the software is nice i can use it on the road on my phone but i can also use it on my laptop no problem take the picture of the reciept and easy going from there!!

I like that it has a mobile option so I can take a picture of my receipt right when I get in my car, since I tend to lose paper receipts.

Cons

I wish the expense report and items were all within one tab.

It’s helpful to be able to attach receipts and have preloaded options to choose from in terms of type of report, etc.

Cons

It was a little difficult to figure out how to get started. Sometimes it takes a few steps to figure out how to attach receipts and to submit.

It was better if there was only one step. Perhaps it is necessary for validation.

It was easy to get my expenses into accounting with all the info required. Plus I was able to track how much I was expensing in previous months.

Pros

I liked that it was connected with an app and that I could add expenses on the spot.

Cons

At first it was a little confusing to use, like when you start a report it asks for a receipt image which you end up re-uploading when you open an expense in your report.

Cons

It took awhile to get the hang of. There are some aspects, such as having to select certain things or click certain buttons, that are not intuitive and you have to remember to do each time.

My favorite part about the software is the ease of using the app on my phone. I no longer have to go through the process of sending myself an email with pictures of receipts. I am able to do it all in one spot.

Cons

There are a lot of steps to actually submitting a report.
