I think the product itself not bad for the price you pay however, it has so many basic issues and you have zero customer support. so if you have a problem and you raise this with the support team via WhatsApp or live chat, but the only answer you get is that sign up on the cooperate account and pay additional money to fix the issue. I would totally understand if I'm asking for a new feature to be built but it doesn't make sense to switch to the most expensive option then pay the additional dev cost just to fix the problems. All booking action is pushed to almost real-time. From booking to assignment. Prepaid options are present. Stripe, Paypal, Ideal etc. We, ClubTaxi.com, only use Stripe, got ATM in the cars, so 1 prepaid option should be enough, we choose the 'cheapest'. Routing info from the map-suppliers, info on possible road-works, will influence your pricing, as the price calculated by your software/web-widget. Data-entry for fixed pricing is incredible fast with farebookings, as fast as your pricing problem will go away.
