Would be so great with some improvement exactly. Pros Sender offers a user-friendly interface, drag-and-drop editor, automation, segmentation, and A/B testing capabilities, and helpful customer support. It has helped us improve our email marketing efforts and reach more subscribers. Cons There are some features can be confusing or difficult to navigate for me. Occasional glitches, and the pricing model is based on the number of subscribers. This app has great features when comes to making a double opt-in on the subscriber forms and separate the email lists easily. Pros This software allows you to start in the process of email marketing without question. Is easy to deploy on WordPress and has a great tool for visualizing the process of sending emails to your customers. Cons It's a very new software which is fine but makes it a bit complicated if you want to integrate it with other apps like Contact Form 7. If you want to make an integration to another app the process is highly complicated if you don't know anything about coding. Pros Maybe the best thing is the cost when stood out from what I was using before I have put to the side money after the principle multi day stretch of usage. Its mind boggling for my online business, clients and they love it, it transforms into a remarkable help that has become part of my ordinary commitment. Absolutely easy to use. This service has a wonderful price for the features included. For a small nonprofit, we were not willing to pay upwards of $50 per month to expand our contact list over 1000 people. Other than a few missing features, it offers almost everything you would find at a competitor. The campaign designer is simple to use and offers lots of opportunities for customization. I also find that the support team is VERY helpful and responsive. Overall, I love this product and I hope the Sender team continues to add features! Pros Sender offers FREE use of all their features! I first tried Mailchimp and got used to making email templates and campaigns there. Sender was not far off and transitioning to it was really easy when making e-mails. I made the decision to use Sender because Mailchimp (or any other that I tried) isn't offering free automation. In Sender, that's free too and with great ease of use (much like Mailchimp). Importing contacts was not at all hard. So I really think Sender has a very competitive set of features at no cost! (For limited recipients and sent emails) Cons Sender is best used in a computer browser. So if I have to check something with my phone, I find that the UI is not yet mobile friendly. However, I work around that by modifying the browser to look like its desktop site and it's fine. Review Source CP Craig P. Very impressed! Pros Technical support. Their technical support is genuinely excellent. Highly responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my HTML that I couldn't fix for a campaign and they even did that for me! I used to use Mailchimp who would take days to reply. These guys reply almost immediately and couldn't work harder to help me. Really, really impressed. Cons There is some functionality - especially in campaign analytics - that I'd like. However, when I raised this they got onto it immediately so I can't really complain at that sort of helpfulness. Pros the usability and help documents are very good. Cons Spent 6 hours learning the system, and setting up a workflow only to find my account was suspended as 1.69% of people unsubscribed. Like every database of collected names, there is a settling down period and I believe the rule for your first campaign that has a freshly uploaded database of names should be ignored. If further campaigns break the rules then yes you should be suspended as you are continuing to spam people.
