Very adaptable, flexible and willing to take my concerns and make them actionable. I rarely heard a no from the team. They were also able to incorporate our Rewards & Recognition onto the platform which was quite efficient than using our manual process. I still feel that UI/UX part of the system can be improved from a visual aspect.
