Pros: As a non-profit that provides free, longterm support to those healing from opioid addiction, we had very specific time management needs for our volunteer "Listeners" to schedule meetings with people healing from an addiction crisis. Listeners will be meeting with program participants in public locations like libraries and coffee-shops in multiple cities, and each volunteer has to set and manage their own availability. It was also important to us to be able to craft the public-facing messaging in a way that was both clear and non-shaming, and that software that was built for staff-client relationships didn't make our program participants feel like patients in the medical system. We thought this would be an impossible task, but TimeTap not only figured it out, they made it feel easy. I am still amazed by how quickly and effectively they helped us integrate our needs into an effective, working service. The software has been built in such a way that every facet of interactions between users in your scheduling system can be customized and optimized. There were a number of functionalities I didn't anticipate needing, and aspects of the work process I didn't think about customizing until we actually saw it in action. TimeTap support was there every step of the way to help us figure out how to tweak, adjust and clarify.

Cons: The only downside I've experienced (as a non-technical person) with this software is that it can be hard to understand the logic of different settings and where specific gears are located on the back-end. I think, however, that this is just a necessary symptom of highly customizable software. TimeTap manages this incredibly well, in my opinion, by having an incredibly rich (and search sensitive) library of user documentation -- including screen-capture videos that show you step-by-step how to find what you're looking for. Their support team is also very responsive and friendly and I've never had trouble getting in touch with them on short notice for both quick and complicated questions.

Overall: Because of this software, we are able to execute the vision of our social enterprise to fight the opioid crisis without the prohibitively costly overhead associated with having human schedulers & administrators. We would have had to raise a much higher fundraising target in order to be able to run operations if it weren't for the flexibility and ease of use we found in TimeTap.

Comments: I can't say enough about TimeTap and their staff. I have been researching and trying out scheduling programs for two years, and TT is the ONLY company that can do everything I need for my business. I have been with TT for a while now, and the growth of their product is mind-blowing! I have never worked with a company that has put so much heart and hard work into their product. Their tech support is unprecedented. You simply can't go wrong if you chose TimeTap for your business.

PROS:
WAITLIST: You want to build your business and keep your numbers up? Then there is no other company that has the Waitlist functionality that TT does. This was the number one thing I was looking for, and I have tried all the competitors - TT blows them away. I have a full schedule, but about 20% of my weekly bookings cancel. With the Waitlist, however, I am able to rebook all of those sessions without lifting a finger. That's a 20% increase in revenue, and it's all because of TT! Plus, my clients love the easy-to-use waitlist texts.

CUSTOMIZATION: You can change just about anything in TT (outgoing emails, registery, texts, calendar view, notifications, colors, etc) and make it your own. I can't think of any business that wouldn't be able to make TT work for them.

AMAZING TECH SUPPORT: Simply put, TT has the best tech support I have ever working with in my entire life, with any product, hands down. Within minutes, they address your concern. They fix problems in days, not months. They actually listen to your suggestions and implement them. I can't stress enough, how absolutely unheard of this is.

THE KITCHEN SINK: TT has everything, and they keep adding more tools every day. Their growth in functionality is simply mind-boggling. If it's not a part of TT now, it will be soon.

EASE OF USE: Once you get the hang of it, and it's all set up, it basically runs itself. TT has cut hours of work out of my week. It allows me to keep up with scheduling and billing, keeping records of everything. I can see if clients have opened their emails - no more, "I didn't get that.¿ Also, easy to use interface for my clients, weather they're 16 or 80.

CONS:
Little hiccups here and there, but to be expected with such huge program.

TIP: when starting up your account, use the tech support. There were several things I thought weren't possible with TT, but their tech support showed me the way.

Pros: The new interface (timetap) is more intuitive and user friendly. Amazing and responsive tech support and customer service! All of the support staff have been fantastic and extremely responsive. A big shout out to Lucy, who has been a support star, from the onboarding process to 2+ years of regular support. She's conducted countless calls with me to provide how-tos, recommendations to best structure our site, and addressed functionality enhancement requests and technical issues. I can't express how grateful I am for this type of support!

Cons: Not all features are intuitive; there is a learning curve to understand and administer the service/software.

Overall: The software has allowed us to move toward online registration for the majority of our classes, which is still a work-in-progress (2+ years since we started) . The support from the staff (Lucy, Elvis, etc.) has been phenomenal. They've taught me a great deal about how to structure our online registration and utilize the feature to support our needs. I work for a large organization, made up of a diverse group of programs that almost function independently. From a support perspective, my experience has been phenomenal. Lucy has been instrumental in teaching me the software, helping use set up our registration site, transition from checkappointments to timetap, as well as take back functionality requests and address our technical issues.

