The instructional set- up video made using the product effortless. I love that I am able to use from my phone or computer :) I can easily see past expense reports stored in one location while on the go.

I have had an overall positive experience.

Pros

I like how I'm instantly notified via e-mail whether my reimbursements have gone through or not.

Cons

I think the layout could be simplified. I also wish employees could login from your main site instead of a company-generated link.

I did not have any issues with this product. The customer service was great and the process was easily explained. There was not one part of the process that was difficult to complete. It was also very quick.

Pros

The software was very easy to use. I was able to efficiently gather all of the information needed and submit my expenses without any issues. Customer service was also great. They responded within the same day of any questions I had asked. In addition, I was reimbursed within days of submitting my expenses.

Cons

There was nothing that I disliked. Everything worked very smoothly and efficiently.

Easy to add receipts, submit, and track.

Cons

I would like a shortcut to the receipt box camera. An Android widget would be awesome. IMO it is too many clicks just to get to take a pic for receipt box.

Sometimes picture is blurry on app but not in camera roll or on computer. Then I need to resubmit

Pros

I like that it can be used as an application on my phone. This allows for easy access when a computer is not available.

Cons

I would like for it to be more user friendly. We have Step by Step list of how to complete specific things, however I have incorrectly completed reports before. Therefore, it would be beneficial to make the interface more user friendly.

Pros

It's user friendly and you can upload every receipt here. No more saving receipts!
