I have always gotten a great response from everyone. Service has always been top notch.
As many of our small and mid-sized customers are "in the field", the ability to easily handle account payable makes the BillTrust solution a natural fit.
And opened their Emails of Invoices is a huge help as well. This Software program has saved me a lot of time everyday.
Cons
I suppose if I had any negative comment it would be that sometimes the website can be on the slow side. But nothing that will change my view of the service.
I really have not con's maybe the longer hours of operation if we were to have a problem later at night.
We are now focusing on increasing our payments that are made electronically and utilizing Billtrust as a means for our customer to pay online.
We have not only reduced application payroll but have also seen less posting errors.

Overall: Easy online payments & customers can view/print invoices/statements themselves without needing to call each time.
Pros: Ease of use for Client Connect; online payments are a breeze for customers. Including One-Time Payments where customers don't even have to log in.
"All in one"
Pros: Easy to complete payment. Vendors that offer discount when payed within a certain timeframe is automatically calculated in.
Cons: Having to move payed invoices to closed.
"Poor Customer Service / Outdated Quality of Work"
Overall: Terrible Experience. I am not the only one.
Pros: A lot of the code in the website they provided us does not work out of box.
Cons: Billable work at 165/hr. Company does not proof their own work before submitting it. Projects take forever to complete. Lack of communication. Rarely calls customer for questions.

Pros: Billtrust Accounts receivable platform provides all the desired features for seamless process, especially it's Business payment network makes it to stand out from its competitiors. It is integrated with several global partners to make the process of accounts receivable more feasible.
Cons: Dispute management is lacking a bit when comparing to other account receivable platform. It can be improved.

Overall: Billtrust has been a valued vendor partner since 2006. Our invoicing process was time consuming, labor intensive, and very expensive before partnering with Billtrust. With Billtrust, the process is automated, the invoices look professional, and we've realized savings in every area -- labor, postage, forms and envelopes, etc. Most of all, our customers are extremely happy with their invoicing and the flexibility provided by using Billtrust.
Pros: Invoice delivery to our customers is quick, efficient, and accurate. We are notified automatically and immediately if an electronic or fax delivery fails so we can fix it quickly. It's easy to resend either a single invoice or multiple invoices. Our customers have many options and can choose what is best for them -- Invoice Gateway, Invoice Central, Ebills, email or fax copies. For those that still want invoices via USPS, we have the ability to select the criteria to maximize savings.
