Comments: The product is overall great. There are a lot of advantages in regards to the variety of stuff that it can do. There are not a lot of disadvantages, so that is another plus.
The product is easy to use, gives you everything you need, and make your job a lot easier.

Comments: Since switching to DialersPro our production has greatly increased. Setup of the dialer was easy and explained well.. On our previous dialer the only function we had was to dial with DialersPro everything we need for my business is all in one place without all the paperwork and any time I need help support is always available to help hands on. One of the other great things about this system is the steady flow of calls , we no longer have to wait several minutes to get a new call, calls consistently come in . I would refer DailersPro dialer system to any one trying to make there work easier and more efficient.

Comments: The system help me manage our projects clients finance etc. I do like customer service usally if they not available right away they call ones they have time. Issue solving is very fast and I'm happy from the system.

Comments: We bought the dialer system from DialersPro more than three years ago.
Their technical support is fast and efficient. The dialer has a lead and production management module that replaced our old database program and we never looked back even once. The agent interface is intuitive and easy to learn.

Moving to DialersPro was the correct choose that saved us a lot of money in the long run.

Comments: The service level of DialersPro is amazing! During the installation process as well as the implementation of the dialer, everything is working great, up to speed, and efficiently.
Appointments and leads are easy to book and follow up with because of the organization aspects of Dialers Pro. Also, because all of the accounting, production, and lead management is together in one software, it makes it easier to run all files without having to switch from one program to another. This way we have it all on one program, everything we need!
We always get the best support from DialersPro. If we ever have any problems or technical difficulties, we know that help is only a phone call away. Support is always available when needed. Of course, moving to DialersPro dialer paid off! It was well worth the switch because everything is running a lot smoother, more organized, and more production!
We are very happy with how the Dialer lead management and production management are all in the same dialer, as this makes it easier and more organized.
The average waiting time between calls is a lot faster than any other system we've ever used. It takes about 5-10 seconds for an average waiting time between calls which is really great! I recommend DialersPro to anyone!!

Comments: 1. Installation and implementation went smoothly. Training was very helpful.
2. Our marketing, project management and dispatch departments were streamlined. It has cut down significantly on the amount of paperwork in the office.
3. Yes, every time we call the response is quick and attentive.
4. Yes, we used to pay a monthly service fee to an outside dialer and now we no longer have to do that. It has paid for itself quite quickly and increased the production of leads.
5. It has streamlined the work flow and in our office, made supervision of management and marketing much more efficient.
6. 5 seconds. Yes it is much faster. Our old dialer was at 25 seconds.
