It was good until the cons came up. There are other issues that I can't mention off the top of my head. The taxes section is incorrect, it does not match the area the customer resides and that causes issue with filing taxes.

Pros

The basics were there: customer information, time/ date, the ability to edit those and see the change immediately.

Cons

Not being able to change the customer notes. not being able to see the current day without selecting "today".

Dispatch for us, was a step up from using Google Calendar. For the overall dispatch and scheduling has been ok. Good means for communication from the field to the office. We used the invoicing section for a time but it did not meet our needs.

Pros

Dispatch overall was super easy to implement and easy to use for scheduling. Easy one-way communication with customers from technicians in the field. Field techs liked the ability to review job on cell phones.

Cons

When using the invoicing system, there was no way to edit or make changes as the job progressed if an error occurred or additional items needed to be added. Inability to color-code job types within the schedule display. No ability to do a vertical schedule, only linear, so you can not view multiple days at one time. Poor reporting ability.

Overall my experience has been really good. It helps me do be more efficient and productive. It induces better performance from the technicians too.

Pros

Dispatch is a mind reader! Its THE perfect companion for service coordination. Streamline and user friendly too!

Cons

Maybe more space for note taking for individual jobs. Also more space for saving notes for just the dispatch and office personel.

Pros

I found out that the Dispatch solution is best suited for large numbers of drivers since it keeps them all in check. The benefits of the delivery management software include the ability to properly manage routes to have the packages delivered at the appropriate time.

Cons

The only limitation that I encountered were minor problems with real-time tracking. This would affect the tracking data and decrease the possibility of knowing the delivery position to the customers which at some instances caused confusion in terms of delivery.

Pros

The system excels in scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently. It allows us to assign jobs based on technician availability, location, and expertise, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Managing jobs from creation to completion is seamless. We can create work orders, attach relevant documentation, and track progress throughout the entire service cycle. The reporting and analytics features provide valuable insights into key metrics such as job completion rates, technician productivity, and lead services performances.

Cons

Integrating customer data often requires manual entry or duplicate efforts, as the system lacks seamless integration with our existing customer database.

It's overall just okay, not great. If you're used to working with Service Titan, you will be disappointed.

Pros

Easy to navigate and enter in new customer information.

Cons

You cannot search archived jobs - huge disadvantage when I need to look back at an older job. It is not very well integrated with other systems.

None. The customer support is nonexistent.

Cons

They are literally zero help if you have issues. I've called a few times and I'm still waiting for a return phone call from 3 weeks ago. Don't depend on this program for your business. If you have issues you're going to regretting your decision.
