It was fairly easy to maneuver once I got started

Cons

The program was pretty confusing at first. It took me a few tries on my own then I reached out to a coworker for assistance.

I like that you can use your camera to take pictures of receipts and add them to your expenses. It is also nice that Gorilla can calculate the mileage for trips between buildings.

Cons

It would be nice to add multiple receipts to an expense.

I use this site to send in expense reports for my boss. Overall it is a great way to send in expense for him. We work directly with Diversified Services.

Pros

I use this to enter expenses for my boss - very user friendly and easy to find my way around to create new expense reports.

Cons

Sometimes the site is slow - like when loading receipts it takes forever. I have gotten locked up and have to start all over again.

Pros

Its very easy to use, the receipt photo feature is really useful, it does keep me much more organized

Cons

The biggest con is the lack of a strong FAQ and info on how to use the product. I found the online help lacking and not as descriptive as I would like. I know how to use it now, but it took a while to learn how to use the product properly.

I’ve had a great experience.

Pros

I like the flow of the website including the updates. It is easy to find out your balance of your stipend and add receipts. The flow of approval is easy to interpret as well.

Cons

The update took me a little bit of exploring to find where to upload an expense receipt but once I explored the website I was able to find it!

Overall, it has made reporting my expenses to my employer much easier.

Pros

It is easy to upload a document to the site, and once you get the hang of how to use all the features, it is quite easy to use.

Cons

It was difficult during my first couple of uses to figure out how to use the site. I think there are also a lot of settings that dont apply to me.