Pros: I love that it seems to understand and anticipate all the functionality I need (before I knew I needed it!). And that can be more and more complex as I offer a wider range of products, services and programs. It's a powerful program yet not so complex that we need deep expertise in programming to design the communications, notifications and interface the way we want. And the customer support I've received from my onboarding supporter Cust support rep has been truly fantastic! So quick, thorough and clear. That type of excellent support and follow-up speaks volumes to me about this program.

Cons: I'd say that due to how robust this program is, it's critical to get onboarding help when you're first starting out with it, and not try to accomplish all your essential tasks without that added support.

Pros: Being able to copy and paste my personalized Time Tap Link into emails, helps my clients schedule meetings. This saves all the back and forth emails, "does this time work?" Time Tap is much more productive.
I have embedded the Time Tap scheduler on my website and on specific landing pages. What a great tool to convert visitors into clients. They can take action and be in control of their schedule. I get to speak with potential clients in a planned way, allowing me to be more productive.

Cons: It took me a while to learn how to navigate the different screens. I have a system in place now that works well for me, but I am not sure it is the most efficient way to use the software.

Overall: I am more productive using Time Tap. I set the times I am available; the types of interactions clients may choose from and then give them control of when they set up our sessions.
This frees me to work on other projects, knowing that my clients have a clean, professional looking way to schedule time with me.

Pros: I love that my clients are able to go directly to a site and book an appointment without having to include me in the process. This really helps to cut down on scheduling times and issues.

On a side note the staff there is amazing and always a pleasure to deal with. One of the Representative specifically has helped me numerous times with any questions or concerns i have had over the years and she has been great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. This also goes for few more representatives! All great!

Cons: Nothing that I can think of!

Comments: I have tried a number of schedulers and TimeTap is by far the best.

Theoretically all schedulers do pretty much the same thing ¿ allow clients to book appointments on line and allow you to manage your appointments. However, TimeTap seems to achieve this so much more efficiently than some of the other schedulers I have used. The interface is simple, nice looking and very easy to navigate. All my patients have commented favourably on how much easier it is to book and manage their own appointments with Timetap when compared to the previous scheduler I was using. The automated emails are concise and polite with clear instructions on how clients can reschedule or cancel which means that I am no longer bombarded with phone calls from frustrated clients who are finding it difficult to book / change appointments. The programme also offers a simple app to let me manage my appointments on the go.

Furthermore, the customer service is fantastic. Firstly and fabulously, if you have an issue, you get to communicate with a live person (in my case the lovely and incredibly helpful and patient Lucy), rather than being referred to useless forums, FAQ¿s etc. My currency and country were not listed ¿ resolved within an hour. Wanted to import my client base and allocate passwords¿.They did it for me which saved me a day of data entry. Even the smallest and most mundane of my queries were given time and attention and followed up afterwards. I am a bit of a perfectionist with a very busy schedule and very high expectations ¿ TimeTap has exceeded all of them. A really great programme with customer support to match!!!

Pros: Ease of use, amazing, responsive support

Cons: Some of the email templates were a little confusing to me at first. It took time to figure out where the templates pulled information from to understand where to update things.

Overall: My team needed a tool to track registration numbers for a couple global events we were hosting for our company (72,000+ employees). We used WebEx to host the online event, however we found the registration tool in WebEx was lacking and didn't fit our needs. Another team at our firm recommended TimeTap so we checked it out and were thrilled with the tool.

TimeTap is generous to offer very robust trial offers, which unlike many other online tool trials, offered us the "full" package so we could really get a good feel for the tool and it's offerings.

The tool itself is very easy to use, and very intuitive, but because I needed some pretty specific customization to reflect my company's branding, I needed support.

First, as soon as you register for a TimeTap account, you are immediately welcomed to TimeTap by a TimeTap support representative via the online chat bubble. So you immediately have support ready and waiting for you.

After playing around in the site, I wanted to get serious about setting up my registrations, so made an appointment for a custom support session. Elvis Merino was my TimeTap support contact and he was awesome! Through our screen sharing session, he went into my account and helped me quickly set up all the options I needed. He was patient and knowledgeable and took his time with me.

After our session, I had additional questions for Elvis, so contacted him directly through email with my questions at the end of my work day. By the next morning, Elvis had already responded and provided the guidance I needed.

During that day, I had what I thought was a "silly" quick question, so I used the "chat bubble" for my question, and Elvis was there, helping me on the fly instantly.

I love this tool and our team will be purchasing a permanent business license once our trial is over so we can use it for other events hosted by our team. The price is very reasonable and the support is awesome.

Great tool, great support!

Recommendations to other buyers: Love it! Looking forward to my next event!

Cons: Some areas are a little tricky to figure out without TT support.

