Configurable to the extreme. Gives command and control to ur business. Efficient cost control. Pos billing extremely advanced.

Cons

Development cycle should be more fast. Support should consider the history of business before recommending any solution.

Customization in User interface, classification in group sub group department brands etc etc excellent customer support

Cons

Highly priced, and unnecessary installation costs like training travelling etc please understand that one time installation and training is necessary for use and that should be provided without any cost

It helped our client scale their restaurant business with systemized financial & accounting control in the short span of 1 year.

Pros

Features, easy to use UI and low TAT to overcome issues. It helped in providing better customer service with fast and accurate billing. Payroll Management & Analytics is very helpful in easing the entire restaurant management.

Cons

I wish their Restaurant Analytics feature could have been provided in the Standard plan as well. Its helpful for small restaurants too.
