Solid out of the box product features, many ways to connect and technically set up the platform to get what you need. Extraordinary account manager and technical support which is extremely rare in the SaaS world of today.

Pros

The thing that stands out about Referral Rock is the support, and particularly from the technical standpoint. In my many years of working with SaaS companies I can't remember any with better technical knowledge and bright thinking right at the account representative level, with developers ready to assist as the backup. We have had three account representatives in our time with Referral Rock and each shocks me with how outstanding they are.

Cons

Really I don't have any significant drawbacks or downsides to report. So far everything has worked as expected.

It has been an amazing addition to our company's marketing efforts; the number of referrals, and of referrals who end up purchasing from us has significantly increased since we began using Referral Rock.

Pros

It provides leads with the highest conversion rate across all lead sources and many of these referrals become members themselves.

Cons

The one thing I'm not crazy about is the new dashboard, as the older one provides more insights, not only on referrals captured, but those qualified, approved or denied.

Overall, I have had a very good experience! I strongly recommend Referral Rock for your organizations!

Pros

They have the best-in-class client support. Very responsive and helpful all along the process with clear next steps and ready to answer any question.

Cons

The user interface could be simplified and be more user-friendly. It looks a bit "scary" at first as an admin. However, the onboarding and the excellent client service compensated a lot!

Really helpful staff, plus brilliant, flexible technology that is easy to set up and use. Their one-click sign up function is awesome

The client support is great! The staff are so friendly and always ontop of things (so I don't have to be)

Cons

I would love if the UI was a bit nicer looking. But I am picky when it comes to look/feel of user interfaces.

Pros

Been using Referral Rock for over a year now. It just works. We set it up, integrated it with HubSpot, and it runs in the background. Support has been responsive the couple times we've needed them.

Cons

Not well known, wish I had found it earlier. The initial learning curve can be a bit steep, especially when navigating the more advanced campaign settings and reward rules.

I think it's a little early to give a proper review at this point. We've only just completed onboarding, but so far things are going well.

Pros

Cole and Alfonso were really great at answering all of our questions and helping us understand the process.

Cons

I think the hand off from sales to onboarding was missing a little in communication. I also think the onboarding checklist, while overall helpful, was a little confusing with some of the jargon, and it didn't really seem customized to our needs or what was discussed in some onboarding calls.

Our account manager was amazing and greatly helped with onboarding / customization. He was available and responsive to all our questions. The program is quite powerful, automated and well developed. We are very satisfied!

Pros

We chose Referral Rock for multiple reasons: 1) it integrated with Shopify and HubSpot, 2) the automation and management of payouts, 3) the personalized dashboard for each member.

Cons

We have not used it long enough to fully capture the cons, however it is currently meeting our needs. The only features I wish were incorporated is the ability to customize / only offer certain rewards to specific members, and some method to indicate if a member has completed the W-9 process.