Overall: Until we started using Time Tap, I was having to enter and maintain all clients appointments, cancelations, confirming and rescheduling. It took a huge amount of time that I could have used for other tasks. Elvis at TT has literally held our hands from day one. Start up was fast, and easy to use. Support is quick to answer your questions and walk you through step by step with on-line appointments. Elvis has always been very professional and knows the material. If there is a question he can't answer, he will converse with the TT Team and find the solution. Customer service follow-up is fantastic (very important to me). The other thing I love, is TT appointments can be synced with your current calendar, I use Google, so you don't have to stop using what you currently have. My customers said it is easy to use and they like making their own appointments. I highly recommend TT, it's like having another person in the office with me. And listen, if you decide to use TT for your business, ask for Elvis, he is great!

Comments: I am going on my third month using this product. All I can say is that I am kicking myself for waiting so long to switch over. I am saving about 1 to 1.5 hours a day after switching my calendar over. I used to get about 3-4 (calls, texts, emails) per day that needed a personal response from me, but now that my clients can handle their own appointments, I get about 3-4 (calls, texts, emails) per month.

There was an initial learning curve for a few of my clients, but so far everyone is giving me good feedback. The main complaint from my clients is that the mobile landing page is a little clunky and not totally clear for everyone. I think they are working on improving the mobile app, but it really hasn't been a problem for most people.

Since I have been using TimeTap, I have been working with a woman. She is and has been incredibly helpful and patient with me during the onboard process and with any questions or problems I have had. With certain issues she made video's of her screen while she walked me through the process of fixing the problem. This was really useful and thoughtful. Any problems or questions that have get addressed right away. Incredibly impressive customer support.

So far I am more than happy with the service. Look forward to things getting easier for my clients and for a better mobile app.

Pros: Customer Support has been phenomenal, responds very quickly when I need help and with concise steps! They have navigated me through the software and helped make changes at a moments notice. ! Ease of use for customers and getting more appointments booked.

Cons: Just started using the Time Tap version, so not sure yet. On the Check Appointments, I would prefer that it defaults to cancelling an appointment within an hour of start time. I would also like if it defaulted to scheduling an appointment within 1 hour also.

Pros: Easy to use on the front end (for possible clients) and back end (for staff). I've been using since it was checkappointments.com. Integrates very nicely into existing website.

Cons: Unforunately, the graphical interface is a bit outdated, and feels a bit clunky when you are setting it up.

Pros: Flexibility, that it is customizable, that customer service is quick to respond, and always helpful, reasonable price, easy for clients to use, appointment reminders are helpful.

Cons: I tend to find that the online site is easier to use on my phone than the iPhone app. Both are slow to load, however.

Comments: The TimeTap team is putting something really awesome together here and I'm excited to watch the product grow overall. I have been using the system for about 4 months now and over the time I've been on it they've added a lot of great new features. It's cool to be using a system where it feels like the team behind it really cares about their userbase and understands their pain.

Pros: Really easy to use, works fast (I've used other scheduling softwares where the app is SO slow that it makes it a real P.I.T.A to use), allows for unlimited services and appointments and clients, can export any list view, flexible way to add hours to my schedule to take appointments, unique landing page for my booking widget...and all of that is for free

Cons: free version doesn't let you sync with any external calendars, free version also limits you to just 1 staff who can accept appointments, not able to customize emails (have asked their support team about this though and they said they're working on getting this out quickly)

Like I said, I started using this tool about 4 months ago and am continuously surprised by all the neat little odds and ends their team keeps adding. I only expect it to get better!

Pros: That is can be individualized to our unique needs. We love the confirmation of appointment email the clients receive.

Cons: It is a little challenging to set up schedules at first. Our staff all have unique schedules that can vary daily, which made set up a little complicated. Once we got the hang of it was easy to overcome.

Overall: We really appreciate the help of our specialist, Lucy, who understood our functions and was able to set up Time Tap to meet our unique needs. She was able to provide exceptional training and support to our staff. She responded to our questions and challenges timely.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the 30 day free trial and see if it will work for your needs. We are using the product in two different departments at this time. It is great.

Comments: As the IT support for the Adelaide University Dental Student Society, I needed a way for students to be able to freely book in class sessions, through the society's website. TimeTap provides the perfect FREE service to do this.

TimeTap hosts everything on a miniwebsite which is created for each user, so set up takes place within seconds. TimeTap also comes with a customised HTML code, making integration to any website simple; so if you want people to stay on your website whilst booking - they can.
The system itself is well organised, and easy to use; I seldom had to refer to the FAQ, and could figure out what I wanted by simply exploring the intuitively laid out settings.

We now use TimeTap as a method for students to book in sessions with the Adelaide Dental Hospital Laboratory, where lab technicians host a class of sorts, teaching students about the fabrication process of dentures.
Needless to say, we strongly recommend TimeTap for any booking needs. We currently use the Free plan, which allows one class; but TimeTap offers a variety of plans to meet your needs.

