The grantor will enjoy the ease with which they can create and manage application and reporting processes. The applicant will enjoy the user-friendly online process. Application/report reviewers will navigate through the system with no trouble at all. The flexibility of e-CImpact allows an organization to customize the process, the look, and the feel in a myriad of ways. The product is wonderful. The big bonus is truly EXCELLENT customer service. Their employees are knowledgable, kind, and (perhaps most importantly) patient. More than that, they genuinely want to meet the needs of their clients. There are literally weekly enhancements that occur in response to customer requests. While some activities take a few extra clicks, the team is always looking for ways to create efficiencies. New users have access to training videos and materials to assist in learning the necessities of navigation. There are small things about the system that can be difficult such as alpha order of things, agency level v. program level issues and some reporting that tends to be more difficult for the user that is more Community Impact and less IT staff.
