It sets us apart from our competition and puts us on a different level. Pros It is very easy to use. It walks you through each picture. It is fool proof and easy to train to use. Cons Often the app is a bit glitchy when taking photos. Adjusting settings to make the pictures better is spotty at best. Reasons for choosing Impel We were taking pictures and uploading them manually through our inventory software. It is a good product, overall. But I also value trustworthiness & transparency in a company. Pros I like the ease of setup and integration of this product. It was easy for our photographer to understand, set up, and use to change up some of our systems and processes in inventory intake. Cons However, their analytics were inflated, in my opinion. We would look at our site metrics in GA and it would simply not line up with what we were seeing from SpinCar's reporting. That seemed very shady to us. Cons The few times that we have had issues (feed syncs, for example), their support team has been swift to address it. Perfecting the 360 video is also not an easy feat. SpinCar solved both. In the digital age, customers visit countless websites vs. dealerships. SpinCar allows our customers to shop more thoroughly from home. We utilize their retargeting capabilities as well. The support team is hyper responsive and follows up on issues. Best bang for your buck in the automotive picture world. Cons My only request would be the figure out a way to make feature add on's retroactive to the rest of the inventory.
