We have moved from an email to sms gateway homegrown solution to VO. We love the ease of sending alerts and correlating them together in one easy to follow twitter like stream.

Pros

Plenty of integrations, and easy to post to REST API for those that don't exist

Cons

Notification messages on home screen could be longer.

Extremely positive, from VictorOps to Splunk On-Call this product has maintained its integrity in software development and reporting.

Pros

Easiest program to integrate and deploy for developer response toward code break, bug fix, customer request resolution.

Cons

Extremely robust program, takes time for a team to learn up on its full capabilities.

Pros

Intuitive design for the app (which is available for both iOS and Android of course) which makes me use it just as much, if not more, than the web portal.

Cons

Could use some minor tweaks to Teams configuration, although there is a very good chance we might just be using it wrong.

Cons

The team information, on call routines and schedules is not very user-friendly .

Pros

very configurable, easy to start and manage calls Flexibility of product, continuous releasing of new features and improvement of existing UI. The chatops integration

Cons

configuration of alerts can be a bit cumbersome for chatops it would be nice to have specific routes go to different rooms. API can be a bit obtuse
