It gests the work done!! It has position itself well to be a great tool for Wealth Management company

Pros

SatuitCRM seems like a well fit for Wealth Management company. The report created was appealing. It does have great customer support and I think that is the strongest point it offers

Cons

the overall interface seems to be a bit aged compare with others like Salesforce. Also, loading seems to be a issue (slowness)

Very satisfied in how we keep track now of all our contacts, businesses, deal opportunities, etc. Saving much time as there is only 1 database (hence, data input is done only once), after which you can easily get intelligence out of the system in a very intuitive way.

Pros

Userfriendliness, ease of use, very intuitive, easy to put data in, easy to get intelligence out of the CRM

Cons

Loading a screen sometimes takes a bit of time when the browser is retreiving data from the server

At Alpha Real Capital, we have been Satuit users for almost one year. Although we have not had a chance to use all of the tools that Satuit offers, we have so far thoroughly enjoyed using the system and found it to be a valuable addition to our daily achievements. We further found the support team incredibly helpful and so the implementation process was finalised with ease which is a very important stage in order to have the system fully integrated and used regularly on a daily basis. Overall, Satuit system has been a very valuable addition to the business and we look forward to unlock other tools on offer as we continue to grow the business.
