Overall, my experience with Sender has been very positive. It’s reliable, easy to learn, and has everything I need to run successful email campaigns for my business. I’ve saved both time and money since switching over.

Pros

What I liked most about Sender is how easy it is to use without compromising on features. The drag-and-drop email builder is smooth, automation is super intuitive, and it doesn’t take long to get campaigns up and running. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other platforms with similar features. I also noticed really good deliverability, my emails actually land where they’re supposed to. Their support is also perfect. I just chatted with their support agent today, \[sensitive content hidden\], and he assisted me a lot.

Cons

The only downside for me is the pay-as-you-go credit system. It’s a bit on the expensive side. I wish there were more flexible options for one-time senders or occasional users.

Pros

How easy it is to understand the tool and start working on it right away. In the past, I have constantly had to spend days, if not weeks to learn a tool before I could actually start using them, but sender.net hasn't been like that. And the value for money is CRAZY!!! honestly you get so much for what you pay. templates are easy to create and amazing automation options too (even in the free version) one of the main pros is the customer support you get!! mind blowing - idk how they do that but you get instant support

Very disappointing experience — unclear policies and sudden account suspension I used Sender.net for over a year to send professional emails promoting my services to contacts whose details were publicly available through official sources. Suddenly, my account was suspended without prior notice, even though my usage had been consistent. Their anti-spam policy is unclear and not well-communicated during onboarding. If only opt-in subscribers are allowed, then this should be clearly stated upfront — otherwise, the platform is not suitable for any kind of B2B outreach or genuine professional networking. I requested clarification and deletion of my data, but the support response was dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer care.

I switched from Mailchimp three years ago and honestly can't believe I waited so long. What was costing me $20 a month there? I get it free with Sender. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes to set up – no joke. Everything just works the way you'd expect it to. And they recently added a landing page builder, which means I ditched another subscription I was paying for.

Pros

The free plan is genuinely useful, not some stripped-down teaser. Setting up campaigns takes minutes, not hours of tutorials. The automation handles abandoned carts, welcome emails, all that essential stuff without making it complicated.

Cons

The advanced segmentation took me a while to figure out, and I wish they had more templates for specific industries.

A first class experience from the customer service team who take the time and effort to assist until the issue is resolved.

Pros

Having had a terrible experience and non-existent customer service from MailerLite in the last few weeks, I recently moved over to Sender’s free package and have been VERY pleasantly surprised by their services. The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate but better yet, when I’ve had difficulties in resolving some issues, the customer service has been excellent. My first encounter was via email and I got a positive helpful response quickly. Having struggled to optimise the setup for my needs, I spoke to \[sensitive content hidden\] via live chat today, who took the time, care and effort to answer all of my questions, help identify and resolve errors I’d made in my setup and patiently wait through the entire process as I checked each of my workflows. Being able to communicate in real time with a human who had access to my account made all the difference and has restored my faith that there are still some companies out there who pride themselves in providing first class customer service, even to their free customers. A real pleasure Sender- I look forward to being a long-term customer!

Cons

To date I can't complain about Sender's service. I have given them some direct feedback on possible improvements that could enhance the user experience, which they have taken on board and will be taking further to their board

Fantastic! As Im brand new to email marketing, setup of automations was a breeze. The only issue I encountered was an end user error on my part. Michael had me up and running in less than 48 hours.

Pros

After struggling for weeks with other confusing email marketing platforms, Sender.net was a revelation! As a complete beginner, I accomplished more in a single day with Sender.net than I had in weeks elsewhere – it's incredibly intuitive. When I hit a snag with my emails (my own mistake, it turned out!), Michael from Sender.net support was absolutely brilliant. With just two quick and helpful emails, he had me sorted and my campaigns running in less than 24 hours. His efficient and friendly assistance was a huge relief. I'm so impressed with Sender.net. It's remarkably easy to use, the pricing is fantastic, and it's packed with features that offer incredible value. If you're looking for a user-friendly platform with top-notch support (ask for Michael!), I can't recommend Sender.net enough. It's a game-changer!

Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed by Sender's email campaign capabilities, generous free plan, and friendly/efficient customer support. They have really had a huge, positive impact on our organization and I could not recommend them more.

Pros

I love the high-limit of free email sends a month (15,000), great and easy to use templates, and quality of customer support (shoutout \[sensitive content hidden\] who has helped me numerous times and makes things easy to understand). The analytics have also been incredibly useful for tracking the success of our campaigns and establishing partners.

