fairly simple, though if you plan to copy and paste from Word, wait to add bolding and bullets, etc until after you past. This method tends to change font size and other formatting.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you know what is included in the quote you receive, and have it documented. Don't sign an ambiguous agreement that can be left open to interpretation.

This program has been exactly what we needed at a price that is manageable.

Comments: I have been extremely pleased with the system. It has been easy to learn, set up and use. My hiring managers were able to get going with minimal instruction because it's that easy to learn. Implementation went well and my implementation manager has been very helpful and helped me to fast track everything because we were in a time crunch. Absolutely LOVE the on-boarding module.

Pros: The system is easy to use. Being able to keep track of applicant process is great. Having a reporting tool is something that we lacked but have now gained. Cost of the service was reasonable for what we needed as a company. There are still many features we haven't used but we have a lot more features than we did before.

Cons: Site is mobile friendly which is a nice feature to have but it's at a cost.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make a list of your recruiting requirements and as you go through the system presentation make sure that your requirements are met. Ask questions on things that weren't covered. The system has many features and it can be overwhelming during a 30 - 40 minute presentation.

Comments: We chose this product because of the ease of use and streamlined process. As an administrator, I was able to jump right in and assist with set up. My team was able to add requisitions with ease and the hiring managers learned the system with no issues.

Pros: The ability to upload resumes and applications. Our industry is very unique and we receive alot of walk in applications. A few clicks and the walk application is easily uploaded for tracking purposes.

Cons: Their system does not have a way for candidates to apply online if they do not have an email address. Our industry and pool of applicates in certain locations are not all equiped with email, therefore some of our applicates are forced to complete a paper application rather than apply online.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a good ATS for a small-mid size company. It tracks everything needed for OFCCP compliance-affirmative action reporting. It's really easy to use and they host alot of online training webinars on using the system you can take over and over to make sure you fully understand how to do something.

Comments: I have found the ClearCompany recruiting and onboarding modules very helpful and easy to use. Coming from our previous manual system, they have saved me a great deal of time. The best thing about ClearCompany, though, is their excellent customer service. When I need help, I can call and get real help from someone who actually works there, usually my account manager, not someone in a call center somewhere reading from a script. They are always very quick to address whatever concern I have. We are an energy company with over 200 employees in several states. Having an efficient, online onboarding process has streamlined HR's workflow, and being able to sort and categorize the thousands of applications we receive each year has saved us a great deal of time, and has eliminated the bottleneck we used to have in distributing resumes to the relevant department managers.

Pros: Customer service; our hiring managers have immediate access to resumes; efficient, streamlined onboarding process; customized forms

Cons: 1. I'd like to see an integrated, easy way to sort applicants on our side. We get a huge number of applicants seeking all sorts of jobs we aren't advertising. We have two "General Consideration" requisitions set up to keep people from applying inappropriately for jobs that require special qualifications. I have not found the Talent Pool feature to be useful in sorting these candidates, so I set up many unposted requisitions that I forward those candidates into, based on what type of job they may be considered for in the future. This clogs up our requisition list, and takes extra time. It would be nice to have an assortment of buckets for these applicants that is seperate from the live requisitions, and with some automation as in the talent pool feature. For instance, they could be automatically sorted based on an answer to a screening question. 2. Also, it can take a while to get new forms built, or old ones changed. Sometimes they fix one piece on a form, and something else stops working. I would like for them to test the forms thoroughly to make sure they work before giving them to us. We have also had trouble printing some of the forms, because they aren't designed to be printed.

Pros: There were several, however my top one is Customer Service. I actually started using CCHRM with a client's company where I was trained from the ground up on CCHRM by CCHRM reps, and they did an outstanding job. Unlike other companies that are hard to reach after the sell, CCHRM was extremely responsive to my needs well after we closed the deal. They truly do take their quality of customer care seriously. I liked CCHRM so much that when I started my own firm, they were my very first call. Next was that it was easy to use. I've been a recruiter for 20 years and have experiences with a lot of systems but CCHRM makes is very simple to use - and also for hiring managers which for a recruiter, is key. That way everyone was in the loop. The implementation was easy and efficient and PAINLESS for me - I didn't have to spend and time or brainpower on it - they handled it from beginning to end.

Cons: There is nothing that I dislike about HRM - like I said I have used many systems and I keep this one because it does what it promises, and if I ever have ANY trouble or need a tweaking, they are 100% responsive and attentive to my needs as a customer.

Recommendations to other buyers: As a recruiter, we come in contact with many systems that seem to one thing well but not all things good. CCHRM does all things well and if there is an opportunity to improve the experience for a customer, they take it - which makes my life easier!

Pros: The tool is easy to use, and it's easy to customize. My implementation specialist is great at helping me find work around solutions to customization challenges and is very responsive to my needs.

Cons: After testing the tool I have identified a few system errors. My implementation specialist has been very helpful in resolving these.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would encourage others to perform full testing of the product (e.g. create requisitions, upload resumes from your existing pool, hire and on-board) to ensure the tool fits your needs. Bring up any concerns or glitches to the product development team.

Pros: The reps that you work with are very approachable. The product has just enough bells and whistles to be helpful and not distracting. The company was very accommodating with all of different group's requests along the way. I also like that they held me accountable to learning the product by giving me homework to complete along the way.

Cons: I think the roll out could be a little more refined and structured so that there is more step by step explanation. But the reps were super available if I had any problems or questions.

Recommendations to other buyers: Ask as many questions as possible because the reps will give you answers. Participate in all of the calls and training sessions and then work in the system yourself to flesh out any difficulties so that you can seek help.

HRM Direct is a very easy to use product, applicant friendly product.

Pros: I like how everything is right where you need it to me. With our previous product, you had to click around 5 different buttons to get where you needed to be. With HRM Direct, all you need to do is click on the job and everything is right there.

Cons: I don't like how the job opens in a separate window instead of another tab. It's a little annoying going back and forth. I also wish I could change the font within the job description.

Recommendations to other buyers: It might seem like a lot of information at first and a little overwhelming. Once you start using it however, you learn it is a very easy product to use and learn.

Pros: The overall functionality and ease of use is incredible. It's completely intuitive for almost every aspect of the staffing workflow process and life cycle. Customer service is really unequalled in my experience. Immediate help for any and all users is a phone call, email, or instant message away.

Cons: I'd like to see an enterprise version that captures the whole HR experience instead of just the three niches they have now. Aside from that, there is no bad part of this product.

Pros: I like the fact that everything is right there in plain view. I can see the resumes, references, and information about the candidates.

Cons: It takes a while for it to load between pages for some reason. This could be due to the capabilities of the server or the compatibility of the software. I am not really sure.

Pros: I like the ability to review and pull resumes straight from the system. Having the ability to choose the best-qualified applicants for the position and contact them for interviews is great.
