Pros

Excellent software for task management and daily task tracking. Its super easy to use and very intuitive with the layout.

Cons

Sometimes I forget to use it especially when Im busy. I wish there was integration with google calender.

Very positive, i use it to not only manage our installation projects, but also design and specification projects as well as quoting. i have multiple sections set up for quotes, major projects and customers etc and can invite other team members at each stage they need to be involved. I can also monitor other teams members projects.

Pros

It is web based, easy to use and clean looking. unlike alot of project management softwares i have used, the interface remains uncluttered. Multiple user collaboration is easy (we use slack intergration) and it is, importantly, reliable.

Cons

no external notifications (that i can see)

A dashboard with all of the tasks I have outstanding, grouped by client

Pros

I like this software because it's more task-focused than Trello, but shares many of the same easy-to-use features of that software.

Cons

It's a shame that when you complete a task, it does not automatically move to the "Done" field. Also, adding other users to the task board could be made easier.

great for organizing the team. very collaborative friendly. colors, white background and clear interface help in focusing

it would be great if there was an ability to integrate with other tools. Sometimes there is a lot of lag. Especially at first launch of the day

\*UI The best, very best UI you can get for a daily task manager \*Functionality For daily tasks, simple lists (kanbans), reminders and short projects - Meister task looks great and does everything that you might need

Cons

\*Functionality Fist of all - no sub-tasks and no lists. For it was the primary issue with Meister. It looks awesome and is okey for simple tasks but as soon as things need to get more complex - Meister is just not enough. \*Integrations At this point Meister is aiming for simplicity and I can understand them. But We still need tasks to work in calendar, we still need some basic tools for project management, lists and mailing. If all that get's implemented, I will gladly start using Meister more. For now, it's a great tool for people who don't want to do anything crazy with the Tasks Manager, have a pleasing UI and have a nice workstation every time when they launch browser. Again, UI in Meister is a top notch. Everything else needs some extra, but it is easily implemented, so I believe there is a future for this product.

Pros

Meistertask helps me keeps all of my thoughts and to-dos in one place. For a small office of four employees who work remotely most days, it allows us to keep track of who is doing what and progress we are making on different projects.

Cons

We only use the free version, so sometimes there are other features we wish we had! I'm sure if you purchased any of their versions we would have exactly what we wanted. We are just a nonprofit without a lot of extra funds.

We enjoyed the easy to use layout. Its so easy to use and easy for everyone to collaborate quickly.

I use MeisterTask to control every task that I need to do in my work time, so, I like it a lot. PS: I would like to follow your process of planting trees for every review that you receive.

Pros

Easy to use, and that campaign of planting trees for each review made me reach this page. I like the way we can separate and delegate tasks.

Cons

Some bugs that happens, like in the "checkbox item adding", I would like that when I press ENTER the item saves and open the box for next item and still going like that, I use this functionality a lot.

It is WONDERFULL!!! It changed my life when I started using it.

Pros

It is user-friendly and really easy to share projects with other colleagues. You can add a comment and tag a person and this person will get an email with the update.

Cons

Maybe be able to personalize your project with the background. Get an email after a task has been done with the ALL info regarding the task. So you can go back in case you need to retract some information.

Really top product, very easy to use and collaborate with the team. Easy to track tasks and respond to updates. When you move from a paper world, move 100%, don't try and do both as you will get lost between them. Commit to this, it makes a huge difference.

Pros

Ease of use, stylish design and functions. Easy colaboration with other team members.

Cons

Nothing I can think of, it evolves all the time. Updates are frequent and constantly improving. New Focus Feature is great.

Pros

I was looking forward to find an eays-to-use project software which can be used by my two colleagues without experience in project software. Meistertask gives us the ability and it is also a fun to use it.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. I would appreciate to have the ability to setup sub-projects. e.g. we use the main project for customer and then we do tasks. If we could set sub projects would be easier to find. And I miss the buttons for active/archived/deleted tasks in the header.

Meister task starts from planning stage where it allows you to create project plans by setting mind maps by having brain storming sessions we can create innovative and innovative Ideas through this platform. You can formulate this mind maps in to tasks, where we can assign the task to relevant Team members. You can Upload files and we can create a checklist for ourselves so we don't miss out anything. Chat box is also there where team members can communicate with each other. Whatever is done in to the task are saved so that there is a back up to see what are the changes that have been done to the specific task. Meister Task also allows to keep track and monitor the task assigned to the team members. Tools can be integrated to this App which is an added advantage.

Cons

If there is Voice Calls and Voice Memos add to tasks that would improve the communication better. If there are video Conference calls that would also make the communication system effective and better where the team mates can convey and share their opinion and ideas in an easy manner.

My overall experience is great. It does what it's supposed to do. Enough said.

Pros

The cross platforms availability and instant updated content makes this perfect for my workflow with an assistant. I use it for scheduling work hours and a To Do list. Works as planned.

Cons

This software doesn't have a calendar function. With all the tasks to do, it would be nice to refer to a calendar or have tasks inside of a calendar view.

this application has been fantastic. my only problem is that i do not use it to its full potential. i was impressed in how easy it was to get started and to organize my personal and work tasks. the UI is extremely intuitive which makes using the application a lot more fun. it has now become a mainstay in my work flow.

Easy to start, easy to use, and super clean UI. integration with git-hub and bitbucket

Cons

unable to upgrade from Mac application, must be done via web or IOS app.

### "Amazing app"

I have nothing to complain. If I could choose one app of this kind to my organization I would choose this one.

Pros

It has an amazing and beautiful layout and is very easy to use.

Cons

I would love a built in time tracker. I have to use another app or add an extension. Both in both cases I don't find it very easy to use.

Helps to keep me on track with multiple projects at the same time.

Pros

MeisterTask has helped me organize projects and task lists and has an ease of use that is truly exceptional. Being able to put a due date on task items helps to keep me on track. LOVE LOVE this product!!

Cons

I haven't had any issues. Adding a feature to sync scheduled due dated tasks to a icalendar or google calendar would be a nice addition, but not necessary.

I have found Meister Task realy helpfull in organising a very varied workload. Being able to use the app and web-based view is extremely especially useful. I work with University students that have disabilities and many conditions make University life difficult Meister Tasks has proved to be a great help.

Pros

The simplicity of use and the very clear layout and the cross-platform use make this software a pleasure to use.

Cons

I would find it helpful to insert icons for different tasks for ease of reference.

We are using MeisterTask for better organization of our tasks. Supervisors, engineers, technicals and other workers are connected with this app, and all of them can post a new task, be informed about other tasks, comment... We are using additional help of checklist for the more efficient purchase of spare parts. This app is very useful in Maintenance work. When someone caught a problem which needs to be repaired, he can make a photo of them with a mobile phone and open new task with a description of the problem, and a manager will have it in mind.

It is easy to use and available on different platforms (desktop web, mobile app..)

Pros

I use this as for task management and as a to-do list. I like the aesthetics of the software and how easy it is to use. Having a mobile version is also great.

Cons

The software is really intended for team use, which means that some features aren't optimized for single users. For example, when I make changes to my project, I have to confirm that the changes will affect other users on the project. It's a bit annoying but not a huge deal.