Comments: While I know I need appointments to grow my business, I always dreaded getting the phone calls and emails requesting appointments because it took so much work to ultimately get anything scheduled. This obviously hampered my ability to actually increase my bottom line, but what can I say? I am a massage therapist...not someone who enjoys being on the phone with folks even if they are offering me money.

TimeTap has been awesome because I no longer have to take phone calls in order to get appointments booked. Plus, I don't even have to send any of the email reminders out anymore which is a huge time save (not to mention dropping my no show rate to just about zilch).

The team over there has been easy to work with and really knows what their talking about as far as giving advice with how best to set up your scheduling system. Shortly after signing up for their Plus platform, Lucy from their support team got in touch with me and I scheduled a call with her. Within half an hour my account was set up and working magically.

While there was a bit of a learning curve, I've gotten the hang of it now and am just loving how seamlessly the booking portal works with my practice.

Pros: I love how easy it is for folks to sign up for an interview. It has taken the headache and back-and-forth from trying to schedule something, to an easy "sign up here". I don't know how I ever got anything done before TimeTap!

Cons: Customer Service/Help Desk. They take FOREVER to get back to me. I end up spending more time trying to figure it out on my own, and there have been several times where I try, but still cannot figure it out so I end up wasting my time. It's by far the most frustrating part of TimeTap.

Overall: My time back!

Comments: My colleagues and I used TimeTap for the first time during a 5 day conference at the end of December. It was perfect for scheduling "mentor appointments" for our clients (mostly college students from North America) with our staff- justice practitioners from around the world. All in all we had 40 staff in the system, and it was so easy to set up their bios, select their availability, and make adjustments to their schedules on site.

It was really important to us that our scheduling system be easily accessible on a phone, and TimeTap was extremely mobile friendly. This kept us from having long lines during our sign-up process, which was awesome.

As many reviewers have mentioned, I was especially blown away by TimeTap's customer service. I almost always got responses to my questions within an hour. TimeTap also has detailed and clear help documents that I could look through whenever I needed to better understand a feature.

All in all, I would definitely recommend TimeTap, even for short term use like in the case of our conference. It was simple to learn, easy to use, and the customer service was amazing.

Pros: I love the accessibility and the ability to see your whole schedule in front of you. The fact that it is available anywhere is amazing!

Cons: Hard to understand at first but once I was able to get the hang of it, it became second nature. Probably a lot harder for newer users.

Overall: A great way to keep in contact with all of my clients and to make sure I don't over book my schedule!

Pros: Very flexible, very customizable, and syncs both ways with Google and Office 365 calendars. Support was very hands on in helping us get started. Super chat support who take the time to research your TimeTap instance to help fix your particular issue and not just send you a link to help article.

Cons: The application has almost too much functionality for our small shop! But since the chat support is great, we can live with it!

Pros: I don't have to work with clients individually - they can book their slot! However, I DO have back hand ability to book for them and that is great. I like having both possibilities!

Cons: The app does not work at all... :( I always have issues. I wish that it would allow me to actually cancel or change lessons, it never works if I try to use it for anything other than viewing my calendar!

Overall: OH so many.

Comments: This app has not only organized my business, it's organized my life! It is my virtual personal assistance. I cannot say enough good things about this software.

The scheduler eliminates (a) countless emails and phone conversations between me and my Clients to try to sync our calendars for an agreed meeting time; (b) it allows me to describe and define the time frame for meetings and services; and (c) it gives Clients an easy means see my availability and schedule an appointment that fits into their schedule.

If I had one area of concern, it is that Clients have to copy and paste the Scheduler link into a new tab or browser window rather than just click the link. I imagine there are technical possibilities that may prevent a simple click but, of course, Lucy and her awesome team will resolve that issue and/or educate me on what I should do.

Pros: I like the flexibility of the product and the support.

Cons: We are still in the learning phases of the software, so we don't have any cons right now.

Overall: Our company has been using TimeTap for almost six months now. We have a limited number of users and fairly complex business structure. The support team have been very helpful and responsive. I usually get a response within a few hours of asking a question. They have been very patient in helping us get the system set up to meet our needs. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and the support we have received.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have a need for a system where clients can register for meetings with you online, you should consider TimeTap.

Pros: I really like using time tap, I find its easy to use and such. They do have a free option which doesn't limit how many bookings you can make/cancel only limits certain services. I really like that because I don't need most of them so I don't have to pay for what I don't need. There are lots of options etc that lets you customize everything to you and your business. I would definetly recommend. The app lets me access on the go which is nice. Customer service usually doesn't take long for a response.

Cons: I find that if you make bookings on the app it screws up time zones and I'd never been able to fully fix it, with the info provided from customer service.

Overall: Helps me keep track of all appointments and bookings. Gives me a detailed client list etc.

