Cons Not very intuitive. You have to create a test or fake expense in order to see what your remaining balance is. It seems like some steps are repeated just to get to the next actual step. It could be more organized and user friendly. Pros This software is so easy to use and attach receipts for reimbursement. It streamlines the process between submitting expense reports and having the company pay them. I love this software. American Express doesn't charge for theirs but doesn't automatically keep the receipts for years. Pros Easy to use and the reps had no problems with it. Keeps the receipts for 5 years I believe.
