### "Game-Changer for Our Business - The Best Purchase We've Made!"

We are absolutely blown away by Keeping. The support we received from their team was fantastic—personable, thorough, and incredibly responsive. The product itself is a lifesaver for our disability support business. It has solved so many of our communication pain points, allowing us to ensure consistent, high-quality care without the fear of emails falling through the cracks. The seamless integration with Gmail and our Google Workspace was the icing on the cake. Honestly, for the incredible price point, this was the single best and most impactful purchase I have made for our company, and it didn't break the bank. I would wholeheartedly recommend Keeping to any business, big or small, that uses Google Workspace. It’s a total game-changer!

Pros

The support was super fast and responsive and we didnt feel like a number. THe price point is perfect for small business starting out and has the features of a huge provider without the pricetag. THe ticket management has saved us so much time and money and has increased our customer satisfaction score immensley.

Cons

Hoping there is some kind of mobile integration or app in the future as in your gmail app you have to go into flders and go Helpdesk which i forget to do but that is such a small issue compared to all the great features it does well. I am pleasently suprised and its one of the best moves ive made 🙂

Reason for choosing Keeping.com

Keeping was at a much more realistic pricepoint and had less complex set up, it took us less than a few minutes to deploy it and its not complicated to use. They didnt require us to do a demo or a zoom call before being able to purchase and they were transparent and upfront with their pricing other companies we had to speak to sales or schedule a meeting just to find out a basic price. The transparency of pricing and ease of deployment, integratiopn and use where the winners here for Keeping 🙂

### "This software has fixed a business problem"

Experience has been positive. This solved a problem we had and made us more efficient. We have consolidated 3 emails into 1 and improved our customer experience.

Pros

Easy to implement, easy to learn. Sits inside of Gmail which was a must for us when finding a solution (as opposed to an external email system that we needed to log into). Support is very responsive and thorough if we have issues to work through or just need additional training.

Cons

It is difficult to know who the email is from and who is cc'd on the emails. There are ways to know, just not front and center. There are some things that can be improved upon, but overall a great system.

### "A refreshing expirience after using Zendesk"

Pros

Simple & direct interaction with our clients using a native tool as email for both of us without having to deal with cumbersome ticketing tools. No learning curve, no adjustments, no "write your text here" in the emails, just use the email as you use it.

Cons

Well it works only with gmail. So an addon for outlook or similar would be a great step improvement for us.

Working directly from the email client is simply a killer feature.

Zendesk does not have any advantage for us, costs more, cumbersome to use, dreadful email threading, having to use Zendesk app not email directly for most part. Simply using two tools (email & Zendesk) where you can use only one (email) and actually paying additional for it makes no sense. Keeping solves all that for us in an intuitive and unobtrusive way.

Very easy and straighforward migration from our previous supplier. Very easy to understand the logic and navigation.

Pros

What you see is what you get integration into Gmail, clear and easy to manage.

Cons

No option to include a customer satisfaction survey

My overall experience with Keeping.com has a lot to do with all of the features it has to offer, and the intention of use with the system. Everything is in one location, and anyone that has access to it, can access and assign which email they're working on.

Pros

I like the customization and how organized everything is in one location. Also the assign to feature is really nice.

Cons

I don't like that the email address isn't the real email address from the person that sends the email, it's kind of a weird @c.keeping.com address.

We've been using Keeping for years now. It was good to start with and has been improved since then. When occasionally needed, the support has always been quick and effective.

Pros

Simple, affordable solution to a complex business problem. Great for small businesses which don't need (and can't afford) the functionality offered by larger CRM solutions

Cons

Ongoing lack of app for mobile is disappointing but doesn't detract from the overall offering.

Our overall experience has been very good. It meets our needs without confusing our users.

Pros

There is no better tool available that I have found if your goal is to improve Gmail into a simple and effective ticketing system.

Cons

Having to maintain full compatibility with Gmail does force some quirks into the interface and usage of the tool that may not be present in more fully featured products dedicated to ticketing.

Pros

sometimes you need many people monitoring the same inbox. Having them all login is not a good solution, so keeping allows many workers to manage the same inbox.

Cons

There's nothing not to like. There are some improvements I've suggested to make it a bit FASTER to use, but basically it is excellent.

Very happy with the system in general. With a few tweaks it could be even better

Pros

No need to have another support ticket system, you can manage all your tickets directly in the browser in Google workspace. Makes it easier for everyone to manage.

Cons

The long subject lines with random letters and numbers are a bit confusing and visually distracting, it would be great if that could be hidden or removed.

Unable to convert to a ticket when using Gmail on a mobile phone.

Pros

It is very user friendly and after researching and trying a lot of similar products, this one was definitely the best one.

Cons

Sometimes things take time to load, also, would definitely like the ability to merge two tickets into one.
