Pros Timeneye offers most of the core features we need for tracking time and properly billing clients. Cons The focus is on adding new features and updated interfaces while stability and reliability continue to be a recurring problem. I've filled out multiple Timeneye surveys with a very clear emphasis on performance and reliability. I have yet to receive a response acknowledging my concerns or survey submissions. They can capture time from anywhere. I've been a paying customer for 3+ years and recently, forgot to reduce the licence as a team member had left. TimeNEye charged me for some extra licence but, when I mentioned it, they immediately refunded the extra payment. I cannot fault them for taking the extra payment as I forgot to amend the system. The company is very professional and really look after their customers. Their product support is also very good in my experience. Cons Reporting is still basic and could be improved. However, current product meet my needs.
