Experience has always been very positive the team are very supportive and available to assist as needed. Could not fault the service delivery

Pros

We are a low end user but find we are able to do what we need and there is always support available

Cons

There are aspects that appear to be not as user friendly as the Microsoft products we use every day but we have leant to adapt over the years. It does what we need at our very rudimentary level.

One of the things that really set Core dna apart, aside from their tech, was the support we received. Their team was always willing to jump in and help. This direct engagement help get our team's mastery of the system complete much faster than we anticipated. If we had issues or discovered something wasn't working they were on top of it and communicated in a timely way.

Pros

The Core dna solution is so powerful that we were really only limited by our imagination in terms of what we could do. The platform made it easy for our product teams to do their work and cut our time to market by 50%! The headless and API first architecture allowed us to push content between multiple channels and save a ton of time and money on those efforts.

Cons

As with most any solution and especially one this powerful, it took time to get fully up to speed on how best to use it and deploy the functionality. Once we mastered this though, it was an awesome tool for our use.

Reasons for choosing Core dna

The functionality, cost, and ability to do the work with our team were all important factors in choosing Core dna. We didn't have to have a team of engineers to get stuff done. Our engineers were able to focus on bringing new features to the table and making all of our products better, rather than focusing on the CMS.

What I like most is that we've been able to cater this CMS platform to suit our businesses needs and requirements. We've had templates built and components created which has made publishing projects on the platform a breeze!

Cons

There really isn't anything we dislike about the platform. It performs excellently and does exactly what we need it to do.

We wanted a site we could update regularly without technical support, we wanted it to work well for search, especially to load super fast.

Pros

Easy to use and handles complex requirements. The was each component is configurable is a real game changer. Build it once and reuse many times. Plus our team does not have to ask a developer each time they want something simple done. The Hooks engine allows non tech people to create automation and improve the experience for our users. It has no plugins, everything is within the platform.

Cons

Can't say there are any. We did not understand the full extent of what we could do with the system at the start.

Our business had multiple franchise locations which each targeted a slightly different market. Core dna's franchise application made it easy to give each location its own content with location specific news, blogs and e-commerce. All locations were managed from the same dashboard and I could allow each location's marketing director to manage their own content well maintaining brand consistency.