Pros: Pairs quickly with Google Calendar. Sends emails and text messages to clients automatically and you can even see they confirm their appointment or not!

Overall: We joined up with Time Tap because of their software sending our client emails and text message reminders automatically. As well as the fact that it pairs up with Google Calendar which is what our technicians use to see their schedule. Lucy Barber did a great job training us and an even better job getting back to me quickly with the many questions I had after the fact. There was even some things we wanted the software to do for us and she and her team would quickly come up with a working solution. Thanks again!

Pros: Flexibility on ways to set up different programs, staff, and resources was key to selecting TimeTap. We have different demographic groups, use both contractors and employees, and have a variety of programming in the facility. TimeTap is handling all of them quite nicely and we haven't dipped into all the features yet.

Cons: The user experience can be a bit choppy -- there are places where there is no logical path to a different part of the same topic so you have to start over. Once you know where those are, it is pretty easy to get around, but it does take some getting used to.

Overall: First and foremost and easy to use product for clients. Biggest benefit for me is the quick visiblity not just to general calendar but also up to the minute detail for certain classes and resources.

Comments: Boy am I glad I found this diamond-in-the-rough web scheduler! The app makes it incredibly easy for me to manage my availability and the appointments on my schedule PLUS it's super simple for my clients to use. I have tried some other schedulers where my clients get confused using the public booker which ends up just creating more work for me. Not so with TimeTap. It makes booking really straightforward for all my clients.

The support team for TimeTap is prompt and helpful. They don't offer phone support for their free users but offer it on their paid plans. Everyone I've talked to their has known their stuff about using the app and has been really helpful in getting my account customized to do what I need it to. I have a coaching practice and needed to tweak a few of the default settings to match my practice.

Love this app! Couldn't recommend it more highly!

Pros: Lucy Barber- She was the representative that helped me set up my web scheduling page. She was extremely important in the tool being a success for me. Even though a already purchased the package, she continues to help me when I need to add new functions to the web scheduler.

Ease of use- When I show the tool to my customers, they are amazed at how easy the scheduler is to use. It takes me only 5 minutes to train them on how to schedule their appointments.

Cons: Pricing: After 5 staff/locations, you get charged extra. Over the coming months, my company may be adding as many as 20 staff/locations. This can get very costly in the future.

Overall: When looking for a web scheduling tool, I reviewed over 20 different company's that offered this service. TimeTap was the only site that fit our needs completely. The software isn't just easy to use in creating the appointment schedule, but it is extremely simple for our customers to book their appointments on.

Comments: I must have looked at more than a dozen different scheduling/appointment products. I had used an online product for employee scheduling in the past, but I was in a different business now that required customer appointments. I chose TimeTap because of the features, but I realized in the trial period, there were a couple features missing. Lucy from Customer Assurance, assured me that those were next up in the coming release, and indeed, those solved my issues.

Using TimeTap now for over a year has been a great experience. Lucy has been unbelievable at responding to my questions, and is almost always answering my question/concern with her first response. How often does that happen with customer service? I¿m use to going 3 or 5 rounds of emails to find the answer, but Lucy is super articulate and knows her product inside and out. I would HIGHLY recommend taking TimeTap up on their offer to do a personalized ¿support call¿ and see how perfectly this product will work for your business.

Pros: I like the time zone feature the most. It works well when my clients are in different parts of the world.

Cons: The difficulties cause due to time changes in the spring and fall. This feature did not work for me and support was not sure how to help. I was in the time zone where the time changed and my clients were in the time zone where the time stayed the same.

Pros: The multiple appointment reminders and how easily appointments are to confirm with clients are key. It's also really easy to modify or cancel appointments and keep people in the loop. As a solo, my ability to keep my calendar up to date without having to go through multiple steps or screens is invaluable and TimeTap does that really smoothly.

Cons: I think the only thing that I would like is to automate synchronizing my personal calendar with my Time Tap calendar so that when someone makes an appointment with me in TimeTap it automatically shows up in my iPhone or Google calendar as well. In truth, that might be a feature of the software already available that I just haven't found yet.

Pros: The automated emails and text reminders.

Cons: Still fairly new so some options are not available YET. But they work with you on anything you need.

Overall: We have been using this program for about a month's time now. The ease of everything is very helpful. The staff is MORE then willing to help and will spend as much time with you as needed. Getting the program implemented with the staff was very simple and everyone caught on quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this to any business who doesn't like to waste time and loves to bring in more customers!

Pros: The customer support, the ease of the UI/UX, the options for color drop-down are nice, I really don't have a ton of nice things to say honestly. We are still trying to make it work.

