Only advice would be to improve the language used for email errors to helo isolate where the issue originated from. Pros The customer support team has been fantastic in resolving my issues as they came up. They were friendly, prompt and went through several teams to give me a comprehensive answer to my query. Cons The issues I had were around customers not receiving invoices and the reason I had to contact support was because of the way bounced emails were described. I felt like from reading the error I was not able to discern whether the issue was caused on the customers end, our end or Chargify. I would definitely recommend if possible, to simplify the language used so that a front line support analyst like myself can provide some guidance to customers about why they haven't received their invoices. September 5, 2019 5.0 Pros Its an easy product to implement, and offers a huge range of ways to start billing your customers without having to implement your own billing portal. Cons Unfortunately we have had to setup each currency we accept separately (this may have changed but was a limitation when we set it up a few years back). Navigating the dashboard is easy and, especially compared to a competitor we previously used, their customer service team is fantastic - quick to respond and very helpful (both via email and phone). Pros Intuitive dashboard. Easy to navigate user accounts and update payment schedules for customers with the click of a button. Easy PayPal and Venmo integration. Cons A little pricey compared to some other options. Pros I like that it's easy to search customers via email if you have different servers for different locations. Cons The software, at least the way we have it set up, is very intuitive. February 12, 2019 5.0 We already had recurring billing set up through another provider but they were no longer supporting their platform and reached EOL. We moved over to Chargify and once we got past the initial move, things were much easier to manage and much more intuitive than our previous billing partner. Pros Clean and easy to use UI, and reliable and stable payment processing! THe level of customer support is extraordinary. I feel that the support team really cares about my success. They are top notch which is critical for a complex product/platform. Pros The subscription revenue recognition, billing and metric reporting are critical to running our business Cons Implementing and leveraging SaaSOptics is a commitment of time and effort. it is a powerful tool, but not necessarily a simple on e to use. Being able to use the webhooks and API's are going to come in handy and allow us to create an eco-system for our customers. We have be able to move away from the standard systems that our customers industry uses, this excites them and us. Pros I love how I can make Chargify do whatever I need for my company to succeed. If we need something in particular, so far Chargify has been able to do it. The Support team are so friendly and easy to communicate with, they are helpful and always have a solution. Cons It doesn't make economic sense for our business. It's just too pricey. We eventually decided that building our own billing system would make better financial sense over the long term. Overall, Chargify's software has reliably billed customers and provided the functionality that we need. Pros We use their API extensively to automate our business processes. Chargify has excellent API documentation and their API offers all of the capabilities that we wanted. Cons I wish there was a way to easily search all of our subscriptions for who has a specific coupon code. We can do it, but it requires downloading a file. It has offered so much organization, clarity, and insight into our revenue stream, churn rate, invoicing, etc. I can't imagine going back to a time when SaaSOptics was not available to my team. Great product! Pros The ability to accurately recognize, track, and predict recurring revenue and invoices.
