Pros A facilidade de acompanhar o tempo gasto com cada tarefa realizada pela equipe. E a possibilidade de aplicar a metodologia SCRUM para projetos de desenvolvimento de TI. Cons A falta de dashboards interativos com resumos por equipe, a dificuldade na exportação dos dados para criação de dashboards em outros softwares e a constante tentativa de solicitar que aumente o tier de precificação do site. Task management and task scheduling made our life easier. Pros Really easy to use software. Notification system is the best on the market. Task management has never been easier and the way the mobile app shows the content is really satisfactory. Pros MeisterTask is highly customizable and intuitive. I have used it in team settings and as a solo consultant, and I depend on it to keep multiple client projects on task. It's an indispensable tool for me, and even the free version has a ton of functionality. Cons Most of the features I would like to use with MeisterTask (e.g. Gantt chart) are available for subscription, but because I am a solo user with a limited number of clients, I haven't budgeted for the upgrade. Just I would add some feature that allows you to change the view from "task columbs" to a calendar, instead of have to go to google calendar. But maybe it would be overcomplicated, so the simplest the better. Less is More ;) Pros The best of this app is the simplicity of create and organize tasks. You can assign tasks to the members of your team and that´s so powerfull. I plan all my proyects, business stuff and also my life objectives and routines. I didn't try the premium plan, but I am sure that his connectivity with other apps are also great. Cons I like everything in general. Just I had some problems at notifications on the mobile app, cause many times I haven't received the messages or deadline times notifications. Maybe is a mobile problem and not because de app, but I know other people that had the same issue. The software facilitates communication and productivity. And it has a beautiful design, with apps that are seamless from web to desktop to mobile. Pros I love this task manager for working with small teams and contractors. I love that I can set up re-usable processes. I love the appearance and the functionality. I love that I see the notifications I need to see, without seeing notifications of items that are in process. Cons I'd love to see notifications of tasks that I add to the software myself. I used a lot of project management softwares and the most annoying thing was the lack of simplicity. there are always too many icons and texts everywhere. But Meistertask was not like those softwares, it's colorful, simple and understandable for my clients. Cons My clients always forget to swipe left and right in the mobile app. it's not a hidden feature but not that easy to remember either. Right now, it's far below the power of Dropbox Paper, but when it matures, it will be the Package of MeisterSuite that will win over teams and organizations. Pros I like that it's built for speed and accuracy. Cons It is not a Mature Product like MindMeister, but once it does, it will enhance the MeisterSuite and bring clarity to Teams and Organizations around the Globe. Reason for choosing MeisterTask I did not choose MeisterNote, I am currently using it as a "Trial" to find out if it will work for me. I am waiting for its seamless integration and then I'll be ready to use MeisterSuite to run my online business. Enterprise Director Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great overview of my organisation" January 11, 2018 5.0 Helping to streamline my business Pros The software is very easy to set up and is also straightforward enough to enable you to explain how it works to others verbally. (It also has a great help section) The section actions of Meistertask (ie Actions within columns that enable automation of some tasks) are a novel and very useful feature allowing you to automatically assign someone or move the task to another project just by moving the task into that column - huge time-saver. Another unique feature I love in Meistertask is the integration with their own mind-mapping app Meistermind, allowing you to easily convert mind-maps to task lists really useful. Altogether a great tool that is both useful and nice to work with. Cons There are two features that I wish Meistertask had are 1) A better android app, I like to see my task list on my homescreen (similar to Todoist, Nozbe and GQueues apps) not have to access through an icon button, just a personal preference but one I miss badly. 2) The ability to have a single task in multiple locations (to be fair I only know of Taskworld that offers this, unfortunately Taskworld is far more expensive and is a lot slower programme) but it is a super-useful feature. All of them were great but my coworkers simply could not adopt properly any of these solutions. With MeisterTask the whole team made a switch in a day. I think that design was first that seduced them. Pros UI design, simplicity, smart but strong enough. Like the integration with MindMeister too. Cons Nothing to complain. At first I wished more customisation options but later I changed my mind. January 18, 2019 5.0 We were missing deadlines and upsetting customers because too many projects on our multiple Excel spreadsheets were getting skipped or missed accidentally. Meistertask puts everything right in front of our face and keeps us more organized than we've ever been before! Pros We love the ease of use of Meistertask, and how easily it helped us get everything more organized and manageable. We typical have 25-30 tasks running at the same time, so without Meistertask, it would be impossible to keep track of them all. It sure beats the heck out of the old Excel method that we were using for years! Cons The bottom horizontal scroll bar is SUPER hard to click accurately because it's so skinny. Plus, since it disappears when you're not moused over it, most people don't even know it's there, and they all complain that they can't easily reach columns that are too far to the right of the page. You get a random quote everyday thats inspiring. When setting up tasks it’s just so easy to do it and have the ability to tag tasks. Cons The reporting is really bad. Between the multi-column layout to the ability to access, add and change the status of a project on literally any device, MeisterTask has become one of the most important platforms I use. Pros The drag and drop system between the custom columns is perfect. It helps keep my ever growing list of projects organized during their different approval stages.
