We had in installed locally and seeking to take to the cloud. Excited about the new features, support and AI support in the cloud version! Pros eMAM has a customizable easy to use interface for the end-use to interact with. A simple approach with smart design reduced user error and support calls - a key metric in adoption and utilization. The back-end is flexible allowing us to customize a solution that best met our needs. Overall it has been an important tool for us to manage our video assets. Cons Like other software, it can get difficult to get it right. As an admin, you need to know all the features to make the appropriate configuration settings. Good news is, if you get it wrong, you can go back in and correct. Need to take time, understand power of the system to properly install it. Reasons for choosing eMAM eMAM solution was chosen for their features, integration capability and their team's openness to customize an integration solution for us. It wasn't a one-size-fits-all or "you need to change your workflow" with them. They listened to our needs and together we developed a solution that met our requirements. This was something the other vendors were not open to or willing to do.
