Die schlechte Integration, die ich mir eigentlich durch den Wechsel auf MeisterNote erhofft hatte, in MeisterTask (Zugriff auf Notizen von MeisterTask aus) finde ich etwas erschreckend. Ich hoffe aber das das sehr neue Produkt noch möglichst zügig weiter ausgebaut wird und dann die fehlenden oder nicht ganz so gut integrierten Funktionen hinzukommen. MeisterTask helps me to regain that overview with one look. I've recommended it to lots of colleagues and taken it from job to job over the past few years, having each new team at my new workplace work with Meistertask instead of e.g. Trello since I find Meistertask a lot better. Pros It's functional, intuitive, and pretty to look at. Cons I'd like some more options to categorize my tasks. Financial Analyst Financial Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "My Favorite Tool For Organizing Everything" February 25, 2019 5.0 I have used this software at a job where it was heavily implemented, and am still using it at my other job that doesn't use it internally and I have had many people comment on how great it is and how they wish their companies implemented it more often. I even used it for organizing my packing list for moving houses, and for a lot of my school work in college. So overall I want to say I love this software, and I hope more companies see just how organized they could be if they were to use it. Pros I love the ease of use of this software, as I really enjoy being able to drag and drop items into the easy to personalize columns. I also like how it is integrated with websites like If This Then That (ITTT) to connect the software even more to my email and calendars. Cons I wish there was more of the integrations found on If This Then That and similar websites on the platform so I could more easily connect all my platforms. Also, I would like to see a feature that is like the loaded list option in a task, except for a set list of tasks - for example a weekly set of tasks that I could load repeatedly on a certain date like the beginning of a week. At the height of my usage I was in the system constantly and was great for giving me the info that I needed to be effective at contract processing. Pros I love how easy it is to figure out how to use the software and get a quick glance at what I still need to do. Also, creating a "template" for future projects was great Cons Doesn't lend to integrating with my other systems well. Is great as a stand alone. Pros Can do all the functions for tasks and projects, integrates well with Outlook which is a big plus. Clean UI and easy to use, I like the features better than Trello and Asana mainly due to the Outlook email integration. There are so many tasks that I am invovled in that span a lot of different organizations and functions. /I needed something that could clearly detail what I needed to do and when. The checklists have been great for that as well as the different categories. Pros That's how I felt when I saw this software. I decided that it was easily the best and most fluid. It is clean, clear and intuitive which I need when I am organizing. I love the customizations and details that are available. Cons I can't think of anything at the moment. It's worked really well for my business needs. If I HAD to pick something it would be that you can't scroll right to left in the tasks. The features are also fantastic - I switched over from Trello as I loved the Mindmeister integration with Meistertask, and there is a lot of power in the features (especially in the pro versions upwards) Cons Only "con" for me is that some of the awesome features like automations are only available on the Pro version - but the pricing is very reasonable, and totally understand that model. Our multimedia team implemented it as our task management system three years ago and it has become absolutely central to our workflow. I also use it to organize my freelance work, and even as a real-time meal planner and shopping list. It can handle all my personal and professional projects! Pros It's visually beautiful, intuitive, integrative, and keeps an amazing track record of everything done by each team member. Tasks can be traded off with ease, and everyone stays on the same page. The simplicity of format gives me peace of mind that things are checked off and accounted for, and the ARCHIVES! We now have records on over 3,000 multimedia jobs that we can search for reference. It's so easy to use and explain. Cons Honestly the only thing to bug me came with 2.0. I was even promoted about the same to my friends, colleagues and even my family members those who are into business. :) Pros I like the most in this app that I can create a task and allocating it to someone from my team and my job is done. MeisterTask will send an email notification to the allocated person and even it will record how much time my teammate took to complete his work and can analyse his overall work analysis by using this time management technique. Cons The only thing that I want now is to have the option to remind me the tasks, for example, I set up one task for 14PM and I forgot, the app in my smartphone appears an notification and I get in touch with my task, or in the desktop, appears an messagem in the bottom, to notify me. I was paying for a higher tier plan but am now using the basic one. It is working fine. I have no desire to try another one out. MeisterTask does the job for now. Pros I needed a catch-all for a lot of projects I am working on. Also, I need to manage repeated events, some several times a year, others once a year. So, this was a great way to get all the workflow in writing and organized. It is also easy to repeat events and not have to think again about the process. Cons It is still hard to get collaboration from others. I had to convince others to download the app and join with me. I love how I can visually organize my life and that there are features that allow me to keep track of my progress for each task. The collaboration aspect is also useful.
