Most customers are at work and can't talk on the phone but they can reply to a text or email. Pros Quick and easy to use. Makes communication with customers and teams fast and easy Cons houses are not always in order. They do have a number next to them now but sometimes duplicated if moved a house from another team, so we have to hand write a note to the team to correct the order. I love that I can schedule jobs with customers, They can see when and what tech will be coming to their home before we even have any communication. It helps keep me organized. Pros I love that as soon as I get a job, I am notified with an e-mail, The site is so easy to navigate, and I also love that I can leave notes for myself and others. Pros Scheduled a demo only to have it cancelled and rebooked a week out last minute. Asked to have a trial while waiting for \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. We briefly talked about the online scheduling tool’s features and if anything can be customized. He said no and I said that’s a deal dispatch.me. Then I get billed $300, so I called in only to get voicemail, billed again, called back - voicemail and no response. Called “emergency” number and they cancelled, but will only refund latest charge.
