The gps tracking is very easy to use and has many feautures. When I take calls for towing it makes it a relief knowing where the drivers are at, at that given time so I know who is closer and who to send where next. I also know when drivers are done performing their job or when they are slacking off. Cons Customer services takes some time to get through to but they always fix the problem and if they can't they will make it rite with your company very quickly. They really value their customers.
