After years of a paper calendar for scheduling my in-home personal training clients, it was time to find an online appointment scheduling option. Online scheduling should be easy, but it does not come naturally to me. So, the good reviews about ease of use, customer service, and the reasonable monthly subscription are why I tried TimeTap. I am encouraged by how well it is working thus far. Over the past six weeks I've spoken with Lucy, Addy, and Shawn. They are accessible and truly helpful and listen to my questions with respect. My clients and I are still in the learning curve, but those who have explored it are very happy with TimeTap and that I made the leap into online scheduling.

Pros

It is confidential and it's Free Platform serves my needs adequately. As a small mental health therapy practice, affordability, ease of use, and confidentiality are of utmost importance.

Cons

I do wish that for individual meetings, I could schedule more than one client at a time. As is, I have to set up a "class" to have a meeting with more than one person. This is easily surmountable by scheduling two overlapping appointments, but it does take away from efficiency.

Pros

Online scheduling; i like thag owners can achesulone onkine if needed. I loke the text and email reminders

Cons

The phone app- doesnt work well. Cant drag times. Cant set up text or email info if not tech savy. Want it more simplified with setup. Cant make my online scheduler page look good- even asked website designer to help but he said there was nothing more they could do

Pros

ability to have multiple people on one shared calendar. Useful to be able to know additional shared time with colleagues

Cons

difficult to change time blocks when availability changes. manipulating the time that had been blocked outside of the software through additional means. The invitation through timetap was also sometimes offputting to receiving clients.

### "I Love TimeTap!"

I'm doing multiple interviews with very busy people and TimeTap lets them pick a convenient time for their schedule without any back-and-forth emails. It also reminds them (and me!) 24hrs ahead of the appointment and it blocks that time on my Google Calendar. I love it!

Pros

It saves so much time and saves having to do countless back-and-forth emails to schedule multiple interviews with people.

Cons

I would like more feedback about the sync with Google calendar - how often that happens, is it automatic, if my calendar fill up will TimeTap keep someone from scheduling in a blocked timeslot?

Hi Clara - once you've synced to a Google calendar, each time an appointment is booked with you, that appointment annoucement is populated automatically on your Google calendar. If updates are made to the appointment, the calendar announcement will update automatically as well. If you have a blocked time on your external calendar, TimeTap will register that time as unavailable and will not display that time slot as a booking option to your interviewers.

Pros

I like the appt reminders; the recent ability to enter a set, repeat pattern of availability; I can put breaks in the day for any amount of time I need.

Cons

It does not automatically populate my ics calendar with appts when clients schedule them. I have to always check timetap to see if anyone signed up. The appt reminder doesn't include my zoom hotlink for ease.

I was looking for a scheduling program for my private training gym. I was using one but it was so complicated and required so many add ons that I decided I'd look for something better. Well I found it. Time tap has everything that I need ,is so easy to use and set up, and if you are a stickler for detail, you can even customize the color layout to better fit your website. I had a few minor glitches synching with my google calendar and the problem was solved right away with a few phone calls. Shawn talked me through everything and verified later on if everything was working fine. AMAZING service! Get this program if you need to keep things in check.

Pros

Customers can schedule themselves while entering in their on personal info.

Cons

We started a trial period with all of our payment info. For some reason after trial it didn't renew. It took around 3 weeks to figure it out and now we lost our discounted rate. I don't think we will keep this much longer

Seriously. My least favorite thing about coaching has always been having to manage my calendar for calls and meetings and follow ups. I have tried out other scheduling software but they have never been flexible enough to handle my schedule which changes every week. TimeTap's been really easy to learn and I've been able to get all of my questions answered by their support team. One of their team members even sat with me on the phone to go through getting my account fully set up. Ever since then, it's just been smooth sailing. I really can't get over how it meets all of the needs I have and let's me store custom information on all of my clients.

I like how easy it is to reschedule appointments.

Cons

45 minute slots show up visually as taking up a full hour. That can make it difficult to see where free 15 minute slots are in your schedule, because there is no blank space left between appointments for 15 minutes.

Easy to use.

Pros

Set up in easy - clients have the ability to sign up in available time slots and to adjust when needed. I am then notified by email that the appointment has been changed. This tool alone saves time co-ordinating with clients, they set the times.

Cons

As with any new software there is a learning curve and I am sure there are still tips and tricks that I could use to help me.

Pros

TimeTap is extremely useful in my line of work that helps with keeping track of orders. The software is also very easy to navigate through.

Cons

So far I had no issues using TimeTap, so I do not have an opinion on making improvements to the software yet.

I think this program is great. They have a support button on the bottom right which actually gives almost real time help. They are also open to suggestions as to how to make it even better. I have a Law Office and use this program all the time. I have worked many times with Lucy at Timetap and she is definitely an expert at what she does. I would highly recommend this program.

With several staff members on our team, it can be hard to keep from double booking or missing an event. This software makes it easy to stay orgaznized office wide!

Cons

There's a 30 day free trial version but then it costs money which can add up. I wish there was a quality free version as an option as well!

This was the first year we used a scheduling software to schedule our irrigation appointments for clients. We wanted a product that would be easy to use, would send reminders to clients and would allow us limited missed appointments, a problem we often had in the past. It worked perfectly and our response time with our customers was exceptional!

Pros

This product perfectly met our scheduling needs. I especially loved the hibernation option, as we are a landscaping service and do not need to schedule appointments year-round.

Cons

None- it had all the options I was looking for!

I've been with TimeTap for 6 months now and I'm really happy with them. I am just trying out the Beta version of their product so right now it is free for me to use, but their pricing after Beta looks to be affordable too. It's easy to use and if you don't know what something does their support team will get you an answer in less than an hour most times. I like the fact that my clients can book online with me and that it's so easy for them to do that. I also like getting the appointment confirmations and updates through my email. The app is really fast and works on my iphone too. Highly recommend!

Pros

I like that I can see my client list from home so I know what time to be at work. I like that I can use my finger print to sign in. And that I can add time off from the app.

Cons

It has glitches, it only lets me see one days schedule then if I try to click on tomorrow’s schedule, it has an error message. Sometimes the app works like it should and other times it doesn’t.

Pros

Makes scheduling with clients easy with less time between back and forth emails to find a time that works for both parties.

Cons

We would like to offer times and then let the client select phone call or video conference. From discussing with Customer Service this option does not exist in the appointment making process.

I love TimeTap because it is so easy for my clients to book with me right from my website! I no longer have to send back and forth emails around what times will work for me vs for my client. I run a photography studio so it has been great to get this on my website so clients who are interested in engagement shoots or family shoots can view my availability. It's also helped to make the whole review of photos after the shoots over a lot easier since I can let clients schedule their time for the review too. Love all the features I get here and the customer support team is stellar.
