We can verify who made the deliveries, who signs for the deliveries, where the deliveries occurred via gps, what items were delivered, and more. We aren't in the dark ages anymore, we can now lookup these items at any time via the online website vs looking through old folders of information! Cons Some of the operations can seem clunky and a little less intuitive. Once you learn them, it isn't hard to master, but it may not work the way you would originally think. Review Source Karl O. Created the app in less than an hour, revised it quickly and had it deployed and working by the end of the day. Pros App building is very easy to use and has a lot of functionality. Cloud storage and emailing of forms is part of the reason we decided to try this app builder. Covers most basic app options you could want and the PDF designer for forms is an added bonus. Cons I would like more editing capabilities with colors on the fields or even different font types. Pros It is easy to design an app and it was very intuitive for our crew to figure out how to use it. The ability to take pictures in the form really improved out accuracy and error finding. The fact that everything was stored in the cloud really improved our record keeping ability. Cons The price isn't really worth it for the functionality that we use. Pros User interface is great. All of our employees really like how it works in the field. As an admin of the product i like how easy it is to create an app and how much i can personalize it to meet the needs of the guys in the field. Cons There is no "Select All" function for trying to copy apps. I have many departments and when i want to copy all aps from one department to transfer them to another it is very time consuming. If this upgrade could be done i would have no complaints about the product. I will go on to say that when i brought this up to Go Canvas they sent a ticket over to the solutions team and they did the transfer for me and it helped a ton. Review Source FF Felix F. GoCanvas overcomes this with a spreadsheet like interface that makes moving through a checklist simple and quick. Pros You can essentially loop through a list and make a spreadsheet in your form which makes adoption from paper forms much easier. Pros We used GoCanvas to house the Health and Safety form that is submitted at the beginning of each day of field work. It was simple and straightforward and convenient to use on smartphones. Cons For what could just be done (and what we ended up doing) on a Google Form for free was being done in GoCanvas. Pros The app allows me to create a template that captures consistent data no matter what I'm trying to do. Cons The way reference data has to be updated (by downloading, editing, and reuploading). I've been able to design it exactly like we wanted and make multiple changes through our testing process and immediately see the changes. Pricing is reasonable too. Cons I've struggled a bit with the calendar/dispatch feature. Maybe some more clarifying help files on this will do the trick, but there doesn't appear to be very robust options on pre-scheduling dispatches across the country.
