I love the customer support and their response time. Pros Simply stated, Art Cloud is a cost efficient gallery software. I was impressed with the team's response time. They are wonderful to work with and are quick to help us with any questions. Cons None as yet. I have been very satisfied with the software. Her grasp of the application and how to tailor it to our specific needs is second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed how simple she made it all to a novice to digest. I can't remember a time in recent history when I has such a pleasant customer service experience. Pros It is very intuitive. " June 23, 2018 3.0 Pros It is nice that it is cloud based so you can access it from anywhere and that is great if you roam around selling art or checking out artists in their workshops. It has pretty good mobile apps for iOS and Android. Cons UX is kind of poor and annoying sometimes. Need serious improvement. The way data is prompted is not convenient (dimensions, medium, and pricing first? really?). You have to master the tags use so you won't get lost. She almost replied within 10 minutes of every business hour and helped troubleshoot all the website building and database formation. The customer support team really makes this ArtCloud software shine. Sometimes it can be a handful to navigate, but they really make it up by being super responsive. Pros Website and database buildup integrated, while providing customizable input. Great even for small starting up galleries and businesses. Cons UI/US definitely needs more improvement, website functions may need more customizable elements available & errors may need fixing. March 30, 2023 5.0 Artcloud has been a great system for us, and the customer service chat has been very helpful. Pros For a very small studio with two "employees" (artist and representative) Artcloud offers an easy yet very comprehensive way to keep track of every piece, as well as important details about the piece and its history. Cons It would be wonderful to be able to create a customized Certificate of Authenticity to print directly from the website, but perhaps it is offered and I just haven't figured out how yet. Pros I really like how streamlined it is and how much bookkeeping is built in. Cons There are some parts I don't understand yet, but I think it's because I haven't had time to learn them. As they continue to develop the tools, hopefully the Website and Campaign Builders will become easier to use and customize. Pros We moved from a Wix site to ArtCloud for the ease of Inventory Management and Website Creation being integrated. Unfortunately, we had to pay them to create our website because their website templates are so hard to use and customize and not very intuitive. It has been a much more expensive investment than we had planned on as a start up gallery. Cons Management side of the software is really useful. The Website Builder is really hard to use. Having everything that is needed to work in and manage a small Fine Art business under one "roof" is a refreshing change. Pros The ease of use and accessibility of information within the structure of the Software is a game changer. From a sales perspective, I can spend more time with clients and less time navigating an outdated data base and invoicing system. In addition the ability to create exhibitions within the software supports our marketing efforts and follow through with clients. Cons The integration with Artsy and other third party Apps was not as far along as I would like, I look forward to the evolution of this service in the future. Review Source II Isabel I. September 15, 2021 5.0 My overall experience has been a good one! Pros Being able to share records with my gallery is very beneficial to my business. Also, having all of my inventory in one place and being able to make lists and send consignments is really helpful. Also, the Artcloud team is easy to reach and to trouble shoot and learn from. Pros Artcloud website builder is pretty easy to learn and the functionality of implementing inventory into the website is fantastic. The inventory management in the backend is wonderful. The Artcloud team did a great job migrating our data from our current platform to their - and helped troubleshoot any issues quickly.
