Pros

I like the idea, it just didn't solve my problem. I like the way that it looks aesthetically. It's organized and clean.

Cons

It didn't solve the issue I was looking to resolve. I needed people to be able to schedule things themselves and have it come centrally to me, but it didn't work with TimeTap.

I have been looking for an online scheduling system that makes it super fast to get appointments on my schedule and is really flexible in getting different hours of availability set up each week. I am a consultant and so my availability for client appointments varies from week to week and I needed something that would let me arrange that quickly. TimeTap has been just the ticket on that front: Pros: I can add my schedule well in advance and change it at any time, I can add appointments myself outside of my hours of availability (although my clients cant), I can preview all the changes I've made, I can add some appointments to repeat on a weekly basis, I can embed it on my site, I can sync with Google Calendar Cons: I wish the lists of my appointmetns could all be sortable by columns instead of just ascending date order Overall love TimeTap and their team is great! Have been really responsive to my support requests.

### "AMAZING! What a time saver!"

We have been using this program for about a month's time now. The ease of everything is very helpful. The staff is MORE then willing to help and will spend as much time with you as needed. Getting the program implemented with the staff was very simple and everyone caught on quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this to any business who doesn't like to waste time and loves to bring in more customers!

Pros

The automated emails and text reminders.

Cons

Still fairly new so some options are not available YET. But they work with you on anything you need.

Pros

I am very pleased with the advanced ability to sort easily by person. It makes my job so much easier

Cons

I do not like having the inability to print a month without overlapping days. It is so much harder to read that way.

Our company has been using TimeTap for almost six months now. We have a limited number of users and fairly complex business structure. The support team have been very helpful and responsive. I usually get a response within a few hours of asking a question. They have been very patient in helping us get the system set up to meet our needs. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and the support we have received.

Pros

I like the flexibility of the product and the support.

Cons

We are still in the learning phases of the software, so we don't have any cons right now.

At Tech Talent South, we've used several different methods of scheduling to set up potential student interviews and we haven't been thrilled with any of them until TimeTap. We believe TimeTap has allowed us to schedule students with greater ease and ultimately resulted in more timely admissions for qualified candidates. The white labeling (our logo / TTS branded page) has also added additional professionalism to our process. However, the main reason we love TimeTap is the customer service. The TimeTap team is professional, friendly, and most importantly - incredibly responsive. They've taken the time to answer any and all questions from a number of members of our team. Even as a younger startup with a tight budget, this product is more than worth it. Thanks TimeTap! TTS loves you!

As a high school counselor I oversee about 125 students in each class. Not all of them need to come in and see me, but for the ones who do it's so much more convenient to offer them a link to reserve time than to just have drop ins. I really love how TimeTap's client screens (or, in my case, "Student" screens) are completely adaptable to what I am interested in seeing. Some of the other systems I tried out have so many extraneous fields that I don't use. TimeTap does a nice job of customizing your account so that you're not seeing the information that's not relevant to what you do. It's really easy to use and if you have any questions I have found their support team to be really responsive. While we're at the end of the school year now, this is definitely going to be something I put to a lot of use once we open back up in August.

Pros

Your customer training and support are OUTSTANDING. As someone who considers herself a bit of a luddite, I've greatly appreciated the patience and humor of TimeTap's customer service reps. I also the option to view my schedule in "availability" view without having patient names visible to others.

Cons

I wish "calendar" view also showed availability. I also wish I could change my availability from the schedule/calendar, without having to go thru my settings each time.

I no longer have to worry about forgetting an appointment or forgetting to remind my clients about appointments because TimeTap takes care of that without me ever having to think about it. My clients were begging me to offer online scheduling on my website and I was really dreading getting it set up but using TimeTap made it a lot simpler than I had been scared of. As for pros & cons, I really like that it was easy to put on my website and that none of my clients have had any issues with it. I also like how easy it is to customize my account to make it so that the client profiles and appointments have just information that I care about. The app is really fast and the support team gets back to me quick. I wish they had some options for accepting payments but I've asked about that and they have said it's coming out soon.

TimeTap gives my customers the ability to schedule appointments with me without having to get me on the phone. I can't over-state how much of a differentiator this is for my business. No longer are they waiting for a return call from me if I'm on a project or with another customer. And that TimeTap gives me all the appointment details right in my calendar in near real-time, I now have much more flexibility to manage my time and be more productive. I would also add that support from TimeTap has exceeded my expectations. They have been responsive and accurate with their support, and even made suggestions on how to improve my customers experience. Overall, exceptional product and great support.

