Having the ability to track rental payments is great and having a daily office report automatically emailed saves a lot of time and paperwork. Anytime there is a glitch or I have an issue with something, I can email the host and he gets back to me with a resolution right away. We have used a lot of software like quicken, rent manager etc, but this software fills our need for a ton of features missing in all those others. I highly recommend you try this software out.
