We have used SaaSOptics for about 2 years now. The system has allowed us to stay on Quickbooks longer without transitioning over to NetSuite or Intacct. The tool has saved us countless hours of managing contracts and its awesome that some information is pushed directly from Salesforce.

Invoicing for our subscription based business is faster and easier after using SaaSOptics. We can do things we could not do in QuickBooks but still sync the information to QuickBooks. We are very happy with the results.

Still getting started but I like all of the functionality that's accessible to me and the web portal seems fast and easy enough to use.

Pros

There are a lot of options to choose from with good API for developing your own payments app if you wish. Overall the product works well and is fast.

Cons

There may be a little too many options for my needs, but once you figure it out it's all fine.
