Pros

Offers the inventory support that a smaller business may need and integrates with multiple systems (square, shopify, shipstation, etc.)

Cons

Reports don't always work and the system can run slowly at times. Hard to manage consignment sales with this system

I manage a small online business that sells primarily on Amazon.com and wholesale. For the past 10 month I have tried close to ten different applications but most of them felt like they would not simplify the process. Until I tried Stitch. All our inventory is pulled from Amazon so the details and images are there, the orders have all the details and we can create po's and invoices straight from Stitch. When you first use Stitch it does not feel like you have to brace yourself for the growing pangs. The first time I opened Stitch I looked at the Dashboard for a min and than it just started flowing.

We switched to Stitch labs about three months ago and we have been VERY happy! Being one of the largest Etsy sellers of jewelry making supplies (over 7,000 sku's) has made inventory a hassle... until Stitch! Now it's a snap! It's been a time saver, money saver, and helped reduce oversold product! What more can you ask for! And on top of that, their Customer Service has been great! Well worth the money!

Pros

1) Easy to learn. 2) Dependable. 3) Customer Service is A++++. 4) Always seem to be working on how to make the system even better! 5) Perfect for small and growing businesses!

Cons

1) Limited CSV upload capability. (Which is being worked on!) 2) ??????

StitchLabs is amazing. All of my employees, were able to understand it with ease and quickly. We do all of our invoicing through StitchLabs so it is definitely a part of our everyday lives and we wouldn't have it any other way. I think the biggest plus is the customer service. Having a question, I simply clicked the chat icon and was greeted by someone very friendly ad informative on the other end. I should explain further that it wasn't your typical chat conversation, it felt like I was talking to a friend or colleague! It wasn't an automated or stuffy response, and we loved that. The StitchLab team has been a joy to work with because they are relatable and approachable. I would recommend StitchLabs to anyone!

StitchLabs really jumped out at me as an excellent product among the CRMs I evaluated. It was extremely quick and easy to get started, add products and accounts, and I had invoices printing in minutes. I will definitely recommend StitchLabs for proprietors of small businesses for which it is suited. Support was great - I had Josh (I think) on chat in a couple minutes helping me out. Good work on a clean, simple product.

Pros

Extremely quick and easy to get started, add products and accounts, etc.

Cons

This is a nice tool for a small business - perhaps a local artisan or t-shirt shop - but not a full-blown CRM suitable for a medium to larger business

I can't say enough about Stitch! As an inventory management system it works perfectly for me. I can easily stay on top of inventory and sales with a quick click. Even when I fall behind, Stitch is still easy to use. The customization is endless and I love being able to take a look at the health of my business in the drill down reports. The best feature of Stitch is hands down the people. Anytime I have a question, Jake is there to help out, be it by phone or email. The team at Stitch really cares about what they do and their passion shines through. I'm proud to use Stitch not only because of how critical it is to my jewelry business, but also because I am standing behind a great cast of characters.

When spreadsheets, random invoices and the back of your mind isn't enough to keep track of inventory, get Stitch.

Pros

Super clean interface, intuitive work flow and a solid (& growing) feature set. The best part is their support staff. Their attention to detail, "on call" availability and "we give a crap" attitude is what moved me from trial to subscriber.

Cons

No buik upload of inventory. Lacking an integration with WooCommerce (although they are working on it). I sell via my WooCommerce site & offline at shows. I cannot segment non-integrated channels easily.

Stitch is great! It has a very friendly interface which is easy to understand, meaning less time wasted. I love the features, like importing items from Etsy, inventory management on Etsy (so I don't have to renew items manually), invoices, managing my workflow (it's so easy to see what orders need to be filled), etc. Stitch is adding new integrations all the time, and I know that Stitch can grow with my business and I can add more channels as I need them. The Stitch team is always ready to help if I have a problem, response time is quick, and they actually ask me for ways to make Stitch better! I'm so happy to have found a company that is so invested in my business!

A year ago I was looking for a software solution to managing my inventory - I'd quite outgrown the simple spreadsheets I'd been using. I reviewed a few solutions and Stitch was by far the most obvious choice. It's easy to set up and get started using in an afternoon. I've found the integration features with my Etsy store to be a huge time saver. I love the ability to manage my wholesale orders in the same place, plus integration services like ShipStation and SAILpay mean that Stitch has quickly become the center of my business. The support from the team is outstanding. I recommend Stitch to other product-based business owners all the time!