Cons: The difficult transition from trial to paid version; the frustrations with 3rd party (google) calendars; the fact that there is no customer support on Sundays when we need it;, the difficult initial setup process took many, many hours; the "remember me" button to save the password doesn't work; I cannot search the appointments at all (I need it searchable by customer name, staff member, etc); the list really goes on and on

Overall: The email and text reminders to customers has cut down on the time I need to do it manually.

Comments: I have been looking for an online scheduling system that makes it super fast to get appointments on my schedule and is really flexible in getting different hours of availability set up each week. I am a consultant and so my availability for client appointments varies from week to week and I needed something that would let me arrange that quickly.

TimeTap has been just the ticket on that front:

Pros: I can add my schedule well in advance and change it at any time, I can add appointments myself outside of my hours of availability (although my clients cant), I can preview all the changes I've made, I can add some appointments to repeat on a weekly basis, I can embed it on my site, I can sync with Google Calendar

Cons: I wish the lists of my appointmetns could all be sortable by columns instead of just ascending date order

Overall love TimeTap and their team is great! Have been really responsive to my support requests.

Pros: Your customer training and support are OUTSTANDING. As someone who considers herself a bit of a luddite, I've greatly appreciated the patience and humor of TimeTap's customer service reps. I also the option to view my schedule in "availability" view without having patient names visible to others.

Cons: I wish "calendar" view also showed availability. I also wish I could change my availability from the schedule/calendar, without having to go thru my settings each time.

Pros: It is easy to use and integrate on sales pages. I use it to set up group classes for my gym Orientations. It is simple to use and it allows me to stay organized.

Cons: The thing that I least like about this software is that I cannot find something about this software that I dont like.

Comments: At Tech Talent South, we've used several different methods of scheduling to set up potential student interviews and we haven't been thrilled with any of them until TimeTap. We believe TimeTap has allowed us to schedule students with greater ease and ultimately resulted in more timely admissions for qualified candidates.

The white labeling (our logo / TTS branded page) has also added additional professionalism to our process. However, the main reason we love TimeTap is the customer service. The TimeTap team is professional, friendly, and most importantly - incredibly responsive. They've taken the time to answer any and all questions from a number of members of our team. Pros: We were able to adapt TimeTap to meet the needs of a demanding client with complicated needs. Only a handful of the competitors could do what was required and they all seemed much harder to set up and test. Support, led by one of the customer rep, helped us set up and learn the system quickly and to quickly adapt to every curveball client change order requirement.

Cons: It's a big task, but it would be nice to have the option to adapt the graphic look of the scheduler to exactly match the website we tied it to.

Comments: As a high school counselor I oversee about 125 students in each class. Not all of them need to come in and see me, but for the ones who do it's so much more convenient to offer them a link to reserve time than to just have drop ins.

I really love how TimeTap's client screens (or, in my case, "Student" screens) are completely adaptable to what I am interested in seeing. Some of the other systems I tried out have so many extraneous fields that I don't use. TimeTap does a nice job of customizing your account so that you're not seeing the information that's not relevant to what you do.

It's really easy to use and if you have any questions I have found their support team to be really responsive. While we're at the end of the school year now, this is definitely going to be something I put to a lot of use once we open back up in August.

Comments: I no longer have to worry about forgetting an appointment or forgetting to remind my clients about appointments because TimeTap takes care of that without me ever having to think about it. My clients were begging me to offer online scheduling on my website and I was really dreading getting it set up but using TimeTap made it a lot simpler than I had been scared of.

As for pros & cons, I really like that it was easy to put on my website and that none of my clients have had any issues with it. I also like how easy it is to customize my account to make it so that the client profiles and appointments have just information that I care about. The app is really fast and the support team gets back to me quick. I wish they had some options for accepting payments but I've asked about that and they have said it's coming out soon.

Comments: TimeTap gives my customers the ability to schedule appointments with me without having to get me on the phone. I can't over-state how much of a differentiator this is for my business. No longer are they waiting for a return call from me if I'm on a project or with another customer. And that TimeTap gives me all the appointment details right in my calendar in near real-time, I now have much more flexibility to manage my time and be more productive.

I would also add that support from TimeTap has exceeded my expectations. They have been responsive and accurate with their support, and even made suggestions on how to improve my customers experience.

Comments: I feel like I have been through the ringer with scheduling softwares trying to get them to work for my studio. TimeTap has been a godsend insofar as simplicity and functionality go. I can set up what paintings we'll be doing each night of the week and people can come and decide which ones they'd want to do.

It sounds simple enough but really finding the right solution for my business model has meant switching between 10 or 11 different programs at this point. I am sick of setting up online scheduling portals but am really glad that I've now found the right fit!

PS -- their support staff is stellar! I've yet to ask for something they can't accommodate and they really know their stuff.

Pros: I like that it accepts my payment gateway, and it has a very professional feel. I love how the help team is always there when I call on them and how patient they are with me, because I am not computer savvy what so ever.