Cons

I wish Sender.net had the ability for me to have email sub-accounts with the same domain on the sender.net website. This would allow our fraternal organization to have oversight of those working with us while allowing them to have separate user logins. This would be useful for tracking metrics separately between our different Chapters and not getting email campaigns mixed up or bogged down by other sub-accounts. It would also be great if they had a Wix integration to help us more with organizational automation.

Cons

We should be able to manage multiple domains, specifically domains that are individually branded with their own storefronts, under the same Sender account. Currently you can only use the plugin and the forms universally across domains, there is no way to separate them and assign different forms to different websites and/or storefronts.

Sender has lead capture as well as generation, offers multiple step automations and also handles the email lists while sending the emails. Can't be beat - bang for the buck - or no bucks in this case.

However, my subscriber base is growing rapidly and I will be upgrading to a paid plan very soon.

Pros

Sender is easy to set up and use, great customer support. The user dashboard is cool. It is also very affordable compared to other solutions. Particularly, the free version is very useful with lots of features.

Cons

Nothing at the moment except that your account may be suspended if you don't provide all necessary information for the QA team to approve it. Sender is able to deliver all I need.

I’m still in the early stages of using the platform, so I haven’t formed a complete opinion yet. However, overall, I’m satisfied so far, even though I believe there is still room for improvement.

Pros

The intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface. I also really appreciated the customer support, especially the assistance provided by Lucas, who was always available, clear in his explanations, and proactive in offering solutions and alternatives to the issues I raised.

Cons

Some current limitations of the platform compared to competitors (e.g., landing page creation). Also, the lack of content available in more languages, particularly Portuguese.

Our main objective is solved - we got reliable email marketing tool which delivers our messages to our subscribers fine. Secondly, great customer support helps us to solve ongoing issues, provides useful advices when and if needed. Overall, Sender is great solution for very reasonable price.

Pros

Briefly, the best feature of Sender, we love and appreciate the most, is that it can deliver your messages into subscribers inboxes. Moreover, customer support is super helpful here - all issues are solved fast and, most importantly, via live chat. It makes problem-solving very efficient in comparison with other email marketing tools which mostly offers email support only. Unboarding process was very smooth and easy, it did not create any additional headaches or consumed too much time during the set up of our campaigns. Also, based on past experiences, we can say that Sender is not too expensive and it pays back well for what you spend.

Cons

Generally, I do not see any significant drawbacks but few small upgrades could enrich the experience. Overall reporting/analytics could be slightly more informative. Currently, reporting per campaign and/or transactional email works fine but some overall reporting features would be useful too which would sum up performance of campaigns for a specific period, segment, etc. Then, segmentation based on subscribers' activity in transactional emails would be helpful as well. At this moment, I solve the latter with some automation rules.

Very good, I was testing the product for my client who will be looking at Sender soon to see if they want to use it. I think this is a good product and will recommend it to other clients considering the cost and features, it's worth it. Support was really great about chatting with me and answering all my questions. I love to test support before purchasing a product.

Pros

You can create a spreadsheet with the Date you want the email sent to each person and set a trigger to send that email to that person on that date. You can do it with other services as Birthday Reminders. I like I could do this with a date with a trigger I wanted to set up. That date could be updated as needed. With other services, you could send a birthday reminder but then you had no other date you could work with. It had great support.

Cons

They needed a blank email template. I had to pick a premade email template then delete everything in it.

Pros

I've used several email providers over the years. Sender's free plan is not only the most generous I've seen out there, but, their easy to use tools and live support is unparalleled. Thank you, Sender team!

Cons

It would be great if subscribers could unsubscribe from individual autoresponder campaigns that they don't want to be in. For example, if I'm running a sale, and the subscriber wants to opt out of getting emails for the sale, it would be wonderful if they could do that rather than completely unsubscribing from my email list.

It is a hard time during pandemic, we can not join any exhibitions. So we hope to keep in touch with our old customers. email marketing is what we need. And not only us, but also our competitors, our customers, all of them are using email marketing.

Pros

The product email campaign is not easy to use. I met many problems, but the 24 hours support engineers help me a lot to get used to the product. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] offers excellent support. I asked the same problem with 2 engineers. She could solve the problem in 2 munites!

Cons

verify domain. I have used this product for many days, but I still have not passed the verification things. There is weak support for this part. And it leads to our domain email returning much yesterday. My webmaster requires us to change a new domain.

Reason for choosing Sender

price, we just start email marketing. if the performance well, we can apply more budget. Sender has a good price for starters. The functions are easy to use and cover our main requirments.