Stitch has helped our company expand more products across all of our sales channels without the worry of overselling. The setup was rather quick and easy, and ties in all of the channels that I needed (Bigcommerce, Etsy, eBay, and Amazon). Before moving to Stitch, I would only list products on Amazon that I had hundreds of and adjust periodically. I can now list many more items on Amazon and eBay without the worry that I had before. The support is top notch and fast, handling all of the concerns or problems that I have had very quickly. In most every instance I have felt that support has gone above and beyond today's standard support rep.

Stitch is a full-scale inventory management app that will serve the needs of most small to medium sized businesses, especially those operating online retail/e-commerce stores. It's big on integration and support is very hands-on, fast and aware.

Pros

Easy to get started with and integrate, easy to use and navigate. Unbeatable price for the features included.

Cons

Currently no way to apply a credit note to an invoice or apply a refund to customer directly. Also for businesses that buy/sell in multi-currencies, there is not multi-currency feature at present.

I started using Stitch to sync inventory between BigCommerce (our eCommerce sales channel) and Square (our brick and mortar sales channel). Prior to Stitch, we updated inventory manually which resulted in many errors and customer service problems when someone would order things we were out of stock on. I found Stitch to be quite intuitive and simple to set up. Initially, linking products looked like it was going to be a huge job, but thanks to Stitch's customer service, they actually wrote a custom script for me that automated this process! I was incredibly impressed by that! Thanks for a great product and excellent customer service!

WOW! I've only been using Stitch for a couple days now and I love it! While looking for a cloud based solution to manage inventory and orders, I came across StitchLabs. Although they need a few more integrations, the UI and ease of use for entering new data is the best I've seen and requires very little effort to get it up and running. If you're looking for a way to manage many store fronts such as Etsy, Big Commerce, eBay (future), and Amazon from a single cloud based solution then look no further. Support is quick to respond and knowledgeable. Great customer service! Free for one channel, but well worth paying for.

Stitch helped integrate our online register/shop with our physical inventory. Before, it was a very manual process that took a lot of time. Now I know exactly what my inventory looks like after every purchase and every incoming shipment. It makes accounting easier, purchasing easier and customer service easier. I'm sure there are a lot more tools that Stitch offers that I could be using, but I just haven't had the time to investigate yet. Any time I have had a question, customer service has answered the question to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. That is something that is really appreciated!

I sell on ebay and amazon and before I found stitch I was manually moving inventory between store fronts and couldn't easily sell something I had 1 of on both. Stitch has not only helped with keeping an accurate count of inventory and representing it on both sites simultaneously, but also cuts down on relisting time and manual inventory counting. I tried several other similar products but none of them had the ease of setup, intuitive interface, features, and customer support that stitch offers especially for the price. I would highly recommend Stitch for anyone selling across multiple platforms.

Stitch Labs is so easy to use! We use it everyday and it truly is the best program. We use Stitch for our Auto Parts Business and it's so great! It allows you to add pictures and visualize the items, to avoid mistake. And it also keeps track of all of our orders on different channels. There is just so much that Stitch Labs allows us to do, from tracking orders to viewing our expenses and monthly reports. All I can say is that I do not regret using this program. And the customer service is GREATTT! They always provide so much support and do their best to answer my questions. SO WORTH IT!!!

We sell to large retailers, small boutiques, we offer drop shipping, use distributors, sell through our website wallstories.com and even still do some consignment with favorite local boutiques. Billing and inventory were taking a large chunk of time. Then Stitch came along and freed us up so much of my time. Time that I can now spend on growing my business. As a bonus I also have reporting capabilities so I can see how a specific collection is doing, or who is late paying their invoice with the click of a button. Thank you Stitch, we love you!

We absolutely love Stitch Labs. Keeping track of inventory is a giant pain in the ass unless someone pays for a point of sale system, which is normally a bit clunky. With an iPad, Spark Pay, Stitch Labs & Xero we're able to FINALLY control our inventory management & bookkeeping in a fluid autoupdating solution!

Pros

Plays well with specific payment processors and accounting software (auto syncing data).

Cons

No sale notification emails - I would like to get updated when a remote sale takes place so I can fulfill it on the spot.

I have used Stitch for 3 years. It integrates with my Etsy shop and I can also add orders from other venues manually. Being able to send professional looking invoices with Paypal inegrated is great. For now I use it as a way to do my bookkeeping - since I can enter all my expenses and do reports. Sometimes I get a bit lost when trying to add products to inventory, or in finding products recently added, but overall, I can usually figure it out. I am on a very basic plan, so I don't use customer support. The Knowledge base will sometimes have my answer or the blog.