Cons: I do not like that it doesn't make the client pay before booking. It lets the client book and if they do not pay in 90 mins it cancels the booking. I don't like that it cancels out appointments even tho clients paid. I do not like that it does not recognize who I am and I have to keep logging in.

Overall: It helps me to stay organized with booking my clients.

Comments: After years of a paper calendar for scheduling my in-home personal training clients, it was time to find an online appointment scheduling option. Online scheduling should be easy, but it does not come naturally to me. So, the good reviews about ease of use, customer service, and the reasonable monthly subscription are why I tried TimeTap. Comments: I was looking for a scheduling program for my private training gym. I was using one but it was so complicated and required so many add ons that I decided I'd look for something better. Well I found it. Time tap has everything that I need ,is so easy to use and set up, and if you are a stickler for detail, you can even customize the color layout to better fit your website. I had a few minor glitches synching with my google calendar and the problem was solved right away with a few phone calls. Shawn talked me through everything and verified later on if everything was working fine. AMAZING service! Get this program if you need to keep things in check.

Pros: I loved the price (free for a single user), it was very user-friendly, and made our lab look very professional.

Cons: Some of the scheduling was difficult to do because of the way the application works. For instance, I used this software to allow lab participants to sign up for various time slots our researchers had available. It is not obvious how to include availability, especially when repeating.

Overall: Very professional looking platform for students to use and helped us schedule appointments around 6 staff member's schedules.

Comments: Seriously. My least favorite thing about coaching has always been having to manage my calendar for calls and meetings and follow ups. I have tried out other scheduling software but they have never been flexible enough to handle my schedule which changes every week.

TimeTap's been really easy to learn and I've been able to get all of my questions answered by their support team. One of their team members even sat with me on the phone to go through getting my account fully set up. Ever since then, it's just been smooth sailing. I really can't get over how it meets all of the needs I have and let's me store custom information on all of my clients.

Pros: It allows me to let my students book their own appointments based on my availability, but also allows me to have full control to modify anything I need to if the student has last minute requests or changes.

Cons: I use the free version because I am a student worker and can't afford the professional (nor do I need all of the bells and whistles that come with it), but I would have liked to be able to link it to my calendars so I don't have to log in every time I need to see my schedule for the week.

Overall: It allows me to give my students more options to set up appointments with me when they're not physically around me or if they have last minute needs, they can set up an appointment when I'm available with no troubles. It also allows for easier time management on my part because I don't have to e-mail back and forth or track down students to finalize details, it can all happen through their appointment details.

Pros: It is confidential and it's Free Platform serves my needs adequately. As a small mental health therapy practice, affordability, ease of use, and confidentiality are of utmost importance.

Cons: I do wish that for individual meetings, I could schedule more than one client at a time. As is, I have to set up a "class" to have a meeting with more than one person. This is easily surmountable by scheduling two overlapping appointments, but it does take away from efficiency.

Comments: I've been with TimeTap for 6 months now and I'm really happy with them. I am just trying out the Beta version of their product so right now it is free for me to use, but their pricing after Beta looks to be affordable too. It's easy to use and if you don't know what something does their support team will get you an answer in less than an hour most times.

I like the fact that my clients can book online with me and that it's so easy for them to do that. I also like getting the appointment confirmations and updates through my email. The app is really fast and works on my iphone too.

Highly recommend!

Comments: I love TimeTap because it is so easy for my clients to book with me right from my website! I no longer have to send back and forth emails around what times will work for me vs for my client.

I run a photography studio so it has been great to get this on my website so clients who are interested in engagement shoots or family shoots can view my availability. It's also helped to make the whole review of photos after the shoots over a lot easier since I can let clients schedule their time for the review too.

Comments: My group was able to sign up and get reminders with times in their own time zone while I had the schedule set up in mine. I was able to see and edit emails before they were sent when addressing any meeting issues with my group.

It was fairly easy to set up and use. Support was always ready to assist! What more could I ask for?

They are excellent to work with and have gone above and beyond helping us with tweaking the site to the meet the requests of the plan sponsor. Pros: I like the appt reminders; the recent ability to enter a set, repeat pattern of availability; I can put breaks in the day for any amount of time I need.

Cons: It does not automatically populate my ics calendar with appts when clients schedule them. I have to always check timetap to see if anyone signed up. The appt reminder doesn't include my zoom hotlink for ease.

Pros: I have never had to wait long to talk to customer service. I've mostly used the chat function and they get back to me within an hour. Every question I've asked they have answered with flying colors. Some could have been answered with a yes or a no and they will send a reason with that answer. They will send images or videos for me to view when I can't figure something out. They also take suggestions of what other features they should add to their program.

Cons: I'm a little sad there are some features that aren't available, but they are very minor and the support team said they would see if the development team could work on them.

