Pros

The software was easy to sync my calendar. Pretty easy to block time off. Proven to be helpful for it's intended use

Cons

Features are not intuitive, sometimes calendar does not sync or appointment does not appear on my calendar

Pros

I love that it does most of my heavy lifting when it comes to scheduling. Having the ability to text/email candidates is great as well.

Cons

Nothing. As of right now there is nothing that I dislike about this software. I think it gets the job done.

I've had a number of questions about how to do a number of things and their team was beyond amazing.

Cons

It's so configurable it's tough to find what you're looking for in the admin.

Pros

secure data features, your help service team is readily available and the easy of use to provide scheduling

Cons

It doesn't seem that the client is able to pay for the appointment prior to their booking; this would help with no show appointments

Pros

I like that it is clear to read. I am able to understand how to use the tools and where to look for them. simple to book and cancel appointments when needed.

Cons

So far i have not had any problems with this tool. it is easy to use and understand. I like that it is simple and straight to the point.