Pros

We were able to adapt TimeTap to meet the needs of a demanding client with complicated needs. Only a handful of the competitors could do what was required and they all seemed much harder to set up and test. Support, led by one of the customer rep, helped us set up and learn the system quickly and to quickly adapt to every curveball client change order requirement.

Cons

It's a big task, but it would be nice to have the option to adapt the graphic look of the scheduler to exactly match the website we tied it to.

Timetap overall has been great and we are very satisfied with the change that we made to work with them. They have always been very supportive and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to speak to someone when I had a question. This is HUGE for me because we are very pressed on time so having the flexibility helps us a lot!

Pros

I love the convenience it has to create classes and schedule our students. Plus the feature that allows parents to schedule on their own has really made everything more convenient for us!

Cons

We would love to have multiple text features including mass texting without being charged an additional fee.

Overall Timetap has been making scheduling (and rescheduling) rather easy and saves the user time by eliminating the need to shuffle through files or open a different program to find a client's information and get in touch.

Pros

Timetap has made communication more streamlined between staff and clients, and with schedule changes it saves the extra step of writing an e-mail.

Cons

Occasionally when an event is scheduled the time listed is correct, however the display has glitches where a one-day event appears to span over the entire week or takes up more space than it should.

It allows me to give my students more options to set up appointments with me when they're not physically around me or if they have last minute needs, they can set up an appointment when I'm available with no troubles. It also allows for easier time management on my part because I don't have to e-mail back and forth or track down students to finalize details, it can all happen through their appointment details.

Pros

It allows me to let my students book their own appointments based on my availability, but also allows me to have full control to modify anything I need to if the student has last minute requests or changes.

Cons

I use the free version because I am a student worker and can't afford the professional (nor do I need all of the bells and whistles that come with it), but I would have liked to be able to link it to my calendars so I don't have to log in every time I need to see my schedule for the week.

We were missing a ton of phone calls at our massage therapy practice which was full of independent therapists. An assistant was handling the phones in the morning part time, but in late afternoons when people would call for last minute appointments we were missing out a lot of opportunities. Using checkAppointments has been great because it integrates with Google calendar which we use on our phones, takes payments up front which reduces no shows and the awkward payment exchange after the massage, and it's easy to change an individual staff person's availability on the fly without it affecting everyone else's. Their support staff is great and really responsive. The one con would be that their UI needs a bit of work; looks like it is from the 90s. Especially next to all the more modern designs of apps these days, they should consider an update to the interface. Other than the design though, I can't complain because it has all worked with minor issues and the issues I have had have received speedy responses from their support staff.

Overall it has been very good. It has greatly enhanced our customers experience booking appointments and services with us.

Pros

Overall the program works very good. It is easy to get an overview of your day/week/month. Adding users is also easy. There are a ton of great features that you can easily adjust to what you need.

Cons

I struggled to figure out where buttons to change things and set schedules easily were. I am not the owner of the account, just one of the managers so I don't have all the controls.

I feel like I have been through the ringer with scheduling softwares trying to get them to work for my studio. TimeTap has been a godsend insofar as simplicity and functionality go. I can set up what paintings we'll be doing each night of the week and people can come and decide which ones they'd want to do. It sounds simple enough but really finding the right solution for my business model has meant switching between 10 or 11 different programs at this point. I am sick of setting up online scheduling portals but am really glad that I've now found the right fit! PS -- their support staff is stellar! I've yet to ask for something they can't accommodate and they really know their stuff.

### "They’ll bill you forever even after you cancel. "

Nothing at all. I wish I’d never used it

Cons

They keep billing me even though my account was cancelled. This is the second time I’ve had to contact them to cancel an erroneous charge after I cancelled the auto renew. The person I’m talking to keeps requesting my invoice or my log in information. I don’t have an invoice or log in anymore. That’s why I’m annoyed that I’m being charged

Easy administration of external visitors.

Pros

The calendar tool of the software gives a good overview and is easy to understand, very customer friendly.

Cons

Calendar does not implement national and regional holidays automatically. Furthermore, we did not figure out how to share sign-up links with customers yet, whom were registered by us.