Overall: It saves time and helps make the process we have with clients automated.

Pros: ability to have multiple people on one shared calendar. Useful to be able to know additional shared time with colleagues

Cons: difficult to change time blocks when availability changes. manipulating the time that had been blocked outside of the software through additional means. The invitation through timetap was also sometimes offputting to receiving clients.

Pros: I like the ease of use, the ability to switch easily to week, month or day. I am learning the rest of the program, I am sure it is as easy to use.

Cons: I could not find where to have my questions answered or where to enter an appointment. I am sure once I find it, it will be easy to use as well.

Pros: The calendar tool of the software gives a good overview and is easy to understand, very customer friendly.

Cons: Calendar does not implement national and regional holidays automatically. Furthermore, we did not figure out how to share sign-up links with customers yet, whom were registered by us.

Overall: Easy administration of external visitors.

Pros: i appreciate the appearance of the program; it is straightforward and easy to read. customer service has been helpful, thorough, and quick at responding

Pros: the massaging system after booking appointments for patients, that we can customize a message nad send it to them, like a thank you message or the details of the appointment

Cons: that we can't add reminders for staff when notes are added to the patients and if there is a certain time this patient should be called

Comments: Prior to using TimeTap, I did a lot of research and found that TimeTap is the only online scheduling system that meets all of our needs. It was a easy to get everything set-up and customer service has answer every single question to my expectations. They even set me step by step video using my site to help me understand the process easier. I would recommend TimeTap to anyone looking for an online scheduling system.

Pros: Easy to use. For me, this was the most important as I am busy and not extremely tech savvy. I enjoy being able to select my own mini website address as well.

Cons: So far, I am pretty pleased with all aspects. However, I do not find that it is easy to change service details once they are set.

The basic tier is free, which should satisfy most people's needs.

Cons: For simple operations (one provider, simple schedule), the options are overwhelming and hard to find, even though I use it every week.

Pros: Ability to schedule off time for holidays & regular time off. Calendar sync with Google calendar. Easy to set up.

Cons: App is very limited. If conditions are right double booking is possible. Sometimes problems occur with address entry.

Comments: I came across TimeTap through google search, and started with free trial. It is absolutely an amazing, user-friendly and efficient tool to set up appointments. I converted my free trial to paid subscription in few days, and started using it regularly. It really helped manage my calendar in most efficient ways.

Overall: I have recommended and set up TimeTap accounts for several of my clients from Doctors to Lawn Service. I can't think of an industry that wouldn't benefit from the features TimeTap has to offer. More importantly, Support is amazingly responsive and always super helpful! Highly recommend!

Comments: We switched from Doodle to TimeTap and couldn't be happier. The scheduler offers details from individual Staff availability, Client details, scheduler rules (like being able to keep people from scheduling anything too soon!), and syncs up seamlessly with Google Calendars. The weekly view also is useful to helping organize your week around appointments. We love it!

Pros: The ease of registration and email and text reminders are awesome. Customization of email and text responses are nice. Tracking of registered participants is a plus.

Cons: I don't like that when an class stretches two days it then breaks it up into two events, two invitations, reminders etc. I think it can be nice to remind them of a second day, after they comp look ste the first however. It would be nice if the entire application was also more useful to those wanting to use it as a way to schedule people for our our full, one or multi-day training at our office.

Pros: I liked the interface. The calendar system seemed very sophisticated if you wanted to coordinate with a group of multiple people.

Cons: It didn't have the feature I was looking for the ability to select a few different alternative times and rank them from best to worst. I also found the terminology a little too business-oriented.

Pros: I get calendar alerts for when times have been scheduled with me for when I have to meet with students. Great that it syncs with my calendar so I don't have to manage two places.

Cons: I don't like that I have to have a different email. My personal email is tied to the calendar/tiemtap so that clients/students have my personal email rather than the one for the education center. Wish it had better centralized management of messaging for multiple emails/employees.

Pros: Ease of use and frees up my time. Others are able to schedule appointments as needed at their leisure, with pre-set times that I would be available.

Cons: Wasn't as user friendly to learn the program at the beginning, but Customer Service is very helpful and there are guides to also assist.

Pros: I really like that you have the ability to be super organized granted you know how to use the system.

Cons: My team went through a training on how to use the system. However I didn't feel like it was enough or maybe too much for one sitting.

Overall: It gave our nurses the ability to set up appointments with us. Which is pretty cool as opposed to us calling the nurse and hoping they're available. It's definitely a great resource to help organize yourself.

Pros: Students find it easy to use, tracking data is straightforward, it's easy to customize to the institution and feel of our department.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve to the back end, but after a week of playing around with the features it was pretty intuitive.

Overall: Students have access to my availability and I have the chance to customize my schedule. Very important in a small (under 10 people) department at a private college!
