nothing superior and nothing minor from similair products on the market

Pros

Rentals united is one of lot choices on the toursim market . I used it for our business for a short time as there was no innovations or better solutions with other similair products .

Cons

There was no negative comments , but as said it is one of many apps you can find , copy paste from some other app

Pros

I really enjoyed with our property manager. She always had nice answers whenever there were any issues.

Cons

There were occasional connectivity issues. The two-way connection isn't perfectly set up on all the channels.

Connection to Expedia.

Pros

We made a one year agreement, we had no problems with Expedia connection, they connected our properties to Expedia without any issue and in a smooth way.

Cons

Airbnb connection doesn't work, they spent two months without managing to connect our properties without success.

Pros

We receive a very good customer service. The connection are working fine with a large list of channels which is good to get more exposure.

Cons

Sometimes there are some connection that are not successful but Rentals united alert us immediately by e mail so we have enough time to enter the reservation in our system to avoid double bookings.

Pros

to be connected with many OTA (is what a channel manager is ....) and (my account manager) who tried to make my life easier.

Cons

I understand is a difficult business. but the technical support must be MUCH better. A single mistake of them means lost of money for me. Every OTA has a different business model and RU tries to fit a data set coming from a PMS with tons of OTA !!!!! near impossible !!! and at the and is: technology from many different producers + many different customer service/onboarding procedure + different meanings for the same data !!!! Ok is connected by XML and so seems easy but is NOT easy.

Pros

Rentals United is very useful to manage a few different booking channels. It's easy to integrate and works with Guesty. The support team is always present and helpful.

Cons

It's not possible to block a particular day to have no check-in. You must call each channel's support and do it manually.

Pros

From the first day we had an excellent assistance from the girl who took care of us to implement the system, which channels we could connect, which is relatively easy to establish the connection, although there is another part that does not depend on Rentals United, You have to contract it directly with the channels where you want to distribute according to the conditions of each channel. We have always had excellent assistance from them and is easy to schedule an appoint with our account manager. We are still in the process of connecting with several channels but so far we have not had any problems.

Cons

It would be great to have a trial period before making the payment. It would also be great to be able to configure more aspects of the properties like the price for instance without having to do it property by property

I choose RU to reach the highest level of automation for my company ... we are getting there!

Pros

This is a young company and they are making a big effort to improve and reach every day higher quality standards! User side I've received, I receive and hopefully will receive the best support possible from the IT department and most important my account manager representative who is incredibly understanding of what are the problematic of the job, helpful and ready with a solution!

Cons

the granularity of the system needs to be improved one system needs to fits all, and I understand its hard but it will make the difference. The app needs improvement

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a wonderful help and resource for all things OTA and we're really glad to have found them. Thanks to this team, we were able to launch all 400+ of our homes online with ease.

Pros

Very easy to set up, customer support team was there every step of the way to encourage the right moves.

Cons

Some set up issues but mostly on our side. We ended up learning more about ourselves and our rate structure to getting our system more in line with what works well with the major OTAs. We made quick changes that were effective thanks to their solid support team.

Increase in listing sites our properties are on which increases our bookings and occupancy rate.

Pros

The ability to add a mark up on pricing to counter the listing sites commission (airbnb, booking.com etc). This results in any bookings received from the listing sites linked through rentals untied come back at full price no loss to owner. Instant connection for availability and rates. Constant communication with rentals untied allows full understanding of the system. Once set up you receive a account manager who solely wants to broaden your online advertising reach and increase bookings.

Cons

It is slow to get started but once its set up it is easy to work.. Each listing site has different systems that take time to get use to. Using rentals untied is an increased work load but you do increase occupancy.

There nothing to like. Nothing really works. The fact that i had several double bookings says it all

Cons

not easy to use. takes a lot of time to set up your rentals, customer service is absolutely terrible and most important it's very little value for your money

### "After over 2 months I am still not fully connected"

Frustration

Pros

I tried to cancel my contract 2 days outside of the 14 days cancellation period. I wasn't allowed. After over 2 months I am still only connected to one channel, which I had to spend 2 days reviewing the listings. It takes days to get a response to an email. A bad mistake for me

Cons

I paid Rentals United to set up new channels for me but I have had to set up all the connections and after 2 months I am still not connected properly.

Firstly during your introduction call with our on-boarding team, we do explain the process regarding our responsbilities to you. We can assist in getting you live in the channels but we don't do the whole set up for you. This requires time and effort on your part and our rates reflect this self-service model. I have choosen Rentals United in order to optimize my activity (holiday rentals). Yield management is easier for my company now. Besides I discovered new partners which bring me a higher profitability.

Pros

Efficiency, speed, number of partners. My account manager is friendly and very efficient.

Cons

The price is a little expensive for a little company like mine.

I am not sure as of yet. Has only been about a month. Still don't have even 5 channels going.

Pros

Not sure about software as of yet. Never channeled before and was hoping for a lot more support but Daniel and George are really trying

Cons

will let you know as soon as I am up and running with all the channels. Have two now as of today. I am very excited to make this happen. It is just not fast enough and has been very time consuming

The connectivity, simplification and real time availability and rates updates to all of our OTA partners. Before RU, we had to update manually over 10 OTA's. Now the real time connection simplifies and streamline our sales process.

Quick, clean, easy to use, doesnt fail, with software its the support thats important, what you get after you have taken the software on board, and for me account manager has been first class in helping me with everything.

Cons

Wish we could bulk edit individual items. Quite difficult to find a con for this particular product...

Pros

Ease of use and asy dashboard, single subscription for (theoretically) many channels to be connected

Cons

Very present in the sales phase of their product, totally absent support. After six months of attempted "integration" I spent twice as much time trying to connect and control OTAs and VR. Some OTAs are advertised as available for sale but after six months not yet active (see Tripadvisor) I am still waiting, from the beginning of March, for an answer on the 10 points that led me to the decision to disconnect me (with a subscription paid and still valid until October), but to this day I have not received any reply.

Pros

This was overall pretty easy to use and helped drive more traffic. I liked the layout of the platform.

Cons

The cons that I found was that it needed some updating to flow a little more smooth. That is generally common with most products.

Pros

\- Rentals United makes it easy to integrate all of your listings across multiple platforms at a click of a button. They provide a large amount of channels to connect with. - Our channel manager Vivian, and she is AMAZING. She has helped us expand our properties onto multiple channels and is always responsive. We have weekly chats and constant e-mails. It is a dream working with Vivian.

Cons

\- Some components of the website could be more user friendly. - I need to write more to meet the minimum requirements, but there aren't any more negatives to add!

This software is really easy to use, it's user friendly easy to understand once you get the hang of it. If you have a lot of properties to manage this is the site that is really best for you. It links to different channel but you can be able to manage it in one site, how cool is that .

Cons

None that I could think of for now. This website is all you need to be able to manage everything in one site.
