We are getting our jobs posted to a number of sites, being sponsored on a number of sites and understanding our click to apply information much more clearly with Symphony.

Pros

Symphony Talent is a robust software that offers job scraping and posting and rebranding, website updates, workday integration, plus hot job posting. The customer service is beyond exceptional. The team responds quickly and supports us with our vendors, seat changes and rebranding etc.

Cons

I don't have any cons about Symphony Talent, I really enjoy the software and the company in the short few months I have been using the products.

Symphony Talent wants to be a top player in the ATS space and they make you believe that they are. In reality, they are so far behind it's not even worth looking into. Use another system.

Pros

\- Interview scheduling tool - Assessments feed into profiles

Cons

\- No real search option in the ATS - forgot about finding candidates - Reporting function is awful - No social media share - No job notes - Customer service is slow
